Stayed last night and my check in was a little bit complicated (on my end). The gentleman who was assisting me was very professional and patient. He was kind the whole way through. My beautiful room overlooked the atrium and was spacious and cozy. The bed was TO DIE FOR comfy! Five stars here for the accommodations but most especially, the kind staff!

I visited in a ballroom, not for an overnight visit. The ballroom was a bit difficult to find, but once in, it was a solid experience.
The ballroom was nice, very clean and with attentive and pleasant staff. The room was a bit dark with some tricky placed steps.
A nice place to have gatherings, but only if you and your attendees have cars.

Over priced and terrible wait time when it wasn't even busy. I was served one drink in the hour and a half we were there, the bill took another 20 minutes to come until we finally got up and walked to the bar. It wasn't even our server who was taking care of us after we were seated, it was the other one, should have tipped her instead.

A little of this and a little of that. Right around some other hotels the location seems good. The fitness center sounds wonderful. Friendly and helpful staff. An executive suite that sounds outstanding. And the size is nice, the six seater table is good. But a weedbsd off the balcony, a dirty patio table with bird poop. I hope they have these things in their sites to improve.

TERRIBLE HOTEL AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

TERRIBLE HOTEL AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

From the outside the building looks like a concrete jungle that's in desperate need of demolition, made worse by the fact it sits in the shadows of the newly refurbished Delta Hotel. The inside doesn't get much better!

On arrival the reception couldn't have been less welcoming, no assistance offered with the heavy suitcases, no mention of any facilities available, directions to my room weren't even offered.

The room can only be described as resembling the set of a 1970 low budget porn movie with flowery curtains very dark fur nature and a very dated whirlpool bath worryingly positioned in the bedroom. This apparently is the best room in the Hotel!

The Sleep Number Adjust beds that are so proudly promoted on the website are horrendous, they just don't work, regardless of what number you set them to by the morning they have completely deflated and you end up sleeping on the solid base. I gave up after 4 nights and ended up sleeping on the sofa.

Then there is the noise, this is nothing like the Business hotel as described, it is constantly filled by teenage groups that are attending sports tournaments, mobs of them congregate on the stairwells and run from room to room along the corridors until 3am completely unsupervised. the hotel staff are obviously aware of this problem but do nothing about it!

To make this situation worse if your room like mine faces the Atrium there is no escape from the noise, the only windows face the Atrium so there is no fresh air at all and the staff setting up Breakfast at 5.30 am is guaranteed to wake you up.

I travel all over the world for business and have stayed in dozens of Radisson hotels and have never had any reason to complain before but this place is an embarrassment to the brand.

ps I won't even get started on the food lol

Good staff, comfy beds and pet friendly. Perfect location for shopping in edmonton and a straight shot towards downtown. Better gym than most hotels if you need to keep up with your routine while away.

We went for a romantic date here got a jacuzzi room. Bed was horrible woke up sore. We should have listened to the reviews. It's really badly out dated like big time. all the room face the center court so there is no light at all in the rooms. Tired to order room service never answered let messages to find out the changed the hours but not the menu. We went swimming in the pool we got 3 hairs in between our fingers in the first 5 minutes. We left and went and washed we felt slimy. Breakfast was fine but we got it free with room, not sure I woulda paid for it. Staff was friendly though but they need to do some major Reno's or tear it down. Won't be back here again.

We go to the New Year's Eve buffet every year at the Radisson, and it's always exceptional. This year they did not have roast beef (which is the highlight for me!) But the turkey and ham were very good.

The front desk and cleaning staff are awesome, they were super friendly and helpful. The rooms themselves are fine, but only half of them have windows to the outside while the other half have windows into the inner courtyard, so that's kinda lame.

Service was decent but the bagged breakfast was terrible... The pool is closed. On the outside it looks oretty run down but surprisingly once you step inside it is actually really beautiful!

Breakfast consisted of a muffin, croissant, yogurt, apple, and juice box....

I have not stayed at the hotel as a guest but I go to the Terrace Raquete and Fitness club which is in the basement. The staff are amazing and the gym is one of the best in the city. It is quiet and we'll equipped, not to mention it is not filled with "grunters" and "screamers" that use weight lifting as a way of getting attention. Overall, it is always a pleasant experience!

Suite is clean

Suite is clean
No ice or drinks in vending machines despite being reported three days in a row
Restaurant not open when conferences e participants break for meals

Can t find restaurant staff to seat and take order for one hour break. Restaurant staff are no place to be found- don t come back and see if things are ok - they leave and deliver room services

Poor choose for conference. Won t return or attend a function here again. It s like we have you as a captive audience and you can accept our lousy service. Pie poor poor. I. Wish I would have stayed and ate elsewhere. Boo!

We were there for a professional event. It was great, room stayed cool with all the people in it. Went to the lion heads pub in the hotel for lunch and got our food and ate in the time we had for our lunch break. The buffet is great too if you need quick.

Had a most enjoyable 2 night stay. Room was spacious, comfortable, and most importantly CLEAN!!! The cleaning staff added little treats (water and granola bar) and notes in the room each day. Nothing much, but a little gesture to make you feel like an appreciated guest. I will definitely stay again.

The staff was good and the brunch was ok. The room was dirty and needed updating. No wifi most of the time we were there. No pillows for the fold out couch and you had to make the bed yourself. Very disappointed for the price I paid for the suite. I will never come back.

Had issues checking in, and the lady at the front desk wasn't very nice or helpful. We also had to wait quite a while for a luggage cart, along with several other groups of guests. We all ended up taking turns with the one luggage cart we could find. Not fun when you have a screaming baby with you and you have to wait for a cart to get your things to your room.

We spend a lot of time at Hotels, this has been the worst experience yet.
The right side of the bed was malfunctioning and kept deflating throughout the night, giving me sore shoulders the next day. (Pick your number type of bed)
The pool was deafening and packed full of young kids, no older than 10 or 11, 2 dozen kids and 2 adults paying no attention. A 5 year old child slipped and could have gotten into a lot of trouble and get hurt had my husband not grabbed her on time and pulled out of the hot tub. Parents nowhere to be seen.
There was another large family sharing a room on the same floor and their children screamed and ran up and down the hallway, before dinner, after dinner and well past their bedtime. Around 11pm we had had enough and my husband yet again had to deal with it because the hotel staff is spineless, or simply don't care.
Worst hotel stay to date.
