She guided us through the whole system, as we were not used to the US process, and managed to sell our property despite the difficult circumstances (coronavirus). I talked with 'Robbie' O'quin about selling my house at one time and because my house is 'Not' Windstorm Certified he said my house is not worth anything. I talked with a real estate agent last week and was told that the buyer would only have to pay an extra $250 a year surcharge for a house that is not windstorm certified to have windstorm insurance 'Robbie' is either incompetent or was lying to me.

Last year we wanted to sell our 1 bedroom condo at Beach Club. We listed it with a male real estate agent at another Padre Island company. After our listing languished under him during the busy summer selling season, and after we had a very dismal overall experience with him, we fired him and were lucky to have found Mary Scruton at Coastline Properites! It was the difference between night and day! Mary was a delight to work with. Her "can-do" attitude and pleasant personality made the selling of our property a very positive experience.
