I ordered through catering for my work just as I did last year and they gave me my 5 boxes of bagels and pasteries but shorted the quantity in total between the five boxes. When my coworker and I split the boxes up for our locations that they were going to we then found out we did not have enough food for all our employees. I reached out the store directly and they pretty told me that they put extras in some of the boxes and shorted the other's so it all equals out. My work spent $233 dollars which is not a ton of money but has done it two years in a row and to have no apology or concern for their service is ridiculous. I then reached out to corporate for help and they sent me to the catering line and said they could only help me. The catering line contacted the store again and they said that I got all my food and that there was nothing more they could do so I said that is fine we would just not order again and they were okay with that. I called corporate back to let them know they customer service is a joke and that they have now lost business and the girl answering the phone did not care either and had an attitude. I used to go there for lunches and breakfast and then recommended them for our pharmacy week breakfast but after this poor display of customer service I will not be going there any longer and hope they pay attention to who they are hiring and how they treat their customers. If they are going to treat a company like this I can only imagine how they treat other paying customers. Very disappointed.
