I practically loved everything about this hotel. Let me start with the following:

I loved its location because it s right there in front of the water.
Some of the rooms have kitchen and that s excellent specially if you have kids.
They offer Netflix.
It s super centered, since you have many restaurants, stores, shopping centers, and grocery stores around you.
The pool is impeccable and cute also they have a spa for your convenience.
There s a restaurant next to the lobby which also has the beach and pool view. I couldn t make it to the restaurant this time but I really can t wait to go!
But my favorite thing was the view. It s simply stunning.
Service was fabulous!

Beautiful place to stay but many flaws. Air Condition would not go below 69, thermostat locked. Floors in rooms were beautiful, but were almost as if they were dirty just dust mopped. Lots of stocked goodies in the rooms from chips to wine with high prices. $4 for a bottle of water. Hotel staff wonderfully polite. Valet a bit to enjoy. Never answered their phone to have car ahead of time. Still wanted tip though. All in all if I went again...if I didnt wanna try another motel I would stay again.

Excellent experience!!! This week, I attended a large conference at the hotel. We had over 80 people attend, and everyone agreed how good the food was and how spacious the rooms were. The cleanliness of the hotel, the attention and amazing customer service you receive from the staff, and direct access to the beach made our experience wonderful. I can t wait to come back with my family. And if you re local, come by and check out the restaurant- best Greek food I ve ever had in South Florida.

Beautiful hotel, great staff that was very friendl...

Beautiful hotel, great staff that was very friendly and helpful (especially the valet and security). Small but beautiful pool area. The beach club is the place to be, comfortable lounge chairs, super friendly waitstaff. Food from the Greek restaurant onsite was so good!

My only constructive feedback is that its a bit difficult to find the valet at night if you haven't been there before. Also I checked in late and the woman who checked me in wasn't all that nice and didn't give me any info about the property or check out time. That being said every other person I interacted with was awesome so maybe she was just having a bad day.

Can't wait to stay here again!!

Guests were too noisy at the penthouse. The front desk manager did nothing about it. We complained so many times and at 2 am we d coded it was time for us to pack and leave. The manager on duty lacked of hospitality. He never apologized for the noise neither offered solutions to the situation. Willl never be back again and will file complainer with diamond member desk. Absolutely ridiculous.

The beds don t seem to be the size they claim. The King felt like a Queen and the Queen felt like a full. I know bed sizes I ve stayed in several hotels over the past year. The bed was also the worst bed I have slept in. It felt lumpy like a bag of rocks. It was not Hilton quality. The guest who stayed on our floor were very loud the first night we didn t complain but by the second night we couldn t take it we were up all night. We were also charged for chairs in the beach but that was not mentioned at check in so we didn t get to take advantage of it, that was very disappointing. We also didn t spend a lot of the time in the pool because it s in the middle of a restaurant. It s kind awkward to be swimming around when people are trying to have a nice lunch.

Simply breathtaking one of Miami is premier locations. I m one of those reviewer s that prefers to give five stars to a location that can be perfect. The contractor Zion me see some maintenance issues they have fake grass on the patios but there s weeds growing in them there s trash in places all those things can be fixed if they re fixed soon and people will never noticed them because that place is immaculate. The staff is amazing the restaurant is amazing but the view cannot be beat check out these pictures pictures

Great hotel, they deserve 5 star, but they should get rid of the parking company. The attendant made a 1,345.00 damage on our black Escalade , happened on January 1st or 2nd and they still did not pay for it! This is a disgrace, it definitely ruins the reputation of the hotel!

So...the hotel was actually nice, the restaurant excellent, the beach..excellent as well..one night when I cam back to the hotel, the AC unit had leaked all over the tile room floor and I almost destroyed my knee when I landed on it.

Cree the so called manager said she could not do anything about a 1 night room credit. When you spend $500 US a night for 4 nights and two rooms, you would expect more as a paying guest and not held hostage to pay for their mechanical issues.

Shame on the Hilton chain and your management team!

We are from out of state and had our wedding on the rooftop terrace at the Hilton Bentley in November 19. We honestly cannot say enough great things about the facility and the STAFF. My entire family felt like the staff went above and beyond to make our day PERFECTION. We are very particular people and everything exceeded our expectations on every level. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for any occasion.

My kids, husband, and I enjoyed our time here for the most part. The pool area and pool itself are quite small and crowded, as is the restaurant on site, too. But the menu and food at Santorini s are superb.

Have been here a few times now, beautiful rooms and spacious balconies are what keeps me coming back! The private beach and restaurant are absolutely amazing. Ooooo the restaurant. One of my go tos for large groups. A bit pricey. But lots of great portion sizes. Happy hour here is spot on.

If you re not a hotel guest, you can still pay for a chair and Umbrellas in their private beach

Everything was very nice in this hotel, the staff was very nice and helpful, the restaurant downstairs is amazing. Also the beachfront they have is very nice I wish we had more time there, especially when you can wash up by the pool on your way in. Nice location too. The balcony is nice to have your breakfast in the morning. Cons: rooms were a tad small. The lobby is almost non existent but not a concern. The pool is too small but who needs that with Miami South Beach, and the valet/parking was expensive. But again loved it, would stay again maybe in an upgraded room.

What a spot! Far enough south and close to all of the action. Great hotel within walking distance to everything you could possibly need! Great beach access. The Grek restaurant is awesome. Nice breakfast spread. Staff were very friendly.

This hotel was by far amazing. The gentleman who was working the night we came to the hotel was very kind and went out of his way to accompany us. My boyfriend, his brother and I had walked 2 miles from a horrible hotel at 2am to book this one. The cleanly ness of the room, the view, the staff and how kind and courteous they were to us made our weekend get away absolutely enjoyable. They even had room service bring us ice when we requested it twice. I ve stayed in many Hilton properties around the US and by far this one was the best I ve been in yet. HIGHLY recommend this hotel. The beds were so comfy, the bathroom was very clean and the shower felt great! Our balcony view was incredible. We had the city and could still see the ocean. Coming back for a full week very soon and will be re booking at this hotel. Would give this property a 10/5 rating!!! Thank you for making our weekend enjoyable and very relaxing!!

Location seems great but in general it s very old hotel.
Floor is made of marble tile not carpet so of course lots of footstep noises are coming through the door.
One of shower cable was broken and there were not electrical bidet.
Staffs are all kind tho.

It's the best location in South Beach if you don't want to deal with the hustle and bustle of crowds in the center of SoBe, but just a very short walk to there or the excellent restaurants right around the hotel. The swimming pool area was very small and the very loud music gave me a headache! Instead, you can go to the private beach next door. Bed suns, umbrellas, bottled water and booze are included to the room rate. Staff was friendly. However, not everyone speaks English (sic!). The room was spacious and clean. Kings size bed was comfortable. Super small wardrobe. Balcony overlooking the city, Ocen Drive and Miami s skyline. Small fitness center with horrible air freshener. Very bad brekkie in the Greek restaurant. Awful and unhealthy. Two wifi networks and still, internet was very bad. Overnight parking is expensive.

This is the perfect hotel to host a conference for around 70-90 people as the hotel staff will make everyone feel like they are the #1 priority. Claudia, Paul, Nadir, the Santorini staff and everyone worked so hard to make our event a success and every guests feedback was how outstanding the staff, service, and food quality was. Our group will very likely have our conference here again if we return to Miami!

My mother and partner spent 4 nights at the Hilton Hotel and were extremely disappointed. Since we had the "luxury" that a friend lived right in the South Point, she went to the extra room in advance. The staff has of course a nice & newly renovated room, which is why we decided then also wrongly to book the hotel. The room, which was then provided to my mother and her partner, adjoined to a Harz apartment. The institution has already witnessed 1 World War. The air conditioning, which was right above the bed, was extremely loud & "ugly". and all for a price of EUR 600.00 per night! Even when we tried to change the room with the front desk, this was not possible, as they were apparently fully booked. About the breakfast buffet no rating can be made, as this was not included in the price. Even otherwise, nothing positive can be said; the lobby is old, the whole complex also and if you want the room to be cleaned, you have to contact the staff.

The hotel was beautiful, I had amazing views from my hotel room. The staff from the hotel and the restaurant it s associated with were amazing!!! The only reason I did not give this five stars was because both nights I was here there were people on the same floor that were very loud, screaming, slamming doors, and loud music. When I called to complain Johnathan was very understanding and went to the room to tell them to settle down, however they did not, they partied until 4:30 in the morning, I only had two hours of sleep. The resort fee they usually charge I was not aware it included two beach chairs, so I was not able to use them when I went to the beach. I also did not like that the hotel pool is in the location of the restaurant because it is awkward to swim at night with people that are there trying to have a nice dinner.

Two stars for the location. I was told that I got an ocean view room but in reality I got a low floor noisy city view room. And the room was smelly and moldy. I m not saying this entire hotel is not good, maybe it s just room 417. Although I travel to Miami a lot and I love this location, I d never come back to this Hilton. In fact, I would probably stay away from Hilton from now on since I never had any good experience with them.

Great location on the beach. Best beach service in town. John always provides the best service at the beach club. He works very hard and is very nice gentleman. I come here for work and they always remember me it is nice to have that.

The room was amazing and the views were unbelievable!

One star for location and beach services and anoth...

One star for location and beach services and another star for quality of the amenities inside the room. On all other fronts, it s not at par with similar priced Hilton hotels.
Even for basic room service and cleaning you will need to follow up frequently. And front desk is least bothered about everything, seems they are doing the job forcefully and just repeatedly just reading out premeditated response lines.
Using message feature in HH app is useless, the earliest response was after 12 hours of last message! The phone is hardly picked up as well.
Hilton Honors members are not greeted and benefits not explained even for Diamond members.
The hotel itself is an old property and evidently needs cleaning and repairs at multiple points. Loud repair noise from the ground floor restaurant and jacuzzi was out of service.
I have been using Hilton hotels for more than 6 years as my primary choice and I will say that you can skip this property for much better prospects for better all round satisfaction.

I spent 420,000 Hilton Honor Points to pay for my son's Spring Break trip. I added his name to the reservation from day one. Upon arrival the room was not ready, so my son and his friend decided to go eat. They came back 3 hours later and the room was still not ready and they were told that it might be a couple of more hours. My son called me to tell me what happened and I phoned the hotel. The employee who answered was very rude and disrespectful. When I told her, they actually exceeded the time typical for guests to check in, she became hostile. She lied and tried to say that my son told them they would be back at 8 pm and had made the room a low priority. Totally false. After I contacted the Diamond Desk is when they took my call seriously. The employee actually hung up on me when I questioned the accuracy of her comments. My son forgot his key in his room one night and when he went to the front desk to get a replacement, not only did the employee, Freddy, refuse, but he also accused my son of fraud. He claimed his name was not on the reservation. If that were the case, how the heck did he check in. This was a lie. He was only let back into his room after I called the front desk. I paid double the points typical for his stay and didn't mind because my son, who is graduating this year from college with honors, deserves it for what he's been able to accomplish holding down 2 jobs while going to school full time. This trip turned out to be a nightmare. I felt like he and his friend were terrorized and made to feel uncomfortable the entire trip. Take it from someone who has over one million Hilton Honor points, this IS NOT your typical Hilton property. These people do not know the meaning of hospitality. I urge Hilton corporate to investigate this property in order that no other guest in the future have to endure what my son and his friend put up with. I will be contacting Hilton directly to inform them of the lapse in service and the conduct of the employees. This property is NOT recommended. Especially if you're the type of guest that looks forward to courteous service and genuine hospitality.

The hotel overall was nice. The bathroom was great and the balcony was a good-size. Check in was a bit slow. I didn't get any upgrade for being a Diamond member - b/c I was only staying one night Maybe this place is different than the others... The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Not certain I'd say it was worth what I paid. But others may think differently...

Terrible check in. We added the bride to the reservation so she could check in and they did not add her - so we had to drive down to check in. The lobby was a mess, the walls were being painted and had mud from the painting prep. We asked for a late check out and they also did not record that so the bachelorette party had the maids and front desk trying to get them out early. The girls at the front desk had such an attitude. Not even a great part of south beach. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay. Especially if you want to have a good time. Absolutely terrible.

We had visited Santoriani by Georgio inside the Hilton. The food was excellent. They have the best calamari on the planet. I'm not kidding. The restaurant is pricey but well worth it. The Waitstaff, Hostess, and atmosphere was inviting. Also, there is live music and the band was awesome. I am going back very soon

AC was set at 76 when we got to the room. Nothing like being blasted by hot air when you walk in your room. And you cant set it lower than 69. (cheap)
Decor looks like a 1970s $25 a night motel.
The Hotel restaurant is B minus Greek food at best..
We had to call down to the front desk because the in-room movies etc were not working, they said they'd send someone up, no one ever showed up.
I ordered room service, unfortunately they didn't bring any silverware. When we called down to have silverware brought up, guess what... No one ever came.
Tried to call the valet the next morning to bring our car up. I tried several times over the next 30 minutes, no one ever even answered the phone.

Oh yeah, and did I mention we found a used condom on the floor when checking in?

My husband I stayed here for the first time. Everyone was so nice the place was so clean even though it s a little dated in my opinion.
PROS- location-included beach chairs and umbrellas and water. The beach staff works so hard! PEOPLE NEED TO TIP THEM!
All of the staff were so friendly and willing to help you with whatever.
The breakfast was included with our stay it was good. Our server every morning was Mijar ( I know I m not spelling it correctly) but she was the nicest person ever!

CON- We were woken up with this loud drilling noise!!! No warning or anything. I called down and the lady who answered at guest guest services said she didn t know what it was and for me to call back in 5 minutes. SMH.

I wouldn t rent a car I would definitely use Uber or Lyft. It s so much cheaper than paying to park.

We would definitely stay at this location again.

SUGGESTION- Hilton should consider including a 15% gratuity on the checks for beach service. The staff works non stop in that heat definitely deserve something from the people who don t believe in tipping!

Surprised my active duty brother with the $1,700/night Penthouse Suite before he left for Afghanistan, but we sat in the lobby bar for 6 hours because our room wasn t ready, literally didn t get the room key till 7pm for the best room in the house, very disappointed and will not be coming back to another Hilton brand hotel anywhere in the world. Customer service could care less about it as well, they ended up giving us free drink vouchers. We were finally told that the hotel couldn t remove the previous nights occupants, but why was I charged for this? It seems to me, those people should ve been billed for an extra night!
