Sales assistants are sloppy and rude. I had issues returning a pair of boots. If you have to, better buy online, prices are higher in this store as well.

Bought shoes for my wife and saw some that I liked! They really do have shoes at discounted prices. They may be past season but new none the less. Worth a look.

What a shame of a store. You can definitely tell they have a huge turnover rate. New manager everyday, but each manager worse than the rest. I love cole haan, but when you receive such a mediocre service, and you can tell nobody knows how to run a store. You just HAVE to shop somewhere else.

Just walking by the mall stopped by Cole Haan and as soon as i walked in a lady Tasharia offered to help if necessary, so that was a plus. I looked around and I did look at some shoes and since she was paying attention she asked if I needed to look at a particular size and I did. She also let me know what was the sale about and informed me about the different types of shoes. I ended up buying due to the service.
Got some shoes, socks and a wallet, best of all it was at a good price.
the Cole Haan shoes that I already own are of good quality and they have lasted a long time with me so that's why I bought these new ones.
Will stop by again.

Horrible experience by this sales person called Andreas, very rude person, has a disgusting attitude and made me leave the store from discomfort. I don t want recommend this store while this Andreas is working there.

Love Cole Haan. My son and I were on a trip to Chicago and decided to try the outlet mall. Very surprised and happy that many of the shoes on sale were great deals and we we both were able to walk out with something good.
We will definitely come back in the summer.

Designs are the same as the retail stores, but the quality is no where close. I've purchased items from both the factory and retail locations, and the retail items feel and wear much better. A belt from the factory store lasted all of two days before the buckle fell off. It was by no means two small as I wasn't using the last adjustment hole.

One of sales person helped a lot though to purchase. His name is Andre. He was very helpful and nice. It was not a good first impression when I first went to the store two years ago, but I was very happy this time.

Good collection and their sale somewhat alright. So far I love the product and quality. Check their sale/clearance rack at the back. Sometimes you might get lucky.
