Kenneth was absolutely wonderful. The Cole Chevy team was wonderful. Kenneth helped with my long distance truck purchase (love the truck) going above and beyond what I'd expect from a salesman. Furthermore, as a former mechanic he's very knowledgeable about everything vehicles (literally, try him). Even though I live in a different state, I'll be looking to them for my future Chevy purchases.

Called ahead made sure I had enough time for oil change and my next appointment. The car was not taken in on my scheduled time. UPDATE: Not savvy enough to figure out how to leave a new review. Just bought our 4th car from Cole. Our experience again was excellent, all the way through Finance, where it was a no pressure approach just like their sales team. Jim in F and I was even able to get is a better rate than we thought at first. Again look no further for a team that will treat you right from the moment you walk in the front door!

I bought a used Colorado from these guys less than a week ago. The truck was in great shape, detailed well, and was reasonably priced. Jeremy Williams was the salesman. He and the rest of the staff there were GREAT to work with.
They treated me fairly on my trade in, and get this... once I d decided to buy, the entire process took less than 90 minutes! I highly recommend Cole Chevrolet for your next car or truck purchase. It was the most pleasant auto purchase experience I ve ever had.

They treat me very well!! Only place I go to get my vehicle serviced in Pocatello.

I have delt with both the parts and service departments on several occasions and have always been very happy with the service I recieved. The service manager Joe is great as is Debbie from parts and any of the techs I have talked with. They are all very knowledgeable, dedicated, and nice.

Drove from salt lake got here and was giving a great no pressure experience on top of that I had looked at dealers closer they offered me a trade in value higher than other dealerships I had literally haggled with for hours.

I had a great experience at Coles. I wanted to purchase a Silverado that had bonus cash on it however they had just sold their last unit. Both Bob and Mario went out and found several that other dealers had. Most dealers don't want to trade a bonus cash vehicle but Mario and Bob kept at it until they found a couple of units. I went to competition, the only thing I got from them was that" no dealer was going to let go of a vehicle that had bonus cash". So, there are two Coles customers that walked away pretty darned Happy. Everyone at Coles was friendly and made sure I went away happy. A special thanks To the salesman Rodger who helped get the deal done.

The vehicle proved to be everything we were looking for and found the negotiations very reasonable. We knew ahead of time what the pickup was listed for and the normal retail value. We also knew the trade in value for our car. The folks at Cole's met and exceeded our expectations and made the buying experience very easy and enjoyable. I recommend this dealership to any who are looking for great quality vehicles and great staff to back up the sale.

The Service Department is horrible. I bought a car in here 2015, car ran great until the transmission went out after about 20000 miles. I called here to find out if the transmission was under warranty. They immediately told me it wasn't because of the year of the vehicle without requiring more information. I brought the car to a mechanic who inquired with the dealership in Nampa about the transmission. Turns out it was under warranty due to issues with that model under 120000 miles. I almost spent an arm and a leg getting my car fixed for no reason because of the information I was told from the dealership I bought it from. Good thing there are actually people who work with integrity out there so that wasn't the case.

Road Side assistance recommend Cole's to our friends from out of town and When they got there truck back the auxiliary for the stereo wasn't fixed ( the reason it was brought in was the engine light) the 4 wheel drive stopped working and the USB port wasn't changed. They charged 300$ for an air filter. Straight scammers. Do not go here.Darrel the service manager talked Dow to them lied to them and literally treated them like dog poo less than 1 star 0 if we could

Probably would have been a better experience if the appraiser wasn't so rude. Being so arrogant isn't good for business. And assumptions never end well. Worst customer experience I have ever had at a dealership. And funny, Nissan gave me decent trade in and got me into the same exact car and did it easily! So go to Pocatello Nissan!

I just bought a pre-owned vehicle from this store and my salesman Leroy was AWESOME. Very easy to work with!!! Also I would love to brag about the sale manager Hap.....He goes out of his way to make you HaPpY!! Also a great guy!!!! The finance manager very thorough and easy to work with,His name is Jim. The sales manager Kevin not the greatest, he was backing out of everything I was told . which wasnt very kosher!! Kind of ruined my experience there . But thank God the other guys were so awesome and that is the only reason I am giving this place a 5 star rating!!! So thank you Leroy, Hap and Jim. You guys ROCK!!!!

I worked with Jeremy and I have to say out of the maybe 20+ car salesmen and women I've worked with in the past he was by far the most helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful. I really appreciated that he wasn't pushy and did not go past my budget, I wound up going past my budget but it was still nice that there was no pressure and he highlighted to more affordable cars. It was such a good experience I keep telling friends this is the place and person they should work with. My family and I will 100% be back when we need a new car.

I walked into the Chevy dealership this last weekend. A guy named Jeremy came out to assist my boyfriend & I while shopping for Dodge Ram pickups. He wouldn t look at me or answer any of my questions & pretended I wasn t there. It was clear he assumed since I m a female my input didn t matter. He also wouldn t shake my hand at the end or even acknowledge me even at the end of conversation (that he had with my boyfriend). Safe to say we were quick to leave & not look at any other vehicles. Good thing we found one elsewhere!

Justin is absolutely amazing at what he does! He was more than helpful and got me into the perfect car! The team work there is better than I have seen anywhere. They all worked together to get me a better deal than I thought possible. They really go above and beyond and surpassed my expectations!

It was great. Justin Romriell was very accomodating to my husband's schedule as a truck driver. I showed up about 15 minutes before closing while my husband was still making his way to town. Justin happily stayed late (over 2 hours) and talked with me and showed me options and explained everything. Brought in for a recall that they were unable to complete at last visit. No issues with the visit today.

Brought my Truck into service last Thursday afternoon. Was told they would do a Diagnostic test on it Friday morning. I checked on it Late Friday afternoon and was told they didn't get to it and was running short on time. Asked if I could leave it over the weekend and I said not a problem. They tole me it would be get in the shop first thing .In the morning Monday. 10:15 it was still outside of the shop sitting. I don't like being lied to just tell me if you are going to check it out like you said or do I need to take my business elsewhere.

The whole Coles Chevy team was amazing once again. From the purchase of my C7 Corvette 8 years ago to the new purchase of my wife s C8 Corvette yesterday, they are a fantastic dealership and really go the extra mile. We live within minutes of several Chevy dealerships but choose to drive 2 hours out of state to have the Coles experience.
Our salesman Kenneth was amazing. Our C8 was a factory order and when it arrived it was missing a couple of key accessories like the side skirts and the high wing fin. Kenneth jumped on the phone and found them in another state and had the next day delivered and installed for the next day. We were able to pick up the car on time and with everything that we ordered on it. Truly outstanding customer service. And that s why the long drive out of state makes it all worth it in the end.
Other Chevy dealers near us didn t seem interested in helping us put in a factory order for our C8 Corvette. Must be to hard and to much work for those dealers.
Coles Chevy welcomed us and spent the time to walk us through the ordering process to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Perfection, thanks Coles and a special shout-out to Kenneth!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All I can say is Excellent Service! Service department and Diesel Mechanic were extremely helpful and took care of us in every aspect. We were on a road trip from Utah and shortly after reaching Idaho we had to make an emergency stop short of Pocatello. We tried calling a few local garages but could not find one that would work us in NOW. On the advice from a local tow company we tried Cole's and they were extremely helpful and worked us in as soon as we could get our truck there. Once there they got us in a bay within 10 min and started digging into our issue. The service manager (Darrel) was great, he worked with our previous garage to understand what work had been done and even coordinated our options with our third party warranty company. As you can imagine we had to stay in their lobby a while and they gave us updates every 30-40 min. They offered free rental loaner to get some dinner. I was very impressed with the friendly attitude of the entire staff. I do not live in Idaho but I will consider driving there for my next purchase. -bg

Sold me a used car that had "only cosmetic defects." 10 months later I learn they used cheap tricks to cover a bad transmission and defective air conditioning.

I wasn't the one that actually took the car in but it was my wife. She said the staff was very friendly to her and when they diagnosed it they didn't even charge her for that time. Also the part we needed for our car came in very fast and darrell called not only my wife but also me to check in and tell me that the part had arrived. They were fast and efficient with scheduling and putting the part in. The car now drives outstanding and they even made the cost less than the estimate they originally gave us! Great experience great staff and I know that GM who is a great guy as well Art Beery! overall an outstanding business and I have had nothing but positive experiences there from changing my oil to diagnosing and replacing an essential part when my check engine light came on!

Today I hit 40k on my 17 Malibu so I thought I'd give a small review on the car itself: remind you this is the car not the dealership.
Overall I'd give it a 3. Dont get me wrong it's a good car. great on gas, comfy and the features. The flaws are paint chipping when it I was at 1500 miles. Been in the shop for intake, fuel purge valve and twice for the computer. It runs great and for the most part everything was taken care of just taking time off of work to fix my brand new car gets irritating. Transmission shifts hard so that's more time I have to take off of work.

Would return to this place to buy a car even if I lived on the other side of the country
