The worst people i have dealt with!!! please be aware!!!! extremely bad experience!!! booked with them months in advance to find out i was on a stand by list... I missed my friend wedding because of this!!!

Be careful!!! I had the worst experience here. I contacted directly with the owner of this travelling agency and booked a ticket to Albania. My flight got cancelled and he told me that it would take 1-2 months for a refund. When 2 months and a half passed by I texted him about the refund and he kept ignoring my messages, left them all on read. I sent emails as well but no answer. I asked another friend to contact him and the owner answered my friend's texts, but sill ignored mine. Made it obvious that he did not want to send me a refund. A couple of days went by and he told my friend he would send me a refund on Monday. He did not. So i asked my friend to send him another text, and he finally refunded me. However, he did not send me a full refund. I sent him another email asking for a full refund but he ignored that too. This person is a scammer!! Book your ticket online yourself and save the trouble!

The best, I had the bitest bit on the jet and Aida Harasani helped me find the ticket with the most reasonable price and most importantly I came to the goose ring I did not have the chance to thank you but I am sure I will be a regular customer hail Aida

Best travel agency out there! They are so professional....I had a family emergency happen and the agency found tickets that same evening and made it so easy for us. We will always be coming back!

This is the best and the cheapest place to get your flight tickets. My son had some "issues" with Alitalia airline and Aida was there to help and she did a fantastic job very helpful and fast response. I definitely will go back and book my every other vacation! Keep up the good work guys.
