The whole Coles Chevy team was amazing once again. From the purchase of my C7 Corvette 8 years ago to the new purchase of my wife s C8 Corvette yesterday, they are a fantastic dealership and really go the extra mile. We live within minutes of several Chevy dealerships but choose to drive 2 hours out of state to have the Coles experience.
Our salesman Kenneth was amazing. Our C8 was a factory order and when it arrived it was missing a couple of key accessories like the side skirts and the high wing fin. Kenneth jumped on the phone and found them in another state and had the next day delivered and installed for the next day. We were able to pick up the car on time and with everything that we ordered on it. Truly outstanding customer service. And that s why the long drive out of state makes it all worth it in the end.
Other Chevy dealers near us didn t seem interested in helping us put in a factory order for our C8 Corvette. Must be to hard and to much work for those dealers.
Coles Chevy welcomed us and spent the time to walk us through the ordering process to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Perfection, thanks Coles and a special shout-out to Kenneth!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
