I purchased 2013 vehicle from them. 24 months and 12 days later my battery goes bad. I called customer service and I was they had a 24 month full replacement warranty. When I asked if there was anything they could do to help me out I was met with.. Sorry rules are rules. This in my opinion is very poor customer service and I will not be a repeat customer.
