The Service Department is horrible. I bought a car in here 2015, car ran great until the transmission went out after about 20000 miles. I called here to find out if the transmission was under warranty. They immediately told me it wasn't because of the year of the vehicle without requiring more information. I brought the car to a mechanic who inquired with the dealership in Nampa about the transmission. Turns out it was under warranty due to issues with that model under 120000 miles. I almost spent an arm and a leg getting my car fixed for no reason because of the information I was told from the dealership I bought it from. Good thing there are actually people who work with integrity out there so that wasn't the case.
