Delivered on Monday, February 20th at 0930. About 30 minutes before my arrival, I called for directions. The operator put me through to the receiving department. Mark answered; this guy was very abusive over the phone.

He asked what I had and what time my appointment was. I responded that I was told by dispatch to be there between 0900 & 0930. Mark quickly became upset and started yelling at me that I had no appointment and that he should charge me a $325 drop fee. He continued to be upset with me and said if wasn't for the fact that they needed the product, he would make me sit all day to get unloaded. I told Mark that I'm sorry but I'm just doing what I'm told to do by my dispatch and he is taking is anger out on the wrong person. Mark gave me directions to the facility and hung up on me.

I called my dispatch, as I'm now angry being yelled at over the phone. I told dispatch to take care of this as I'm about to turn my truck around and not deliver this load. I was told to take in the load and I will be unloaded and that we never have appointments there.

I went in, Mark was better in person but still brought up that in the future, no appointment =$325 dock fee.

It's my first time delivering at this facility and hopefully my last. Because of Mark, this facility just about didn't get their product delivered due to his abusive behavior over the phone.

To top it off, he made sure to leave a little note on BOL stating "set-up appointment". Which is right next to their delivery hours.
