Went here already knowing that I wasn't supposed to expect great service, neither great food. All reviews from TripAdvisor, Yelp and Foursquare were right on the spot. The food here is mediocre, expensive and the service is terrible. However, the experience is priceless and it is something you should do at least once in a lifetime.

You don't pay to go up to the tower if you dine in here, so, think that you are saving the cost of the lift ticket. I had the Alberta AAA Striploin beef. I think it is really from Alberta, because the time it took to come to me, looks like they were flying them from Alberta.... also, they were rushing so much my food (it just took a bit less than 70 minutes to get delivered -- I know because it takes 75 minutes to rotate and I was almost to the starting point when I got served) that the steak came in completely raw and still cold in the middle.

The chocolate tower is the most popular dessert, but it is really a bite size cake, without much taste.

Again.... if you are thinking about coming here to have a fantastic meal, think again. You'll get a fantastic view with a terrible service and not so good food.

We were trying to confirm our reservation but the phone line wasn't working all day, so that's a star off.

Once we got there, we asked for a window seat, which they happily did which was nice. The views were beautiful but the food was lacking. For the price of everything, it's not worth it. I'd rather pay for a ticket up to the observation levels and look through those windows and get food elsewhere.

We did the 3-course meal and the dessert is the only thing that stood out. The caesar salad and beef carpaccio were nothing outstanding. We both got prime rib (extra charge), and it was underwhelming. It came with 3 asparagus spears and a small amount of mashed potatoes. The keg does it 10x better. Dessert was fruit sorbet and cookies.

Won't be back and don't recommend - it's very overrated and you can see the same view for cheaper. Save the money you'd spend here and do the edgewalk instead.

Two stars as we enjoyed the view and staff were very courteous.

Won't give more Stars as we didn't had much choices in the menu.

Very expensive food as it includes premium of being served at one of the highest point with revolving platform.

A classic visit in one of the highest towers in the world with an a la carte meal of excellent presentation and flavor.
For those who wish to eat something just to get to know the place, there are accessible menus that at the same time provide entrance to the tower's viewpoint, which makes it more economical than doing it separately.
Maybe the bathrooms are the lowest point of this emblematic restaurant.

HORRIBLE! The only good thing is the view. The food is terrible and not worth the price and they ripped me off for over $40 that I'm expected to wait to be refunded for 4-6weeks. I am horrified as a Torontonian at the lack of proper business practice and caulous disregard of their patrons. Better to go elsewhere!!!

Love the view and the food! It's not a bad price for the 2 course meal because they give you big portions for the main and you don't have to pay to go up to the top. The view from the restaurant is nicer than the view from the observation deck as well. I like to go before sunset so that I can enjoy the view in the day and at night, since both are breathtaking. Though the appetizers are small, they are delicious, along with the main entree. The desserts are a little overpriced I think for how small they are.

Views are amazing but both our main courses had to go back because they were cold. My starter plate was taken away while I was still digesting my last mouthful. Because I didn't add the tip on the bill when paying, for the reasons given above, our waiter completed changed his attitude towards us.

Wow!

Wow!
Not Wow it was amazing, but "Wow" I can't believe they are still in business.
The good: View was nice, wine selection was amazing.
The bad: FOOD: Our mains (Pork! Pork! Pork! and Cod with Shrimp) were basically inedible. Every single piece type of pork on the plate has a rather disgusting aftertaste. I'm not even joking when I say I got heartburn instantly after the second or third bite. The Cod was so rubbery and tough that I actually had trouble getting it to cut with the knife as it was pushing back *gags*. Ate less than a 1/3 of our mains they were so disgusting. The apps and dessert was okay I guess. At least we could eat those.
SERVICE: Service was pretty terrible, from having to check in at 4 different desks before we could get seated to two servers being given the same table to seat their parties at and having a huge, loud argument in the dining room. Our server literally tossed the dessert menu on the table and walked away without a word. I was VERY unimpressed. Oh, and the best part was, even though we had to check in several times, once we were directed to our table we had to stand beside the table for 3-4 min while they set the table. You couldn't have had the ready to go or left us at the front desk until it was finished? No, we stood there, in the way of servers with the hostess until it was set. Started the night off on totally the wrong foot there people! We DID get a nice "happy anniversary" on our dessert so I guess that counts for something?
ATMOSPHERE: The view was nice, I'll give them that, however servers were sorting cutlery IN THE DINING ROOM 5 feet from our table. Do you know how hard it is to have an intimate or romantic conversation with cutlery constantly being bashed around. It was like nails on a damn chalk board!!!!! On top of that it was under construction, which was not noted anywhere when making the reservation. I've attached pictures of the unfinished wall directly across from our table.

OVERALL: Dead god STAY AWAY. I've had better fine dining in Kingston, Ottawa, and Mississauga for a FRACTION of the price. There are hundreds of places you will get better food and service in Toronto so don't bother coming here. As far as I am concerned this place is an EMBARRASSMENT to Canadian Cuisine.

Four of us had lunch today for the $60 min charge. Appetizers and salad where great. The Cod and salmon meals on the other hand where completely bland at best. Very disappointing for a restaurant that apparently specializes in seafood.

The restaurant food leaves a lot to be desired, the food really wasn't the best for what it costs. However, I recommend the experience since the views are incredible and after dinner you have access to the tower.

It's a nice experience despite having some major downfalls.

Pros:
-The food was either an A or an F. It either tasted fantastic or was inedible. Most of the food was great.
-The service was good, friendly, and prompt. The waitress gave us tips on where to go in Toronto.
-The view is spectacular. It takes around 70 minutes for the restaurant to go full circle and it was breathtaking to see the sunset from the CN Tower.

Cons:
- Getting up to the restaurant was a hassle. The elevator broke down and they cramped us into the elevator like cattle. The process of going up to the restaurant from the metal detectors to the ride up in the elevator was terrible.
- Leaving the restaurant was also a terrible experience. The CN Tower is truly a tourist trap as I saw multiple tourists trying to figure out how to leave the tower, us included. It took a bit of asking and running around before we got directed to a specific elevator to leave. The experience was stressful and I would not return specifically because of this.

Went there for to celebrate my birthday as a family.

The server was great. quite and polite. Explained the dish and suggested good options.
They did go extra step and put a nice little chocolate tiramisu for my birthday which was really cool.
Cons:
It wasn't like fancy restaurant. Sounded more like sports bar. Lot of crowd and lot of noise.
The food was average. Lobster bisque was awful. The kids penne pasta has just pasta and nothing else. We did like the taste of the pasta, but for 40$ i expect something more. They don't even have solid Parmesan and grate it for us. It was the powdered one :(. Was surprised fancy restaurant to do that.
Salmon and the chicken dishes were ok, but nothing outstanding.

Overall it costed 300$ for the dinner and parking. Is it worth 300$, ABSOLUTELY not. Even during the elevator talk, people weren't super impressed by the food. So, it's not just me. I think this is the last time ever I go to 360 restaurant Toronto.

Really unique experience. View combined with amazing food makes it a perfect place to spend time with friends or family. Great appetizers and main courses especially anything with fish - fish soup was my favourite of all.
It's a must see if you're living or visiting Toronto!

The CN Tower 360 Restaurant in Toronto is not as touristic as you would imagine. The menu s varieties are amazing. It s great for a romantic evening or a night with the kids. Reservations months in advance are a must for a good view. And afterwards, you can visit the hockey museum on the lower level of the tower.

Although expensive, the experience makes up for it. When it is a clear night you'll have a spectacular view over the whole Toronto area. The staff are friendly, food is good (however not worth the price alone).
Summary: Food is good + great great view = worth it.

Not sure if they were having an off day when I went but I found the food to be so bland and dry. I had a cesser salad to start and the salmon as a main.... frankly, overrated. Maybe I d have to try it again but as of right now, not a favourite at all.

Went here this past weekend for a date night and it was a great atmosphere, and great service. We were taken care of immediately, the view was ofcourse great as well as the food. A perfect upscale date night!

I loved the experience! We went to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The food was great and the service was excellent. I had the duck breast with mashed potatoes and the cranberry sauce, I can only say that it took my breath away! The meat was super juicy and the mashed potatoes were even better than my mom's! I will come back soon.

The 360 restaurant is a must at least once, it is an experience that is simply unmatched and the prices include youre ride up and all of the other CN Tower attractions minus the dge walk of course. Can't recommend this enough. The food is also amazing with great portions which is hard to find these days when the restaurant has a main feature such as the 360 view. Often times the food is sacrificed but certainly not the case here!

Can't beat the views. Our service was slow but other wait staff seemed better. My partner loved his chowder especially. I had the gazpacho and couldn't finish it - wasn't to my taste. The ice cream and cookies was great.

Salmon as kids meal is big and yummy. All the other food was top quality. Since the ride to the tower is included the meal has a good value. The experience of rotating over Toronto and seeing planes below our seats - beautiful.

This is an experience you will never forget. Dinner with a panoramic view of the whole GTA, with the entire restaurant slowly rotating around its axis to ensure you don't miss any part of the horizon. Imagine that at sunset. The food is just amazing, the steak we got was enormous and the various appetizers and dessert were most tasty as well. Expect to pay for the experience, but if you want somebody remember the occasion, this is the place to go.

The steep price you pay for the admittedly less than stellar food at least has the decency to come with one of the most spectacular views any city has to offer. The hefty cost of dining here means you avoid dealing with obnoxious crowds and the whims of turbulent weather, and a relative length of time soaking in the amazing display.

Good food and good attention from the staff. The view of the city is fantastic and it is highly recommended to arrive at sunset to make the most of the view. Prices are not affordable, so it is something to consider if you want to go.

Let me first say, do not come here for exceptional food. You will be disappointed by the price to quality of food. There are so many better places in Toronto that you can get better food for cheaper. You are paying for the amazing and very romantic atmosphere that you really cannot get anywhere else. The best time to go is when the sun is about to set and the sky is clear. There is nothing that beats the view this restaurant will provide.

The view, the view, the view! What an amazing setting for a restaurant. Food and service is good, and a little bit on the expensive side. However, the view from the restaurant is unbeatable, much better than the observation decks. Make this your first stop in Toronto if possible. Make sure to check the weather first though, as low hanging clouds will completely obscure your vission.

I've been visiting Toronto on my own and thought this would be a good way to spend my last evening. Booked well in advance and I'm glad I did as it was very busy. I added a request to be seated at the window, wish granted. You may think the menu and wine list are pricey however the experience is second to none. I'd already been up the tower but to have a dining experience while the view of Toronto is continually changing was breathtaking. The food and the service were both excellent. Highly recommended.

Great place up celebrate a special occasion with a loved one. I suggest going up to the restaurant just prior to sunset time (season dependent) to see the city in the daytime, watch sunset and then see the nightscape with the lights by the time the hotel finishes a full round.

The food is expensive, but the view is amazing. 72 minutes for one rotation, especially in the night it's spectacular. Definitely worth a visit if you are okay with the price. The food is also really tasty.

We have never been more humiliated in our lives. Please avoid visiting this restaurant at all costs. The "Note from the restaurant" section on OpenTable didn't say anything about 3 course menu being a mandatory purchase. Unfortunately, their menu didn't work for us, so we decided to have a coffee and some deserts. However our server Bill replied that it was not allowed in a very rude and abrupt manner and practically kicked us out of the restaurant when we refused to buy their 3 course menu. We were practically rushed out of an empty restaurant.

We have never been more humiliated in our entire lives. Is this how you treat guests at your restaurant? We were hoping to have a nice relaxing lunch with our 18 old baby and my mom who was visiting Toronto for the first time, instead we got kicked out in a matter of minutes from a restaurant that was basically empty at 11 am on October 13. Were we loud? Were we rude? Were we dressed inappropriately? Nope. We just wanted to have a nice day and show my mom the most popular attraction in town. It was not our fault that a "Note from the restaurant" section on OpenTable doesn't say anything about 3 course menu being mandatory.

We really wanted to try their deserts, coffee and cocktails which would've surpassed the 120+ CAD at least. Apparently the restaurant is not interested in doing what's best for their guests and dictate their rules. The staff of this restaurant has treated us in the most unprofessional, unfair and rudest manner and we will never return and will make sure none of the people we care about would go there either. This is absolute disgrace of a restaurant. Patrons of restaurants deserve to be treated with respect and dignity, especially when you have guests with little kids. We left absolutely frustrated, heartbroken and angry.

I came here with family to this revolving restaurant. High priced for the view and the food. I ordered the prime rib with mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. The dinner reservation also included the glass floor and observation deck views.

Food and view was quite nice but that is about it.

Do NOT take a booking at 10pm. All the staff want to do is get you out of there asap so they can finish up. We barely got 1 rotation in (70 odd minutes)

We weren't even offered coffee. Just a bill on the table whilst eating desert.

If they don't want you there at 11, then they shouldn't be taking bookings for 10 (last bookings are 10.15)

2nd beer was flat - like drinking cordial

Finally make sure you check your bill. One guest's meal being a 3 course deal was advertised as $79+$10 beef supplement (total 89) - but charged at $95. The other meal was a 2 course deal advertised as $65 but charged at $79.

Food is very good. While the menu is higher end prices it is good value when you consider you have to pay 40 just to go up the CN tower in the first place. It allows you to skip the main elevator line. The rotation of the floor makes for a cool experience to see the whole city in about 70 from your seat. You need reservations and ask for a window seat if you can. Dress is a mixed bag. Some tourists in shorts and flip flops and some very dressed up folks.

Great view. Attentive service by a very kind and professional waiter. Very good menu. We had lobster bisque and bison tartare as a starter: two delicacies. 1 meat and 1 fish in a dish, very good. I took the CN tower in chocolate for dessert: a very fine treat. Slightly high bill but access to the Belvedere included in the price. The waiter offered me dessert (about $ 15). I recommend
