I talked with 'Robbie' O'quin about selling my house at one time and because my house is 'Not' Windstorm Certified he said my house is not worth anything. I talked with a real estate agent last week and was told that the buyer would only have to pay an extra $250 a year surcharge for a house that is not windstorm certified to have windstorm insurance 'Robbie' is either incompetent or was lying to me.
