my family have bought around 4-5 cars from this dealer now, my dad loves this place. my very first new car was from here as well, everything taken care of, they really make buying a car a lot less stressful. the service department is awesome too. even now I have two cars, bmw m4 and Tesla model 3, I still look on the website and drop by occasionally to check out inventory. even when I'm not buying a car and just looking around they are still really friendly and comes up to chat about cars. highly recommend this place. update: few month ago i brought my classmate/best friend there because i trust this place and he ended up buying a new rav4, he loves the car and the experience of getting a car there was so good compared to his past experience with other dealers.

One of the best experiences I ve ever had. The staff and Hector M. made my experience memorable and I am so thankful. I would definitely recommend others to come here. Thank you!
I had an amazing experience at Colonial Toyota in Milford working with Kristen Medoff. She was helpful, kind, and attentive to my needs. She listened to me and really did a great job helping me find exactly the car I have been searching for. I will be sending my friends, family, coworkers, and everyone in between to Kristen.
Efficient and nice experience with Paul and Cindy. Paul is fair, and Cindy is super helpful to go beyond with getting everything finished. No back and forth necessary and did not need to be on-guard with unjust sales.
Well let's see where do I begin. Buying the car was a breeze now servicing the car was another story. For the two years that we have brought the car in for service, we have always scheduled appointments and not once have we been seen on time. Every single time we bring our truck we wait 2 plus hours. When you speak to the staff and management in the service department they are rude and condescending. I will never purchase another car from this dealership. I wish I could give them zero stars but unfortunately the system makes you give at least one star.
I had a wonderful experience at Colonial leasing my new Toyota Rav 4. My salesman, Eric was knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. Typically I find car shopping stressful but not at Colonial. Even the guys in the parts department was helpful and took time to show me how the remote started I added worked. In 3 years, when my lease is up, I will definitely be doing business with them again. Did I mention I love my car?
JD at Colonia Toyota of Milford was fantastic. He was very easy to work with. He was not pushy at all. I left with a brand new car and happy! I had such a positive experience with him. If your looking for a car, go see JD at colonial!
Colonial Toyota, Thank you for the wonderful experience Buying our 2nd New Car at Colonial Toyota. I just picked up my brand new 2019 Toyota RAV4 XLE Premium. I had a wonderful time getting to pick out all the bells and whistles. I would not have been able to do this without the Help of the Great Staff at Colonial Toyota including Mariana, Eric F. and Jeff S. as well as Eric S. getting us to our New Car this morning. Mariana was wonderful setting up my Apple Play and very Patient showing us how all the New Features worked. Only 3 Miles on the Mid-Size SUV so we have many New Adventures for the Future!!
The service in store is good, but if you call the parts department, they sometimes won't answer right away. I called five times and only got a recording to leave a message.
If you need a dealership to sell a used car, especially a Toyota, Colonial Toyota is the place for you. I worked with Paul to sell a used Prius from an estate sale. He will give you the absolute best price, no games. In fact he gave a little more than I expected. I went to a dealership down the road which tried to get me to sell for 30% less. After I dropped into Colonial on I whim and had the car sold in an hour! Ask for Paul if you have to sell a used car.
Purchased a Camry over the weekend.. Ellis and Erick were absolutely fantastic!! They were so helpful and not pushy whatsoever! It was so nice to finally find salesmen who were dedicated to finding what met my needs without pushing like other dealerships have. Absolutely recommend these two gentlemen!!
I had to take my car here back in April to have some recall work done. This was the closest dealership to me and since the repair could not be handled by my local mechanic I was forced to come here. Arrangements were made with a family member to provide me transportation to and from work.
The car was fixed that day however a couple of days later the pillars which contain my side curtain airbag fell down. I had to return to the dealer for a second time and made arrangements again with a family member who had to twist their schedule around.
Brought the car in only to be called an hour later to pick it back up. It had to be brought back in a third time a couple weeks later.
It was finally fixed but the repair was not perfect. I wasn't bringing my car back for a 4th time.
Well my car was in the shop for the third time I received a phone call telling me there was some kind of special deal for me and my 2012 vehicle. Kindly told the gentleman I was not interested at this time and it would be quite a while until I would be again.
Fast forward to this week. I received multiple phone calls and messages on my cell phone and my work phone.
Unfortunately, Colonial Toyota fails to understand that most people do not want to be bothered at work with a sales call. Also when somebody says they're not interested in something it means they're not interested
If you call someone multiple times and they don't call back it's because they're not interested.
The whole picture with this dealership doesn't seem right and if I need another Toyota or service a competitive dealership nearby
My family and I have been loyal members of Toyota of Milford for over 20 years ( If you go there ask for Dave he's #1 in sales for a reason). Not once have we had the experience we had today 11/5. My wife took our 2010 Toyota Tundra to have the oil change for our 9:30am appointment. She got there early @ 9:15am. As you may know there job is to tell you, that you need everything done to the car (filter, new engine, flux capacitor, wipers etc.) When you decline their triple priced offer, the quality of service becomes nonexistent. The older male behind the desk was asked why are other cars coming in later and they are being services before me? He said "Oh we are backed up." Then dismissed her as if she was insignificant. Other cars arrive at 9:45am and their out at 10:45am. The Tundra was not put on the lift until almost 11am. Was this to be spiteful? When you hear about people having a bad experience somewhere you think oh that sucks, but you don't expect that as a LOYAL COSTOMER for that to happen to you. This was by far 100 % the absolute worst experience at Toyota of Milford. I am completely mortified and embarrassed at the way we were treated today. You have lost us as customers. We will have our oil change and service completed at VIP, which cost less and their service is 5 stars. Thanks to the female worker who understood our displeasure and rectified the problem the best she could. As a veteran I am disgusted the way she was treated today. That older gentleman should be removed from any interaction with the public.
We went to Colonial seeking to lease a car, and with just a few questions, Casey helped us determine what car we needed, worked with us on lease options, and gave us absolute confidence that we were getting a fair deal. What a pleasure to work with! It was our best car buying experience ever! Thank you, Casey!
Very unprofessional and unorganized. I came here sat down with sales man for 3 hours was almost ready to walk out with a car. Manager steps in and changed everything tells me he will call me and never heard from him again. This Toyota dealership is the worse experience. Never again.
One of the best dealers near Norwalk. I would recommend going here instead of any other in Norwalk area. Thanks to Vanil who helped me get my RAV4 as a good deal.
Update: I initially had good experience in buying the car, but after two years of buying the car I feel that I was given some wrong information when buying the car. I was suggested to get the extended warranty so that it would cover oil changes and tire rotations for extended period as well.
I have already moved out of state and two weeks back when I went for oil change/servicing thinking I am still covered, I was told that no oil changes/tire rotations have been included. I either wanted to get he services as explained when I bought or I want refund the for the warranty. Then I talked back with, Vanil, however I haven't been able to get a resolution on this. I have reached out multiple times and most of the time I am told, he's with some customer and would call me back but I never get a call back.
Horrible customer service. When I finally met with an associate, the first thing he says to me is " so what're you looking to buy?" I didn't even answer I just walked out.
My experience was great. I worked with Alex, who was phenomenal. I came in not knowing exactly what I wanted, but knew what I expected. I explained to Alex I was very particular and that I needed to LOVE the car. He was very patient with me from beginning to end. He kept in mind my budget, and didn't try to convince me into going over that. He gave his honest opinion when asked, and really had my best interest in mind. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who goes to this dealership. Thanks again Alex.
Pretty lousy experience. I think when you come in as a young person, they assume you are the ripe for the taking. So when they quickly find out you do research as the consumer, they are almost taken aback? Pricing was never straightforward when I asked to strictly talk numbers, as evidence by "well how much do you want to pay a month?" If i know I'm putting down X amount of dollars and his proposed "great monthly payment" comes well over $300 for a stripped car, you know it was a bunch of upselling from the start. Thanks, but no thanks.
Long wait and a woman who came after me had her car serviced before me. Long waiting. But above all bad service. I paid expensive service and I got my car dirty hood is still covered with oil spill. oil spill on engine and they did not clean the spill properly. In addition coolant fluid was at minimum and they did not add more coolant. They did not add washer fluid. I would not recommend anyone to get their car serviced here. I will not go back again. I called the next day after discovering this. The receptionist tells me the service manager is not around but I am welcome to leave him a voice message. What a joke.
Purchased my vehicle Saturday June 9, paid $832 over my budget, but it is what it is, I had to wait till today Monday June 11 because it had to be picked up from different dealership. I called this morning after taking a non paid half day but I was was told it wouldn't be there till tomorrow June 12, a little annoyed but again it is what it is. Then I get a call in the afternoon that the car was delivered only it was the wrong version, dealer apologized and would try and get the right one. I get a call a little later that it isn't available any more so I can take the wrong version but for $80 dollars more per month, I turn it down because now that's way out of my budget, I request a refund so I can go to a different dealership that has the 2 of vehicle in inventory, and nope they cant refund it till tomorrow cause the accounting office has already closed. I'm happy they tried but I'm pissed that I've lost the opportunity to get the vehicle I need for the type of commuting I do, the credit score hit and the loss of a half days pay. I put my trust in your business and for it I lost $400 pay and the best chance to get the car I need and I'm sorry but paying more per month or settling for less is not good customer service. It's you telling me I'm not worth the effort in meeting the expectations you promised
*Edited based on employee response. Our visit was on a Wednesday, and it was not busy while we were there, at most 2 other groups of car hunters in the showroom while we were there. The customers overall were very respectful of distance and kept masks on, and it was the employees who were not following any of the guidelines which the dealership itself has set forth. I truly do hope for the safety of their staff that it was addressed as mentioned.
When we visited the dealership as a whole was not following their own protocols for covid-19 safety. The vast majority of the staff were either not wearing any form of mask or were wearing one incorrectly (nose exposed). They were also not following recommended (and posted) distances with each other or customers at times. It made us very uncomfortable and ultimately we decided that despite enjoying working with Hector (who did follow protocol) we would not purchase from colonial toyota because of how uncomfortable we were.
I was contacted by Nick Shala about purchasing a new car I had emailed them about. Nick was right on time and handled everything perfectly. He did everything for me and I was out of there in timely fashion, great service by a fantastic sales rep!!!
Had a great experience buying a car. Lorenzo was the best, everyone was professional finance/sales manager they are great people. Thank you guys for the great buying experience!
I have purchased two vehicles now from Frank Pratts with Colonial Toyota over the past three years and both experiences have been excellent. The dealership is true to its word when they say a "no haggle dealership" and the cars seem reasonably priced according to Kelly Blue Book values. The vehicles have proven to be in great condition and reliable. I have not had any mechanical issues. I am very satisfied and highly recommend Frank as he is very helpful at getting exactly what it is you are asking for within your budget!
Nothing short of disappointed with the Service Dept. Mis-diagnosed more than once, simple resets and other minor (but significant) issues ignored even after diagnosis fees. Also zero contact between service and sales. I told service I wanted a call back about my areas of concern, instead 4 days later sales is asking if I'd like to talk about selling my car. Finally talk to the manager and he has no record of my complaints. THAT is a problem when your team does not communicate dissatisfied service! I will never trust this location with my vehicle again.
Came here to buy my first car, and while the experience was lengthy, Mariana helped me to make it a positive first in car buying. She was very friendly and helpful, and I am now the owner of a 2007 Corolla. She was incredibly patient with me and my parents, explaining the steps of the process along the way and making it all as painless as possible. I know I can trust this dealership and the people working here, and will return to Toyota in the future!
I went for an oil change today. My car was taken for a test drive and when they brought it back I noticed that my dash camera was unplugged. The shop foreman Andy had unplugged it WITHOUT MY CONSENT OR KNOWLEDGE!!! His reasoning was that he didn't want to be recorded and there was a privacy policy.... I was never shown or told of that before hand. So now i have to double check my car and make sure nothing is missing. And whose to say that when he test drove my car he was driving like a jackass that he is and he drove somewhere he shouldn't of have..... There is no trust factor from a dealership that allows it's employees to go through someone's car and do as they pleased..... Where are the rules and regulations to protect the consumer like my self from this jerk (andy shop foreman) from doing it again to someone else... He acted like he could do whatever he wanted and that was that... I am not pleased with the service in which I got....there should be an investigation into him for what he has done... YOU DON'T TOUCH OR GO THROUGH SOMEONE'S CAR AT YOUR LEISURE!!!!! Now I have to find another dealership t o bring my car to...... Major INCONVENIENCE!!
I was told that I had free oil changes for a year and that wasn't true....
I leased a 2017 Highlander back in 2017 with option to buy. My lease is up in September and I wanted to buy out my lease and in my contract it said after making all 36 payments I would need to finance around $26k. I went in and inquired about how much I needed to finance to buy it out and since it's still 3 months left to the lease it was around $27k, it all made sense. The salesman, Nelson was nice and then his manager, Erick came along, he was nice too. When it got time to discuss the payments he was talking about how there were added fees like, registering the car under my name, taxes etc. (which I didn't know I had to repay them again when I had done so in 2017) but it still made sense, I understood. There was no 0% APR promotion on buying out my lease, or for financing a 2020 Highlander and APR would start around 4. Erick then said that my monthly payments would be $534 for 72 months, doing the math that's $38,448. I was shocked at this point because I didn't understand how we went from $27k ($26k on my initial contract) to $38k! He couldn't really answer my question and called his manager, Hastrit Celaj. He showed us some documents where indeed there was some numbers typed in showing if I wanted to buyout my lease it would be the $38,448. I was upset at this point and asked him how was it possible that I had to finance $38,448 and taking into account the $15k that I had paid in the past 3 years for the lease, totaling $53k for a 2017! He said yes that how much it is but couldn't justify the numbers. I said you are telling me that a 2020 highlander is $40k and that my 2017 highlander is $38! My husband was with me and thankfully he also did the math and said something wasn't adding up. He said to my husband "sir do you sell cars for a living?" and my husband replied "no, but the numbers aren't adding up" and he said "ok, so you don't know what you're talking about" and my husband got up and said he would go elsewhere and he said "yeah, go somewhere else" he was very rude! We then drove to the Toyota of Westport and it was a total different experience and let me tell you THAT I WILL NOT BE PAYING $53K!!! Please don't waste your time with Colonial and if so, make sure you ask all the questions and get a justifiable answer!
Walked in with no expectations and walked out with the exact car I wanted at a very fair price. Dan, Gaby, and co. did a great job and were very transparent with their pricing, a lot more than their shady competitors can say. With friendly service, a huge selection, and a desire to get things done, this is definitely the spot to buy a Toyota in the New Haven area!
Eric the sales manager, Michael the finance manager, and Ellis who helped setup my car, peel off the new stickers and show me the bells and whistles were all Fantastic. The price of the car I found (I came from MA because it's very rare) was extremely fair. The dealership itself is state of the art, great place to enjoy the experience of buying a new car. I'd suggest any of my friends or family to take the drive and shop at Colonial.
This place is AWESOME...great friendly employees. Dave Fowlin is the greatest sales man there, I've know Dave for a very long time, he always go the extra mile to assure you get the best deal. Everyone from finance manager Erick, great guy. Like this place a lot and would recommend to everyone.
When I walked onto the lot, Anthony Mao was right there to greet me. Even though I knew exactly which vehicle I wanted, I wasn't sure if I wanted to finance or lease. He was very informative, professional and pleasant. He treated me as if I was his family. He went beyond his call of duty. He worked with me during the transaction. Sometimes sales people can be pushy and only concerned about making there commission, not Anthony. His main job was to make ME happy. He did an AWESOME JOB!!! Vanil Colodetti explained the packages that can help me to take care of the vehicle and save money in my pocket. I loved that!! Who doesn't want to save money!!! He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you guys for making my experience worry-free. I would definitely recommend, you would not be disappointed.
I've bought two used cars from here and I've gotten them for STEALS every time! Their new Toyota's are beautiful, but used cars are my go-to (I'm a college student, so I'm not trying to break the bank just yet!). I've been more than content with Toyota's DMV services, overall car selection, salesmen, and everyone I've encountered there. A pleasant place to purchase or look for a new or used vehicle.
Absolutely horrible service department. They are courteous and nice but when I went to have a pinging noise checked out, they told me I need to replace my Engine. I drop it off at 9:30 maybe I was a little early so call at 9:15 . The service coordinator called me back at 10:30, One hour later to tell me my engine was shot and it needed to be replaced and he had already gotten three quotes for other used engines. I asked him how they determine this and he told me The technician heard a noise and believes the connecting rod bearing is gone. I may know a little more about engines then their average customer so I asked how they determined that it was coming from the bottom end, he had no answer. I asked him how he determined any of his information, he had no answer. I asked him if he had done a compression test or a oil pressure test or a fuel pressure test, he replied no for all of it. No tests were done but they could confirm that my engine was shot. How can anyone trust these people? His one answer was well a compression test is expensive . I replied all you need to do is take the spark plugs out attach a gauge and turn the motor over I believe that would be less expensive than replacing the Engine . That's still fine I brought the car to Lawrence Toyota in Westbrook and they had the car for two days, ran a battery of test including compression, oil pressure and fuel pressure. Everything was fine. They found a leaky intake manifold gasket replaced it part was $12 repair.
When I went to pick up my car from colonial they had lost my key they said just wait till we find it I said I can't wait give me a loaner for the rest of the day. They sent me to their loaner department which said they couldn't rent me a car because my insurance was locked in my car which they had lost the key for...ridiculous. Colonial Toyota finally reached out to me after 3 phone calls but I don t trust bringing my car back there to have any work done.
After getting ripped off at another place for an oil change I m so glad I found this place. Went in for an oil change was out in less than hour. I dealt with Jessica in services and she was so sweet & answered any questions. They were kind enough to let me know of another problem with my car. I will be coming here for now on with any other car problems I have.
Purchased a vehicle through the certified used department back in September 2016. My sales associate was Keith Evans and he made the process of purchasing a vehicle smooth and hassle free. He was personable, patiently answered all of my 100 questions, and most importantly did not pressure me into purchasing a vehicle until I was thoroughly satisfied and informed.
Other support staff were also quite friendly and helpful! The service center installed a remote starter in my vehicle which has been clutch since day one! I will most definitely refer family and friends to Milford Toyota for future vehicle inquiries and purchases.
Recently went for service, I was told her going to top off all fluids that needed to be done, I went outside after they gave me back my car they never topped off my windshield washer fluid,I made sure I check before I brought my car in to see where the level was . What should I think of these services that they tell you they're going to do and it's not done ?
Waiting on the phone for 25+ minutes before giving up. They didn't even pick up to say how long the wait would be. Cant even ask a simple without having to drive there apparently.
I ve been coming here for service for many years after purchasing my first Toyota here. Not sure what is going on now. Perhaps new management. they messed up my appointment twice requiring 2 different calls . This service should be 1 hour15 mi. Max . Took 2 hours . How about an apology . That would have been nice . I m fact after an hour and 40 min when I asked the rep was very rude . Never again
Great experience today. Treated like family and now have a great truck! Hats off to Nick Shergill our sales consultant who made the time spent enjoyable!
Thank you Jason for my great experience at the car dealership Saturday. I absolutely LOVE my 2018 Toyota highlander . Thank you for being patient as I test drove two vehicles. Thank you for being knowledgeable and able to answer any questions or concerns. I highly recommend you come and ask for Jason for great service.
I bought a used 2010 Subaru Impreza which I though was in good shape and was a great car . It s alright but the rear struts need replacing as the car is too bouncy and I was told the middle exhaust flange could come off any day, and the steering column is leaking. Also the alignment seems nonexistent after them changing the tires. I bought the car for quite a bit of money and I already need to put over $1000 worth of repair into it. My only issue is selling an automobile with bad struts/bad or no alignment could be dangerous. I ve owned this car for less than a month.
I came to just look not buy and then Ryan Bray came over to help. I only had $5000.00 and did,nt want a loan payment. And I wanted a camry and he found a solara that was excellent and he worked with me and the managers to get me a great deal for both sides. THANK YOU Mr. Ryan Bray you are one of the friendliest and helfull and most of all not pushy. I will be coming back to colonial when my wifes corolla needs to be replaced. I am going to tell everyone that mentions they are looking for a car to go to Colonial Toyota. Also why is his name and picture not listed. IT SHOULD BE WITH HIS PERSONALLITY AND SALES SKILL. William t. Schreck
I just purchased the extended maintenance package for my 2014 Prius V. I did this because the service department focuses on the customer and works hard to make things right every time. A car is a big expense and you depend on the service department to make sure your car is maintained correctly. I strongly believe that Toyota parts and Toyota service are what I want to keep my vehicle running efficiently and without any problems. I will always take my car to Colonial Toyota because the service is excellent for me and my car. Lynn Chamberland
Well Cici was very nice explained what I needed done on my car I waited for a bid than she came over explained everything for me and I was ready to pay and go the waiting place is cozy thank you for your service
Sales person was very proficient in his understanding about the car. The finance manager was very understanding and showed us how we could get the car through Toyota financial services. Had a good experience when I was there and got the car I wanted. Would highly recommend colonial Toyota.
We had a great experience with Toyota of Milford head mananger, manager and sales team was great thank you all so much for a great experience on buying my first brand new car
The salesperson was very friendly and courteous. She made me aware of what type of work I needed completed for my next visit. She didn't pressure me into buying/getting work done that I didn't needed. I always enjoy bringing my car to get serviced at Colonial Toyota. My lease is up soon and I will be leasing another Toyota from Colonial Toyota.
Had a great experience with Hector and supervisors. They went above and beyond. They answered all our questions, they took us seriously, they were super professional, very respectful, and just made the whole experience just exiting and over the top for us. Having Hector to speak our language was a Plus!!! I happened to write this review after the first check up and just need to say the people who assisted our Vehicle were as GREAT.
I would not recommend to buy a car that is not a Toyota in this place. I bought my Ford escape a year and a couple months ago. Last January I couldn t drive my car so I towed my car to the service department in Milford. They told me they will diagnose the car to see whatever is happening and if it s covered under the warranty. After 2-3 days they called me and told me that I need a new transmission, a sensor on the thermostat and a couple things more. They needed to talk to the warranty to see if they cover all of this. A week after they tell me they just cover the transmission and to repair the sensor was about 500 dollars. I did my research and contacted a Ford dealership and this same job was gonna cost me 150-200. So I told the people at service I would do the sensor in another place. I have to call a couple times to confirm that they didn t order that part because I was not gonna pay double for something like this. The representative did not tell me I could have a rental ether until weeks later a different representative said I could. So I had to go all the way back again so I could finally have a car to use since I was without one that whole time. According to the service representative the transmission of the car was ordered mid January. Fast forward 2 months and 2 weeks. I m still waiting for my car. Last week they told me the part came and my car will be ready this Tuesday. Today is Friday and no call or any update or an answer why this has been delayed so much. I understand it s a big part and takes time, but 2 months to get a part and fix the car ? .
While traveling on rte. 95 the bluetooth in our Camry disconnected and we were without communication. We were in Milford CT and stopped at Colonial to ask what we should do. We didn't purchase our 2016 Camry there but the service rep. came right out and tried to fix it. When he couldn't he got the I.T. guy who came out and fixed it. Not only that, they took the car and washed it! We were treated with courtesy and respect. Thank you Colonial. My next Toyota will be purchased from you.
I got in early on Friday, before the dealership opened, already knowing the car I wanted to purchase. Unfortunately, it had been sold the night before, but Frank Pratts helped me find a similar Prius III. He let me take it out on a road with a lot of twists, as well as on the highway, so I could get a good idea of how it handled. We got the paperwork underway immediately upon return from the drive, and he walked me through every step of it, even giving me a much better value for my trade-in than I was expecting. I let him know what I had to put down, the term I wanted, and the payment I could afford, and he made it all happen for me.
It did take hours, even going in fully prepared, but the dealership is very nice and we were able to pass the time in total comfort.
Frank Pratts sold me my last car, and I will go back to him, though hopefully it will be about ten more years.
1030 am appt. Service person told me, it could take 1.5 hours or more. I said, in 1.5 hrs can you let me know how much longer I would need to wait. Well, he never told me anything. I went to him at 1 pm and didn't get an answer went to another service person and she said the paperwork is being done. Another 30 minutes, I got my car. Terrible service. I brought 2 cars at the same time, I may have rethink where I do business once the 2 leases are up.
I would like to thank Ednei Lima the salesperson who helped a lot , when I my lease finished and didn t Know what to do and didn t have many good options at that point . But he finally made me take the right choice . He was very attentive and patient , so I end up getting in to another lease and making a good deal . Happy with my new car ! Ednei didn t try to foolish me as most of the sellers do . Appreciate !
My husband and I went to Colonial Toyota and were greeted immediately by their sales consultant named Alejandro Sanchez. Although we knew what we were looking for, he took the time to show us around and guided us throughout the whole process. The experience of getting our new vehicle was great, the price was great and the interest we got was even better. From the sales consultant to the finance department they all helped us make a smooth and easy purchase.Thank you so much Alejandro and thank you Vanell for everything you guys did. God Bless you
We were just dropping off the car for service. The staff seems very nice but the young guys seem like typical millenials, trying to do things with as little effort as possible.
Issue: Bad Odour was coming in car. Went to Colonial Toyota as I go regularly to them. not clear about the root cause. they did AC refresher service and now i am not getting any bad smell. Vehicle: 2013 Toyota Corolla
