I truly feel that Cobb Pediatric Therapy Services is an excellent company to work for!! The company always provides a tremendous amount of support as well positive work experiences from all those that you encounter. I was amazed by how they show their therapist how important they are as well as make them feel. I have received birthday cards as well as phone calls to see how everything is going and if I need anything. From the stipends that are given all the way to the free CEU's that are provided, CPTS makes sure that every therapist is provided a means to easily and successfully continue to grow. I could go on and on about how awesome of a company CPTS, but I want you to see for yourself! It is a blessing to be able to work for a company that makes you feel loved, supported, and most of all like family!! Thank you CPTS for everything that you have done for me!!

This company makes being a CF extremely enjoyable. There are opportunities to meet and mingle with other SLPs doing their CFY which has helped me tremendously having moved to Atlanta and not knowing anyone. The people who work at Cobb Pediatric are always warm, kind, and listening to our needs and tough experiences to help make it better for all of us. If I ever have a question, I know that it will be handled in a timely manner. Everyone is so knowledgeable and encouraging. If you care about a company that honors family values, and makes you feel like part of their family from your first interview, Cobb Pediatric is the way to go!

I really enjoyed working with Cobb- working with a contract company can be "iffy" sometimes but this was an experience above and beyond what I could have hoped for. They take excellent care of their staff and let them know how appreciated they are, even from a distance. Thank you!

Fabulous company! Worked as a new grad then went back a few years later. Great experience both times. Anytime you work with a contract it can be a bit more added stress but CPTS is very organized and fun to work for!

Cobb Pediatrics Therapy is easily the best company I have ever worked for. Before being a Speech and Language Pathologist, I worked in corporate for a decade, and no other company compares. Additionally, I worked for another major Speech Pathologist contact company, and my experience was epically awful. CPT is professional and reliable- my agent Joni is truly amazing, and I would recommend this company to anyone. I always brag about how much I appreciate this company! Hope this helps another Pathologist in need!

I have been working part-time for CPTS since 2002. I have found it a great company to work for. Before starting working with them, I told them the kinds of caseloads I was comfortable with and the ages of the children I wanted to work with. In every case they were able to provide me with what I asked for. I have gotten periodic raises throughout the years. Because I was part-time I was unable to receive medical insurance, but I asked for and was able to become a part of their 401K program. 5 years ago when most school systems no longer wanted to hire part-timers, CPTS hooked me up with the Georgia Cyber Academy (GCA). I have been working through CPTS with GCA for the past 5 years. Again it has been a great experience. I would recommend Cobb Pediatric Therapy Services to any SLP looking for work, both full and part time.

I could not love this company anymore and would recommend it to ALL SLPs, PTs, OTs and Psychologists looking to work in a school setting! I love the personable, friendly, small company feel that CPTS maintains despite it's growing size. I really appreciated the effort they put into sending gifts and holiday cards. I loved the opportunities that CPTS provided to share resources and materials (using Cobb Connects) and to participate in webinars for CEU credit.

CPTS was there when I needed them but trusted me and left me alone, as a professional, to do my job. (i.e. did not micromanage). The staff members at Pathways genuinely care about the students there.

I have loved getting to work with Cobb Pediatric! The level of support for their therapists and employees goes above and beyond.
