Do you go to college out of state so you have to pay a ticket remotely? Do you want to talk to someone when you call the Court's phone number? Do you want the process to be as easy as possible so that you don't have to devote half of your day to trying to figure out to pay your ticket?
Well if you have to pay a ticket remotely, you can first visit the Colleyville Municipal Court website that is so cluttered and confusing that it almost feels like they're trying to stop you from paying your ticket so that they can milk more money out of you. When you give up on trying to navigate the hellscape they call a website, try calling the phone number posted online! You'll be greeted with an automated answering machine to direct your call, that is even more confusing than the website, except now you can only make decisions based on sound. Hope you don't need anything to be repeated, because boy does she talk slow! Want to talk to a real person? If you manage to find the super secret option to talk to a live representative, don't get your hopes up! It'll ring, and ring, and ring until you're greeted with something we all want to hear... The option to leave a voicemail! Don't worry. They'll call you back, and tell you that you have to pay it either through a phone service or online. I recommend finding out how to pay it online, because doing it with the provided phone service is more expensive. Is their any benefit to paying more over the phone? Nope! Either way your forced to enter a plea of no contest! On top of that, there's a nice little service fee for you to give them your money. Now your hundreds of dollars out of pocket, you have a fresh conviction added to your record due to the forced no contest plea, because of that your insurance rates go up, and you've wasted half of your day!

I would rather stare directly at the sun through a telescope for three days straight, than come anywhere near this city and its soul sucking court ever again.

Ya gotta love those high tax cities that have to generate more revenue by writing tickets, instead of cruising our neighborhood for crime, because well..... having a city run using property taxes just isn't satisfactory....we need to write tickets. Guess what....I don't pay.....I hope the room is warm and the sheets are turned down for me cuz you didn't earn my money.

In light of recent events I want to be clear the below statement was just intended as joking and sarcasm. and Our Law enforcement deserve our respect and support. We all hate getting a ticket and having to respond to the summons. But I'm Damn glad they are out putting their lives on the line for us. Thank you for your service. Truth be told. I was out on my Registration and sometimes you have to take your licks

What a great time I had here. The people were nice enough. They readily accepted money from everyone passing through their doors. I found that just one violation no matter how small... Will constitute minimum of 3 trips. Unless you just pay and let go on your record. They even take Discover cards. ( fee is added). If you ever get to come out this way. I would encourage everyone to stop and Admire the lawn ornaments. It is exclusive. You will have to be invited or they won't accept payment. Last note. I did like how they put the "bookies" behind glass for their safety seemed like a great idea considering all communication that has to be done.

Got a ticket just after picking up my niece from school. I will admit I was going a bit fast and yes I was in the wrong. But since then I have gone back to college, paid a $231 ticket online to Keller, and am still getting summoned to court. I m currently 17 hours away in Wisconsin for school, and no one has returned my calls for information. The kicker is, I m being summoned to court by letter 13 days before my semester ends.

I drove to Keller to get errands done..I got pulled over on 400 block bear creek pkwy the worst street ever to get pulled over. (This street is famous for cops waiting on its next pray. I wish I never drove on this street.) I was running late and needed to pick up my son. This conniving cop came out of nowhere pulled me over and gave me a ticket for speeding! He lasered my car from a far before I got a chance to slowed down and I didn't even past the 30 limit sign yet. Never in my life saw a cop stoop this low in doing this. There are real dangers out there, real people needing help and cops now these days preying on the innocent and slapping tickets on our faces. Thanks officer Steven Grossman for the $268 speeding ticket. This money could of have gone towards my son's school supply, or better yet,towards my mom's medical bill Who has throat cancer!

Oh how I just loved paying my traffic ticket here. Lol.

200 dollars for not coming to a COMPLETE stop at a stop sign late at night while a police officer waits for an unsuspecting victim in the shadows. Nice...

WORST CITY AND COMMUNITY... BEWARE OF TICKETS LOTTA TOO LOL

There is a sign on the window that sez turn off your cellphone . But the blonde Hispanic employee, inside the window, was playing with HER phone while I stood waiting in line. Guess govt employees that taxpayers are paying for don t have to follow their own rules or help customers. 920am 1/18/2018.

Am so upset today I was not going over speed and by the way I was coming from a especialist doctor to pick up some results test for my mom that have cancer and being having stress and being sick too by the way as a single parent I don't know what to do with a ticket more than 500 dollar when I have don't have no money I only have a part time job I don't know what to do I was scared to tell him that I was not speeding beacuse .am Spanish and there s alot of discrimination on Spanish people and black African and I was scared he my do something to me it's not fair please we need justice not paying alot of fine tickets when it's not fair am just beacuse the government need more money am so sad I don't know how am going to pay this ticket am very poor with no extra money

has anyone noticed there is no maling address for this court? I dont know if I should send my mail to the physical address or what. the website only says send your mail to colleyville/keller court. what does it mean? whats the address? Im afraid sending my mail there and cops show up to arrest me for not sending the documents. like WTH?
