Rooms are large and comfortable. The hotel is very well decorated and service is great.

Staying at the Radisson as we speak. Full house! Up all night due to people laughing and yelling in the hallway. Staff need to be more proactive in keeping people quiet at 2:45 am there will be a lot of sleepless people in the morning...

Perfect Hotel. Clean Rooms and great FRONT OFFICE STAFF.
Breakfast was superb

Was there for Grad dinner, beef was tough but otherwise meal was great.

Great Staff.Lubch was a huge selection and tasty.Large venue for weddings and conventions.Clean. Just lots of positive energy.

Nice hotel, the pool had warm water and the hot tub was great

Don t come to this hotel if you re a guest or attending a conference. Parking is limited to two hours, patrolled by Impark, and you will get an $80.00 ticket. Not worth it.

Good location. Basement ballroom hard to find, dark. Service was fine.

Cleaners were lazy. Bed was not made. Price is to high for outdated rooms. Staff was nice at the buffet. Food was trash at buffet and over priced. Never staying there again.

Im thinking that this Hotel is a low budget hotel thats why they are not hiring more room attendant and forcing few attendant to clean more rooms
Be aware this place is not a friendly start for your carrier.

Been here before, which I would have previously given a 4-star. However, this visit was less then stellar. We were initially given a room in which the heater was not functional so it was quite cold. (Weather outside was -30 degrees Celsius). However we were successful in getting transferred to another room. Suffice to say it was a pain initially.

Not a fan of the looks of the rooms as much and the vending machine took my money but never gave me water. Not happy. However, I gotta say, the bar/restaurant inside the hotel was awesome. My rating is mainly for that.

Meh service could be better if they actually made an effort to try.

Extremely courteous and helpful staff on hand. Any little issues I've had were immediately addressed and rectified when brought to the staff. I will continue to recommend this place!

The Health Center has had ongoing issues for some time now. Hot Tub and Steam room are non functional and have been on and off for some time. This is not up to Raddison Standards and likely due to new Ownership and Managment.

I used to enjoy staying at this hotel but after having my vehicle broke into the hotel then informed me there is no security cameras outside only in underground parking where my truck won't fit they have security on site but there useless will never stay again

From the time we arrived until the end of our meals, I always have to get their attention for table service

Love the weekend buffet brunch in the atrium. A bit pricey but it's a wonderful place for special occasions.

Was here for a conference. Facility was fantastic and the food was as well. Highly recommend for your event.

At first was OK given all hotels around were sold out due to a convention. Room wasn't cleaned properly and towels were dirty. I haven't even realized and used couple of them after showering and shaving I don't know if it's dried blood or More

The food was great and staff was helpful. We had fun dancing the night away even when the weather was in the minus twenties.

Didn t stay as a hotel guest, but went to an event there. The space was nice and had lots of room for all the tables. The food was pretty good. Not excellent but pretty good.
I gave a 4 because there was a few inconveniences such as the only atm being on the main floor, sending guests up and down two flights of stairs or waiting for the elevator and then in line for the atm.
Otherwise the event space bathrooms were updated and clean and the staff were nice.

Rooms are okay, area is a little loud being split by larger roads on both side.

Took payment out 3 times and refunded it twice. Then said rooms covered anx took money out 3rd time. Never again

OMG it was loud from kids running in the halls, kids yelling, our room faced east and the draft through the outside wall was horrendous.

First time at the Radisson and it was for a graduation. Place had just been renovated and was amazing. Food and venue were awesome. Definitely recommend and its a venue you should check out for graduation or wedding reception, you will not be disappointed.

They were very accommodating. Friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with a wide assortment of fruits and hot items. I'll be staying there again!

The hotel staff are fantastic and friendly. The food is phenomenal! The room is clean and tidy. There are a few technical issues with the television, but is really nothing that affects my rating.

Was great. I was a little surprised by the auto gratuity on the buffet breakfast.

We went to see the comedy festival for tonight's 10:00 show. The Lion's Head pub was nice than I expected with lots of room. The Atrium cafe, looks like that's where they serve their buffet. I like the palm trees decorating the area. Everything looked nice, I would go hang out at the pub after seeing it. It looks friendly, there was a live singer playing when we went in!

The hotel is pretty decent good breakfast and the rooms are okay not the best but the hotel is still on a good area and clean the front desk were very friendly

I recently attending an event host at the Radisson Hotel Edmonton South. The staff provided an amazing experience and the venue could not be beat!!

The rooms are old, the hallways are dumpy. Either renovate or tear this down

We sprung for the executive suite as we wanted a bit of luxury, it was dirty, bedroom was tiny couldn't even walk down one side of the bed, dead bugs and hair in the bathroom, the provided soap smelled like cheap cologne, the carpet in the hallways is puckered making pushing the luggage cart difficult, the furniture was damaged and had sharp staples exposed and the bed was hard and very uncomfortable. Couldn't leave fast enough, wouldn't have stayed the night if I didn't have an exhausted baby with me. We were luckily able to get a suite next door at the Delta and checked in early as I wouldnt even shower at the Radisson.

Went for a company meeting. Atmosphere was pleasant

Great location for my business, room was spacious and cozy. The human services were superb. Room was also cold as thermostat temp changes did not seem to heat up the room. The bath tub took forever to drain out. The food was great!

The buffet was really good and the banquet hall was great!

Stayed 2 nights and it was the worst hotel experience we've ever had, worst hotel we stayed in. Check in was quick and great but when we get in to the room the light fixture wasn't working so it was really dark getting in and had to find the next switch for the light in order for us to see, so we called front desk and ask to get it fix but no one showed up, then the coffee maker was dirty,not cleaned at all from the previous guest because the tea bag was still inside. The next day going for buffet breakfast line up was crazy,we get in the line at 9:10 so we can still make it for the breakfast because it closes at 9:30, we waited for about half an hour in the line before we were seated, once we were seated the server informed us because the breakfast is only until 9:30 we have to pay extra $10 if we wanted to get other selection for food otherwise theres only 3 options for breakfast which are,eggs,bacon and sausage. No cut fruits and yogurt there too which I can only eat because I dont eat meat! And when we are eating there was a server told us to watch our daughter because she was walking around our table, for me that's one way to embarrassed parents, because not only she said it out loud, she also said it in not very good way and in front of other guests! That's not something that I would expect from a server! She should've watch were she's going not my daughter, I can't strangle my daughter and not let her wander around, shes a 2 yr old kid for goodness sake! Overall I'm not very happy with my stay here at all and we are not booking and staying here anymore!

Room was clean and quiet, with all standard amenities.

The only negative I could say is the underground parking could be labeled better.

Good parking and location was very close to shopping and restaurants. Found both bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Stayed 2 nights and there was no maid service. Ran out of toilet paper and Kleenex and when I tried to phone both housekeeping and the front desk to get some, no-one answered. Although there were several notices requiring both masks and social distancing in the hotel, many people were allowed to ignore both requirements.

I was disappointed.

Full service hotel ...and I mean full service!! Amazing spacious rooms, super friendly staff! Great atmosphere no matter what your looking for!

The good:
Staff was polite and professional. Jet tub was easy to enter and worked well. Common area with couch was spacious and had everything needed. Breakfast buffet was good.

The bad:
Multiple attempts to enter underground parking. Fridge didn't work and we needed it. However, to the staff's credit both issues were resolved when we returned from dinner 3 hours later. The halls and rooms are dated and on the dingy side. Halls need a deep clean.

The bed was, to put it politely, horrible. Neither of us slept. I've been living at Ronald Mcdonald House in Edmonton for a few months and the thing I was genuinely looking forward to was a comfy mattress. For a $200 room it was VERY disappointing.

Great staff, nice rooms, great pub and breakfast buffet

Hotel has plentiful parking, spacious rooms, a wonderful breakfast service, complimentary gym and pool access, and occupies an excellent central location in South Edmonton. Rooms surround a beautiful atrium which hosts the hotel restaurant and exudes a calming, blissful vibe. I have found however that the maintenance of the rooms have deteriorated over the last few years. Despite this I still find the rooms incredibly comfortable and welcoming and always find myself drawn back to this hotel for this particular reason. For us, this is the go-to location in South Central Edmonton.

Although it was over a year ago at this point I am still completely satisfied with this hotel. I look back with nothing but fond memories at me and all my best friends making our dreams come true with the cooperation of trained staff here (and not the Delta next door, those guys are wack). Can't wait to come back here for another adventure soon

The rooms are nice. Food is good. The location is great. You are close to downtown and you are close to the airport.

Service was great from Receptionist to Servers. Food was decent and halls were maintained well.

The Raddison is a great hotel. They clearly are trying to appeal to the business class. They have meeting rooms everywhere.

The rooms are very nice and I am always satisfied when I stay there. They also have these super cool Sleep Number beds where you can adjust how firm or soft the mattress is.

Good location if you are working in the south. Not much to walk to around here so make sure you have a car. 1 star deducted for general tiredness to property... but clean enough
