Cheerful Caribbean decor greets you aa you enter Coco Palm Resort. The staff are warm and helpful. Rooms are cozy with neat ammenities including mini-bar, kettle, teabags, coffee, hair-dryer, clothes line, ironing board and iron. The antique wooden desk and nightstands were a lovely detail since I love mahogany furniture. Great value for money!

This is a very charming resort, the slow pace of St. Lucian island life really helps you slowdown and relax. Spending eleven days here was relaxing and soothing for me. The hotel staff did't miss a beat with anything, they are very receptive and aim to please in every way. The food is excellent, the mix of creole as well as french, indian, and asian cuisines makes for a great verity of meals. I would definitely recommend the all inclusive option. Planing excursions and tours was easy too, the hotel tour company is the best one to go with. With only a few days left in our vacation, Peppy Albert, the hotel tour concierge did a terrific job in helping us book a helicopter tour that was already booked solid for another week. She got us in, and we got to see St. Lucia from a totally different point of view and do a tour we didn't think we would get to do. Overall an excellent hotel and very friendly staff.

We have just left today after an 18 night stay, we had an issue with the aircon which we reported everyday for the 1st 5 days, it was never resolved and the controls never worked, we got fed up with dealing with it so had a wet floor for 18 days. The food was on the whole not a bad standard but the Friday buffet nights were disgusting, the food was cold and the meat was just bones. The service in the restaurant was good as there are more staff than guests but the food takes an average of 40 minutes to appear on the table so be prepared for a long wait. Princess is amazing and you must search her out.
I would suggest that if you want a sunbed you go downstairs with your towel by 6am daily as although the hotel has approximately 65 rooms there are only 37 sun beds and they have all seen better days.

It's fine, it's comfortable and clean. They close the pool very early (7pm) a couple of times already at 6:20 it was closed. The laundry service is quite expensive. The attention at the reception is regular.

Just had great two weeks here. Lovely hotel and all the staff are so happy, friendly and eager to make your stay memorable. We didn't do the all inclusive option, but still ate there on a good number of nights because food is very good.

Just came back from a 4 night stay with my husband at this lovely place. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We paid for a garden view but sad to say it was a view of their tanks. But that didn't deter us from enjoying everything else. The food was amazing at both restaurants but I must say we enjoyed the Creole Grill more. It was more local cuisine, very flavorful. Most staff was on point and ready and willing to help. This resort is in close proximity to the malls and liming spots. All in all we had a great time except for the cats they had running all over, we weren't comfortable with that.

The staff is the best part of the hotel right now. The hotel although beautiful needs an upgrade. My room was musty and the outlets not easily accessible. Overall it's a good place to stay

This is one of our favourite places to stay in St Lucia whenever we want a few extra days on the island (we have a timeshare elsewhere). It is very conveniently situated in Rodney Bay within a few minutes walk to the shops, restaurants and beach. We recently stayed in one of the newly refurbished suites overlooking the pool. Beautifully styled and spacious rooms, would work if more than two of you staying, as there are two bathrooms.
Lovely pool and garden. The staff are delightful, always pleasant and helpful. The food in the restaurant, Ti Banane is a mixture of western and local food with buffet style breakfast, a limited menu for lunch but still plenty of choice and the dinner menu is more extensive. The food is delicious and all freshly cooked. Lovely relaxed dining areas and great bar area for pre-dinner cocktails. Should particularly mention that the staff in the restaurant and bar are a credit to the hotel.

Stayed there for a conference and the staff was very helpful. Whether it was answering questions, bringing an iron, or changing their routines for our group the Coco Palm employees were generous. They did struggle to have two of our meals ready on time. That being said, the food was delicious.

A short but very good stay in this hotel, service and hospitality are very friendly. For lovers I recommend the room with terrace whose steps lead directly into the pool.
The hotel is positioned near the shops and not too far from the beach (although you can also take a local taxi).

Last week we attended a very large family reunion at Coco Palm Resort. The hotel went all out, and we all (that's 78+ people) had a marvelous time. The rooms were spacious (we had a garden suite) that we shared w/ our granddaughter, which worked out perfectly.. The room was serviced morning and evening. We were on the all-inclusive food plan, which meant excellent scheduled meals, plus unlimited snacks and drinks at the bar. The hotel pool was large and clean. The beach was only a few hundred yards away, and Rodney Bay beach is fabulous. There was shopping around the corner. The hotel staff -- all of them -- were amazing, and the bartenders were indefatigable as they whipped up endless sugar-free fruit-shakes for the kids, and lots of stronger stuff for adults. All the ingredients to make our reunion the best of a long series. We'll be back.

The AI was worth the convience. The chef is really good and the food was really good and presented like a 5 star, I put on weight, had 3 course meals for lunch and dinner. Didn't have to worry about paying with the AI plan. The staff were nice and the resort is a small underrated gem. Very relaxing.
The AC in the room rattled and the safe didn't work but they sent up a mechanic and fixed it almost immediately

Our stay here was wonderful. The staff are the friendliest and most accomodating people you will ever meet. The aesthetics of the resort itself was superb. Definitely disappointed in any aspect. Absolutely 5 stars!!
