Very professional!! Great product!! And great help from Alvin Tayag!! Very nice and professional!!!

We have been using Coffee Ambassador for 3+ years now, and have been very happy with their service. Everything from the initial meeting with their sales rep (Ryan), to the ordering, delivery, and invoicing has been professional, and gone very smoothly. In fact our office moved several months ago, and Ryan worked with our team to ensure there would be no lapse in service, and even provided spec information so we would be able to have service at our new location properly set up. The delivery drivers are always quick and courteous, the technicians work cleanly and efficiently, and our sales rep is always available to answer questions and checks in with us regularly to confirm we are still happy with the service. I could not recommend their service highly enough.

I m not a big coffee drinker, but getting to know Alvin and his staff makes me want to be a coffee conisseur. He is warm, welcoming, friendly, hard working and has a huge heart. He loves to meet people and can relate to anyone. His staff is professional, responsive, and gets the job done. He dies a great job hiring and managing his staff. I recommend Coffee Ambassador as a top notch choice for any gathering or business.

Coffee Ambassador has a great staff with an amazing product. They help us provide coffee to over 300 employees across thee different locations. They always reach out to me to see if we need more coffee and the delivery drivers make sure everything is sorted neatly and they clean the machines every time! We use Coffee Ambassador inn both our corporate office and manufacturing facility and everyone really seems to enjoy it. It's great because it is brewed by the cup so there's no worry that some employees may prefer it weak and others strong. Plus each cup is fresh and since there are a lot of options, everyone can customize their drink. They also have really fast service for both order deliveries and machine service. We had Coffee Ambassador at my last company and I was so happy when I found out that it was also used in my current office. I highly recommend them, especially if you have picky coffee drinkers.

I first discovered Coffee Ambassador while renting space at a Regus facility in Scripps Ranch. My teammates loved the selection of coffee, tea and hot chocolate as well as the ease of dispensing the beverage. When we moved into our own facility, we opened our own account and couldn t be happier. Coffee Ambassador has great variety of coffee and tea selection. But most of all, it has excellent customer service! I work in the healthcare industry and CA has always provided us the much needed beverage for many years. With the ongoing pandemic, Coffee Ambassador is along side with us, frontliners, providing fuel to our worn out bodies. Recently, my unit received an unforgettable gesture of kindness from Alvin Tayag, one of their managers, when he delivered home cooked dinner to our nightshifters! That's going above and beyond! They do what they say which is so important to manage expectation properly.

I ve only made one order request previously, but through that request, the service was exceptional and very friendly. Whatever I ordered back then, was of great quality and in a timely manner when delivered. Plus, the price is affordable for my budget, which is an A-OK approval from me.

Overall, Coffee Ambassador lives up to it s name and honors it service to all customers out there. And I would definitely use their service again and highly recommend this for new consumers to this business and give it a try!

I had a chance to taste tea from this company from a friends party. I have to say very tasty and a good variety. They also have variety of other stuff but I m more a tea person and this place has great selections. Call them for any events, you won t be disappointed. Ask for Alvin, he will help you out and I m not just saying this because he has a great attitude towards life but is also a very joyful person.

Great staff & product! More than happy with the service!

Coffee Ambassador coffee is an essential part of my workday! My employer has at least two Coffee Ambassador coffee machines in every break room, which are equipped with a wide array of coffees and teas, including multiple Starbucks and Lavazza roasts. What s really nice is that the coffee machines are versatile and can make a wide variety of coffees, not just your standard brewed coffee. One of the highlights of my afternoon coffee break is experimenting and making my own custom espresso drinks like mochas and macchiatos using the Dove hot chocolate! Thanks Coffee Ambassador for keeping me energized with your delicious coffee!!!

Coffee Ambassador has a great selection of coffee (Starbucks, Peets, Lavazza, etc) and equipment (drip, bean-to-cup). But the best part of their business is their service. Their drivers put the coffee away in the storage area and they clean the machines -- every time. And because they are so proactive, we NEVER run out of coffee or creamer.
