Cole Chevrolet Review

Last week my Suburban started acting weird, not wanting to accelerate. I took her to my "mechanic," he tested her and diagnosed what he thought was the problem. Wanting a second opinion, I took my truck to another mechanic and got the same news. II wa told it would cost between $600 and $1,000. Panicked, I let a backyard mechanic do the work. After he was done, my truck was in worse shape. Not running at all. I got ahold of Cole Chevrolet and made arrangements to tow my truck to them. Thinking the worst, after almost 2 days of being in the shop, I get the call my truck is ready. Fighting excitement, I know there's a bill coming, I get told less then $200. I almost fainted ! Cole Chevrolet you went above and beyond what other places would have. You saved me and my truck. I'll be back for service as needed. Thank you, more then words can say.

Joe was right on top of it. He followed up but wasn't annoying like most salesmen. He also got us a better rate on our loan. Definitely go back to them in the future. Thanks you guys!

We were 6000 miles from home, had an issue with our truck on the highway. The service provided by Daryl was above and beyond and got us back on the highway quickly.

Staff were professional and friendly and service was done in a timely manner.

We recently bought a used Suburban from Cole Chevrolet. Justin Romerielle was our sales guy. After my experience here, I will no longer take my business elsewhere or to anyone else, should I say. We have dealt with Justin before back when he worked at another dealership. His service is impeccable. He sets the bar high for other sales associates at his dealership and at others. Same goes for his GM of sales, Mario. We had 2 issues with our suburban, and though it was out of warranty due to age and mileage, without question, or any pushback, and with no extra money out of pocket our issues were addressed immediately and within a timely manner.
Again, this was all done within a matter of a small phone call, and with Justin, immediately taking care of his clients with his integrity and impeccable service, and with his GM of sales, Mario, backing him up 100%. Justin, you have a client for life.

Bought a used pickup only reason I bought was because it was the truck I was looking for , service team replaced a gasket and used the the wrong one and when made it home still had the leak drove 8 hours round trip just to bring to my pick up to my home town dealer to get it properly fixed very disappointed. Also waited all day to get it fixed .. was told I d be ready to leave as soon as I got there .

It was a amazing..it was a life changing experience for me ..alan was so awesome not pushy..let me take it for a nice test drive..he left it on the show room floor until i got there..i love how fast they got me approved..I will definitely be referring people here..thank you for the experience that i have never felt before...

Friendly, fast and listened to everything I asked!!

Got my oil changed and they did great and the price was good. But..... while I waited I asked a sales guy about a car from another dealership my husband was interested in. But he works 6 days a week and cant get there to buy it. The sales guy said he would find out and contact me but it's been 4 days and no call. We contacted the other dealership and are working something out to do everything over phone and fax. Missed out on a $70k sale buddy.

We recently had some car trouble and Cole Chevy Service treated us better than any mechanic or dealer that I've ever experienced. They are fair, communicate well and do whatever it takes to provide excellent customer service. Our service adviser Carlos went above and beyond, exceeding our expectations. I will be a Cole service customer for all my vehicle needs; regardless of manufacture!

Great service, good folks. My last experience I got a call from Coles on a Friday about a recall campaign. They scheduled me for the repair for Monday. They made the repair, changed my oil, rotated my tires. I got home later that day and the recall notice was in the mail. That wasn't the first time Coles took the initiative to react before a recall notice. That kind of service isn't common anymore. Thank you

You couldn't give me a million dollars or any type of incentive for that matter to ever want to step a foot in this dealership again. They are the most crooked and dishonest people I have ever met in my entire life. I don't know how the employees even sleep at night. BUYERS BEWARE! I travel all of Eastern Idaho and Western Wyoming for work and I am currently telling everyone about my experience. I hope to hurt Cole Chevrolet for the next several years to give them a little payback of screwing me over!

Probably would have been a better experience if the appraiser wasn't so rude. Being so arrogant isn't good for business. And assumptions never end well. Worst customer experience I have ever had at a dealership. And funny, Nissan gave me decent trade in and got me into the same exact car and did it easily! So go to Pocatello Nissan!

The customer service at Cole Chevrolet is amazing! Mario and Dylon went above and beyond to make sure we were able to purchase the truck of our dreams! Mario spent hours on the phone to get us the best deal possible with the bank, while Dylan s personality and expertise put us right at ease. Dylan even bought us lunch since the bank was taking longer than expected to complete their end of things! Jim was a very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly finance manager. We ve never had such incredible customer service! We will definitely buy from Cole Chevrolet again!

We had our Suburban towed to Cole Chevrolet after a long road trip from CA because of a broken tie rod. Abe was fantastic. He kept us informed and the service dept. hustled to take care of us as we were on our way to ND. Everyone was friendly and the waiting room was wonderful. Enjoyed Ellen on TV while shipping on complimentary coffee and cocoa on a frigid snowy day. It didn't take long and we made our destination safely. Thank you!

My Chevy Cruze had an error code that popped up saying engine power reduced. This was right before Christmas and we were just about to leave on a trip. We took it in the next day and left if for a few days so they could diagnose and repair it. Dale called us a couple of days later saying there were a couple issues, but he still wasn't sure. Said the battery cable was corroded and needs replaced, the battery fuse box is corroded and needs replaced, and the alternator is bad and needs replaced. Quoted around $1000 for parts and labor. Knowing a little about cars and having a buddy who knows a lot about cars, I decided to pass on the repair and try and see if I could figure it out. We figured out that it was the throttle pedal sensor and I replaced the part for $40 and 20 minutes of easy work, I got it to work... To say the alternator is bad while the battery is testing at over 15 volts while the car is idling shows you have a good alternator and to say the battery fuse box needs replaced because of corrosion and when I opened it up there was no corrosion at all shows they either made a lazy diagnosis and just guessed or deliberately told me the wrong thing. I am extremely appalled by how they could do that to someone and it could've cost us over $1500 to just figure out what the issue was. I will never recommend their service department to anyone and they will take advantage of you.

We were in search of the perfect pickup truck. All the staff at Cole were so helpful. They gave us an incredible deal on a leather interior 2013 Chevy pickup with hardly any miles. We love the car and we love Cole

I asked for Robert the most senior salesman and was not disappointed. I had done my homework and told him I expected a good experience buying my 2016 Silverado 2500. He respected my request and knew the product thoroughly. He answered all my questions and very quickly we made the sale. After the sale he was helpful in following up with the accessories that I wanted installed. I would recommend him and the Cole Chevrolet dealership.

I give zero stars to Cole Chevrolet they do not honor warranty's! I purchased my warranty through Portfolio Recovery and I also Purchased the Extended warranty that covers everything literally bumper to bumper for 7 years 150,000 miles. Ryan Cole the owner said they supposedly called the warranty company and talked to a Karen. When I called Portfolio they informed me they were never called. I initially took my truck in because it was having computer issues, but when the service manager called me he assaulted me with a list of issues that weren t even what I took my truck in for. I guess they were fishing for work because they are slow like everyone else due to Covid but that shouldn t be an excuse to rip someone off. I actually scanned my Portfolio Everdrive warranty paper work and sent it to owner of Cole Chevrolet Ryan Cole and he still wouldn t honor it or give me a refund for the money they charged me for services that were clearly stated in my warranty contract.

I was recently shopping for a new truck. I had never purchased a new truck. I shopped around and ultimately fell in love with the Ford F150, but I had such a great experience with Roger Schei, Bob Johnston, and Ray Fillmore of Cole Chevrolet that I needed to leave this review. The team made me an incredible offer on a new truck, met my every request and then in the end when I elected to purchase the Ford were nothing but extremely professional. Whenever I need another car, I will certainly shop at Cole's. These guys are top grade.

I was scared at first to go get my cars oil changed because I ve never been to Cole Chevrolet but they were super friendly and nice. I scheduled my appointment online, that was super easy as well. When it comes time for my next one, I ll be going back! Thanks Cole Chevrolet!!

Leroy Brady was the salesman who sold us our new Chevy Silverado. He made it a great experience! My husband and I normally hate the process of buying a new vehicle, but Leroy made it so painless. He was very upfront about everything and did not pressure us at all. Also, we received a reasonable amount for our trade in! We will be buying all of our vehicles from Cole Chevrolet from now on! We love our Chevy!

I was having trouble with my suburban and they got me in on the same day to fix the issue and although they couldn't fix it on the same day, they sent me home with a loaner car at no charge. Wonderful service! Nice work Darrell.

Leroy, at Cole Chevrolet, and the managers, went above and beyond to help me get into the truck I really wanted. They were not obligated in any way to do what they did for me, but wanted me to be happy. I am. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. I'm very satisfied with the outcome.

I purchased a Chevy Malibu from my work that was originally purchased from Cole Chevrolet. (We purchase a lot of our company cars from them.) It has warranty left on it so I called Cole to schedule a service appointment. I spoke with someone in the service department that was clearly preoccupied doing something else while also trying to talk to me. He gave me some appointment times that didn't work for me, so he told me about the key drop off and that I could drop off after hours. Failed to mention anything about a shuttle service (that they do have) that would have made any hours work for my schedule. I asked about my warranty and he told me I would need to check on that before making the appointment. When I asked him who I would check with he said, "I can check it for you." Okay great. So I asked if he would and he audibly sighed in my ear like I was a massive inconvenience for asking and asked for the last four of my VIN. I didn't have that readily available so he asked me to call back when I had it. Called back the next day and no one in the service department was available so the receptionist took a message and said someone would call me back. 24+ hours later and still no phone call. Night and day difference compared to two other dealerships in town that I have worked with. I called another dealership to handle the service needs of my car.

Excellent salesperson, excellent sales manager. Nobody pressures and they listen to what the customer is looking for. The salesperson Kenneth, was the absolute best part of my day when purchasing my car at Coles.

Rodger was verry rude and pushy it's hard to bye a vehicle from someone who will take advantage of someone that puts his life on the line .for his freedom .we bought a 2016 camero last year it was pleasant .we sent our son down but Rodger changed the whole experience there we will not send anyone that way again !!!!!!!!
