I have a subcontractor trying to rip me off with her invoice - which is requesting more than three times what it should be and was agreed upon quite clearly via email correspondence.

Paul has harassed me and told me I am to pay what the invoice states, provided her with my credit file and told me he is going to take legal action should I not pay the full amount. Using unlawful scare tactics is probably why his clients give him five star reviews
