Took my 2003 Yukon Denali in for service. Needed to replace mode door actuator for air conditioning and new brake pads. I was without my vehicle for 3 days for what should have never taken more than 1. They failed to call me after they diagnosed the problem, instead, wating for me to stop by and check on it. They did manage to finish the job and as a bonus, lost 3 of my valve caps on my wheels with their complimentary multi point inspection. Can't wait to find out if Hirning GMC will do better next time I need service.
I love Cole Chevrolet Inc I can bring my vehicle that I purchased there in anytime and they will wash it for free check the air in my tires check my brakes and rotate my tires at no cost to me
I did a lot of my research into what truck to buy online. I emailed several dealerships and I can honestly say that Cole Chevrolet was by far the most responsive. All I can say is Excellent Service! Service department and Diesel Mechanic were extremely helpful and took care of us in every aspect. We were on a road trip from Utah and shortly after reaching Idaho we had to make an emergency stop short of Pocatello. We tried calling a few local garages but could not find one that would work us in NOW. On the advice from a local tow company we tried Cole's and they were extremely helpful and worked us in as soon as we could get our truck there. Once there they got us in a bay within 10 min and started digging into our issue. The service manager (Darrel) was great, he worked with our previous garage to understand what work had been done and even coordinated our options with our third party warranty company. As you can imagine we had to stay in their lobby a while and they gave us updates every 30-40 min. They offered free rental loaner to get some dinner. I was very impressed with the friendly attitude of the entire staff. I do not live in Idaho but I will consider driving there for my next purchase. -bg
I can say 3 important things. RAY is top notch and changed my opinion to positive for your dealership. Your GM was inattentive, unfriendly and quite frankly seemed as though he was trying to avoid me. NOT impressed. Your gm accessories are grossly overpriced and should not be cheaper to buy on the Internet than your gm dealership. That I will shout out to the world to those few people that don't do their own research. Other than that.... time management was lacking. That is by far the most time I have every spent buying a vehicle.
I have been working with Kenneth Ashcraft for months trying to find the EXACT truck I wanted, which wasn't easy because I was extremely picky, as well as being two states away. We finally decided to just custom order one since what I wanted was hard to find. Kenneth worked with me back and forth getting the finest details and making sure everything was perfect. Had my truck in for body work after a deer hit my truck they did fantastic work. Been taking it back for other mechanical issues as well. If there is something wrong that is covered under warranty, I never have to worry as it is always just "taken care of". Recently there was some concerns over a warranty related problem and Joe, the service manager, got on the phone and got his reps to look into it. Again, it was "taken care of". I am very grateful for Joe's hard work and wonderful customer service. Thank you Joe!

Let me start off by saying that our sales person, Melissa was fantastic. She was professional, kind, knowledgeable and did everything she could to make sure we were happy with our purchase. She's the one who made our experience at Cole's a good one. I will say that their body shop cut a real corner with fixing the trim above our wheel well. But once we told them we were unhappy with it they sent us to a great place to get it fixed, on their dime.These folks are really willing to do anything to make sure you're happy with your purchase. Horrible place to get a new vehicle, was in there today and the staff is just meseriable, they didn't greet me or even speak, they we not even trying to sell me a vehicle, for gods sake that's you're job , if you're that meseriable there working why bother coming to work
Worst automotive repair experience I have ever had! They didn't fix they issue, they were slow, not helpful, dismissive, condescending, and overpriced.
Took in a 2006 chevy cobalt to fix warped rotors. $150 and some supposedly resurfaced rotors later, the problem still persists. I take it in a second time approximately two weeks later with the exact same issue. They condescendingly dismiss my concerns that it was not properly done and tell me I must not be driving it correctly (note: I have been driving for ten years and have lived in the same location that whole time). I pay another $200 (no discount) and have them replaced. Shortly after the same problems start again! I take it in a third time and insist that a employee drive it so they can do a more thorough inspection. I set up an appointment at 9.00 in the morning. I come back at 5.30 and they haven't even got it looked at yet! Never going back!

The truck we bought is amazing and has been fantastic. Omar our salesman was great too, helped give us more for our trade-in. But the man who does the paperwork was unhelpful. He ended up charging us 500$ more than what he needed. So we had to go back. Then a few hours later he forgot he needed more things from us again.
Staff and our sales person were very friendly, but they charged above blue book pricing got a used vehicle, and when I mentioned that a strut needed to obviously be checked out, they said they would look at it and then didn't. As we drove our new used car, we found more and more things we've had to fix along the way that you'd never notice until you've driven the vehicle for a few weeks. Apparently, I was a sucker who bought it...

And then I saw some more, and then the salesman helping me found others for me to come back and drive later in the week! Very attentive team at Cole s, where they can do everything from maintenance & tires & mechanical work to washing & detailing. I knew after one trip there that I wanted to buy my vehicle from them because I felt like I could get a super reliable car at a fair price. And... they made it fun and easy!

Also I had service job in March, at that time, I was told my battery was bad. I replaced it that same month and at this last service the technician reported the battery was bad. I would like to know how the batteries are tested and what is checked when reporting a bad battery....
I bought the 2017 Malibu in November of 2017, during the sale I noticed the carpet was coming out by the passenger door. I notified them about it they said they would fix it however after the sale it keeps happening every time you get in or out of the car. However was not on the closing documents so I didn't say anything. Then in February after taking to the car wash the soap and water was coming in to the car and in the headliner. I called Cole they since it was a high pressure car wash that just happens and was very rude so I took the car to J&J. When they look at the car and they said who did you back windshield I said it was a new car and I have never replaced the windshield and they said it has broken glass in the back windshield and the seal has never been set up and would fail in a rollover. As a result of that and a faulty high lamp that is why my car has been leaking any water and because there was mold and soap in my headliner its needs to be replaced. So I called Cole again and they said them or gm never replaced the back windshield so must have been the previous owner but I bought it new. So they either replaced the back windshield or sold me a used car as new and the manager said he would call me back but they need the car so brought them the car around noon. Then he called me around 2 and said they are covering the damages they just need the car when it was already there. They said later to get the car that day and got yelled at for not have the break light when it was in the backseat. As well I have a plastic cover over the back windshield for over a week and cannot see anything with radio silence from Cole. Glad they are covering the cost but no contact and not being able to see out of my back windshield for about 10 days makes me regret my decision to buy a car from them.
Service on my silverado truck was great! Service people treated me very well and did the job on time and under what I expected. will go back. Good job.

The negative: They LOW-balled me on my 2011 HONDA Odyssey trade-in. They had their reasons. Some were valid, some I felt weren't. But that is to be expected anywhere.
The positive: I felt their staff was SUPER helpful. They all approached us (after we were into the process) making sure we were comfortable. We dealt with Kenneth first. He was honest, very approachable, and a -let the buyer make their own decision- kind of salesman. We then dealt with Mario. He was good to. He ended up meeting me in the middle of what I wanted and what they wanted to give me out of my trade. He was a hand-shake deal guy.
I needed to trade in my smaller SUV for an SUV with a third row for my growing family, these guys were awesome. Jeremy was my salesman. He put me in a few different makes and models to help me decide on the right car. He was very knowledgeable and informative, but not too pushy which I appreciated. Mario, the manager, took time to come introduce himself. He spent time getting to know me and my son. They gave me an awesome deal on the perfect car for me. Get working on a deal, when I was presented with a pre sale purchase paper that detailed most of the fees and charges and final sale price, when I started going through asking what each specific fee was, I came upon one that I didn t feel I needed to pay for (Theft protection) and instead of remaining calm and still negotiate my deal my salesman told me that I didn t have to pay the fee and I don t need to buy a car from them either. I felt it was very very rude, and over a small fee $185 that could easily be taken off if he really wanted to make a sale on a brand new car. It appeared that he was upset because I knew what the fee included and didn t want it and that I even questioned it to begin with. Still hoping that another salesman can rectify the situation if not I will in fact take me and my family s business elsewhere to a place with better customer service skills. I get FREE oil changes on my car right now so I go there. However I did get charged for a free oil change when I had my snow tires swapped out some time ago. I was on my way home when I realized this. Was not happy. Had to go back to get it fixed. Then when my free oil changes recently expired, they did not tell me and charged me for the oil change. Would have been nice to know this piece of information beforehand. I would have gone to my regular mechanic! He is cheaper and just as good.
Went in for a trade appraisal for a car that I had seen on their website and Dylon showed me the car I was interested in... But after seeing the car I was interested in he then gave me a lil peak at what he thought I might like just a liiiiiiiittle bit more... The peak he gave me got me kiiiinda interested, but THE MAN got the car he was wanting to show, pulled it up to the front, showed me all the features and little details of this dream car. Dude got me sitting in and driving around in the car, the car I have now fallen for. Dylon went far above and far beyond for me, he worked hard and did what he could and got me in my dream car ( my trade in was a 2004 Ford Focus Zx5 Hatchback)(the car I wanted was a 2013 Ford Fiesta hatchback)( The car I fell in love with and ended up buying was a 2018 Ford Fiesta Hatchback)

Well came in due to another shop breaking my eccentric and my guide pin. These guys got me right in and boy did they do one heck of a job. The Tech Carson is just beyond amazing. Checking everything over, measuring every angle. 45 minutes later he had it perfectly aligned. Cody in the body shop fixed up the broken guide pin with a wonderful weld. Straightened the upper control arm bracket with no issues. To Darrel, Joe, Cody, Carson thank you for the outstanding professionalism and work you did for me.

We were in the market for a New/Used Chevy Traverse. I am the type that researches everything about the car before we contact the dealer. In my research I found over 40+ Used 2012 Traverses in the market, I couldn t believe it. After a few hours, I finally found the top 3 dealers with the cars that we wanted. After speaking with the sales gal, at Cole Chevrolet, she was very friendly and very helpful. I don t expect sales people to know every answer in the book, but I expect them to get the answer, and she did this to the T. She even told me that she didn t know the answer, but she would find out and get back with me, and she did. She got her GM involved in the deal, they knew that I was from SLC Utah, and the drive up there was around 3 hours. So they did almost everything over the phone. I asked them to come back with their best offer for the complete package, ( Trade Value, New Price of the car, and the interest rate) and they did this, with the understanding that they would need to see my trade to confirm the price given) It came down to 2 Traverses and it was a pain to make sure that each car was the same, without seeing them. This is the very first time, that I made a blind decision on the #1 choice and made the decision to drive up there to see the car. This dealer went way above what they needed to. They took the car into the shop, went through and found some marks that were on the car, and they had their detailer come in and do some body work to remove the scratches. The negotiations, was a breeze, the financing was AMAZING, he was friendly, non pushy and was very helpful to get me the best rate. He was able to pull a string or two, and got us the rate that we needed from the bank. We drove over 3 hours, and when we arrived all we had to do was to verify the car, and the car was in amazing shape with one minor issue, but they were quick to find a great solution to solve this issue. In my life and with my business we have purchased over a dozen of cars in the past 15 years, and I have to say that this was the best dealership that I have dealt with. I would highly recommend this dealer, even if they have the car that you want .MAKE THE DRIVE we did and it was WELL WORTH IT!
Went there to check a truck then they took some information from me, Dino told me he will call me but never did. Even i dont got approve in any banks since they run my credit without signing the application paper he should call. Never going back there
There were helpful and very friendly. I used the service dept and they did a great job on my car since they had to change my headlight bulbs by having to take my whole front end to get to the lights. I told them what I wanted to pay and how long the job it would take to change them so they lowered the price. They have great sale people.
I purchased my vehicle here in 2015. Prior to that my mother purchased her car here in 2014 and my youngest sister purchased hers here this past July 2017. Absolutely LOVE everyone at Cole Chevrolet. I drive a little over an hour to come here even when I have a chevy dealer in my town and another 3 within 30 minutes. Highly recommend to anyone in the search for a new vehicle!
Just in case anyone is thinking about buying a car from these guys, dont. If you have to pay more to go to another dealership then do it. My 8 month pregnant fiance has been broken down on the side of the freeway twice in the past week. We will now be taking her 2012 Chevrolet Cruse in for the 4th time in the past month to see if the mechanics will fix it this time. Because it appears it takes 4 tries to find a coolant leak.

They sent me a flyer for recall on my 2014 Chevrolet 1500. They got it scheduled promptly. Took it in at the scheduled date and time and dropped it off. They got it in and out , no problems .
