This is the WORST place to handle our benefits! They have very poor customer service. The navigation for our accounts is a joke!

Benesys is the worst company for medical claims. I have contacted Benesys for over a month and a half for correction of a claim they made the mistake on. Nobody knows what they are doing! If Benesys is the company that processes your claims, Beware! Read each and every Explanation of Benefits (EOB) they issue, and check for bundling of procedures, especially lab tests. They make many mistakes, usually at the detriment of the patient. It has gotten worse over time and their Explanation of Benefits is not the best for explanation of the claim.

Nice place and staff. Very helpful. 11 holidays and lots of PTO available in just first year alone. Not a lot opportunities for career progression though.

Why do you need to spend hours & escalate to multiple layers of management just to obtain a claim to be paid - every time? Providing professional customer service to process documented claims is just unacceptable!

This is the most incompetent company I have run across. They take forever to pay a claim. If you injured yourself they expect an accident form to be filled out and you have to fax it to them or put it in snail mail, all of which they lose. Now they sent a pre-authorization to the wrong company for a procedure that needs done because they are so incompetent. I would rate this company -25 if I could they shouldn't even be able to get a star should be zero. How is this company still in business?I will be filing something with the better Business bureau about their practices and I suggest all that have made a terrible review do the same.

Dealing with Pat Deneau in the Subro dept was so easy. She was professional, knowledgeable and so easy to deal with.

this company is out of their depth, they do NOT know what they are doing and do not care to either improve or correct their deficiencies.

Two years later and the review remains the same. THEY STILL DO NOT HAVE A CLUE ABOUT THEIR MISSION.

This company may actually service some "member" accounts correctly but when a problem occurs there is always an excuse for not being able to correct it.

This is a sorry unorganized company they don't even have a better business bureau rating. They are shady check their website out. Wasted my time going on an interview was told l'd hear back from them in a week or two with yea or nay..Nothing. Then they wanted me to purchase liability insurance before l would've went to training. Can u say SCAM. Run..

If I could give this company a zero I would. The worst company ever. My husband applied for disability retirement and in the beginning receives a letter within 3 months that his money would be deposited only to get a call from Cleveland office that they needed more info. A qdro a very important piece I now know but they should have known that from the beginning. 6 mos later and no money. No one returns calls even our attorney called and left msg. Going on almost a year since retirement and no money. Customer service is non existent. Other members have had similar issues. They hold our money so they can make more money in interest. Swear they are told on purpose to drag it out.

Customer Service will rush to get off the phone. Unprofessional and not knowledgeable as far as assisting the healthcare provider.
