I've been given the run around for over a month now nobody will tell me anything about what is going on or respond to me. I was supposed to receive my paycheck through next day FedEx and still nothing I have called corporate, district manager, payroll, and my general manager several times this is seriously getting ridiculous if I could put less than a star I would. To top it off this isn't the first time I haven't been paid for working here maybe you guys should tell your managers to stop letting people work if they aren't in the system cause now I'm left screwed on my money twice.

I was treated rudely many times and haven't visited for a long time. I decided to get a bagel turkey club sandwich and when I couldn't find it immediately the server called for the lady behind me who was also looking at the menu. Then he gave me a turkey sausage and egg sandwich. He was so RUDE to me that the lady behind me mentioned it. I feel like he was a racist. I'm an older white woman and he was a fat black man. So I paid money for a sandwich that I did not order and for being treated badly.

I ordered two $25 gift cards on their Dad campaign which promised 2 $5 gift cards. Having not heard from them, I called and told them I hadn't received the gift cards nor had I received an email acknowledgment with instructions. So they then sent that. But it was only for the $50 gift certificate, not for the $10 inducement. It's been 12 days since, and I"ve made calls to the so called Customer Service who's response is that they will forward my information to Marketing who will then contact me. That still hasn't happened even after several written complaints/requests.

Terrible individual Bruegger s store management. The Latta Rd. Greece NY store recently was assigned a new manager (Andrew ?) from another Greece Bruegger s location that was recently closed who should not be dealing with customers. He s rude, know it all, unwilling to help customers right a wrong. He argued an obvious error he made at the cash register with a store full of customers, then walked away without resolving the issue. Local General Manager needs to intervene and fire this manager before he ruins Bruegger s reputation and customer base in this area.

The worst customer service ever at the Dallas location at 3750 Beltline road. Today was the second time at this location and it will be my last. I cannot express deeply enough how poorly this location is run. Both visits I actually left angry! I love Einsteins but this location is an embarrasment.

I ordered through catering for my work just as I did last year and they gave me my 5 boxes of bagels and pasteries but shorted the quantity in total between the five boxes. When my coworker and I split the boxes up for our locations that they were going to we then found out we did not have enough food for all our employees. I reached out the store directly and they pretty told me that they put extras in some of the boxes and shorted the other's so it all equals out. My work spent $233 dollars which is not a ton of money but has done it two years in a row and to have no apology or concern for their service is ridiculous. I then reached out to corporate for help and they sent me to the catering line and said they could only help me. The catering line contacted the store again and they said that I got all my food and that there was nothing more they could do so I said that is fine we would just not order again and they were okay with that. I called corporate back to let them know they customer service is a joke and that they have now lost business and the girl answering the phone did not care either and had an attitude. I used to go there for lunches and breakfast and then recommended them for our pharmacy week breakfast but after this poor display of customer service I will not be going there any longer and hope they pay attention to who they are hiring and how they treat their customers. If they are going to treat a company like this I can only imagine how they treat other paying customers. Very disappointed.

Would seem prudent to replicate the "Corner Bakery Cafe's" business model catering to a full (client) workday instead of a breakfast~lunch client.

The opportunities to increase business in the high rise corporate communities "needs" to be visited on an annual calendar.

With the ever growing delivery services arena it would seem to be practical to let Uber, Lyft, and Didi Chuxing not only deliver your products...but there-in provide a marketing opportunity on the rear and interior placards typically found on this category of transportation...aka delivery service.

The worldwide phenomenal success of personal focused delivery services in itself constitutes a "free ride" to greater success of Einstein and other brands constituting your corporation.

Tried calling the main number to try to find a number for payrool or humen rescores but it just rang how do i find this info sence there is no directory or anybody to answer the phone for that matter blows me away this day and age they don't even have an answering machine
