I always stay at this hotel when I'm here on business
Comfortable stay and great location! Bryan was very nice, efficient, and extremely accommodating! The common area is a nice place to grab an expresso and some fruit or tea while you are on your way out or in from your hotel. Room was very clean and had all the essentials we needed for our overnight stay. Also, an additional perk is that if you book through Club Quarters, you get a discount on parking (they use icon parking - normal 24 hr rate is $43.99 and they can give you a rate of $25.00 for 24 hours!) Would highly recommend this hotel!
I like this hotel. Love their snack bar which is filled with fresh ground coffee, pop, filtered cold water, cereal bars in the morning.
Place is nice and tidy. Rooms are small but good for the price we paid. Concerige was kind and courteous. Nice gym.
Now to the reasons why it didnt deserve that extra star: TV didnt work properly. Had to mention twice to provide us new shampoo and conditioner. Coffee machine broke down.
Cute hotel. Great location with easy walking distance to everything. Nice bar next door too.
The hotel was nice, clean and locate in a very convinient location in Boston
Good hotel with excellent location, all very attentive receptionists, especially John, who was extremely kind.
Nice Hotel, friendly staff, complimentary coffee and some snacks next to the lobby, affordable parking two blocks away but worth it. Rooms are good, bit small but well designed. Hotel near walking distance of many tourist attractions, definitely I will return
Spacious but uninspired rooms. Nice common areas with free coffee and light snacks. Friendly front desk staff. Good location for tourist activities.
An average hotel in Boston, nothing special about it but it gets the job done. Quite noisy in general though from beeping outside, thin walls and loud fridge etc
I think this hotel is overrated. Stayed here (in a suit) for 5 days and here's what I noticed:
- Room is congested, feel tight, and outdated
- TV channels suck
- Bed is hard and pillows are cheap and very thin
- Bathroom and shower is very small and outdated
- Front desk could be a bit more professional and courteous
- Location is really good though
Everything was great elevators were a bit slow round check in time
Great location
Great facility.
Very good location, very nice staff, clean and spacious room and good coffee
The Elephant & Castle pub has some of the best fish and chips in the city, and the murder mystery dinner theater can't be beat! I'd love to go back.
Decent hotel. No frills but certainly a comfortable stay.
Room was clean and simple. Service was good. There is no continental breakfast. Good location to walk around city, shop, food, and drinks.
Clean, updated interior, nice toiletries. Staff are nice. Tiny rooms, narrow halls, beds could be a little softer, elevators can be slow (not sure why housekeeping uses guest elevators and not the elevator not for guests). Good value and location, but solidly a 3 star hotel.
A somewhat old but recommended hotel. There is only a shower booth, but the water pressure is sufficient. There is free internet. There is no refrigerator. There are free coffee and snacks in the lobby. There is no need to buy water as there is a water cooler on each floor that you can refill yourself. I feel that the beautiful lobby and water and other services represent good old Boston (US). There is no excess service of the staff, but it seems that the service is American-like or Boston temperament or so. A little over but a hotel that feels like Boston's history. The price is reasonable for Boston. Because it is a little near to the airport, traveling by taxi will cost around $ 20 each way.
There is no convenience store nearby. There is Seven-Eleven but the gala is bad (It's a hangout for drunken homeless people. It's nice in the daytime but I don't want to go in the middle of the night). Because subway station is near, it is convenient to go anywhere.
Cozy, quiet place. Wonderful time here will come again
Hotel is very well located near subway station and city attractions. Got upgraded to a room with a small kitchen. Was perfect for having breakfast in the morning. Hotel was good, although we could hear the outside noise. Hotel does not have its own parking but has a deal with an indoor parking lot 2 blocks away for 25$ a day. There was no cart for us to bring our luggages to our room. Staff was not very helpful when we asked about some activities to do and we're not aware of shows or events going on that night in the city. They referred us to the Internet. Great for the price we paid. Would have been disappointed if paid full price.
Always a pleasure at CQ Boston. Business partner of mine is across the street and the location couldn't be better. Easy and quick check in/out. Top tier for business travelers.
Nice room. Easy self check in and out. Helpful staff. Wish parking was easier.
Great hotel! Desk staff was really helpful and friendly, room was perfect size for two, great layout, updated room hardware (HDTV, Bluetooth alarm clock, cordless room phone, mini Keurig, multi-plug with USB ports for charging). Nice amenities and free snacks! Pub next door is connected right to the lobby. Great location, city center and close to the T.
Great Staff and Awesome Location!Close to the North End!
Rooms are not too bad. Shower is a little small and the bedding whilst not bad isn't anything to write home about either.
Prices soar near graduation and the parking is horrible.
I will first say that when I walked in the people weren't very friendly...then I got up to the rooms which looked nice online, and it was the smallest hotel room I've ever been in!!! I get it, it's Boston, but I was disappointed. There was no ice, and no iron or ironing board. Also our "king" size bed, was 2 double beds put together. Not impressed and I will never go back.
First time staying at this hotel in Boston. Great location, very close to restaurants and historic places to walk around..
Room was not very big but it was comfortable, bed was great, no noise from the street, very quiet at night.
I highly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure, the staff is very professional and helpful. Looking forward to my next trip to Boston.
It was an amazing experience. The staff was helpful and the rooms were very clean.
Great for a quick stay, but small rooms and not many amenities.
really good hotel and extremely affordable! its at the center of everything and Primark is just a block away...a girl couldn't ask for more :)
Convenient city location, rooms are small but clean and functional. Good for business trips, not a couples romantic plaxe
Tight accommodations, but really all you need. Great location.
Bed could have been more comfortable. Staff was nice. In walking distance to Quincy market and aquarium.
Very welcoming place. Held our bags for us while we explored the city, even though we weren't guests at the hotel. Great bar with friendly service.
Nice hotel in the financial district, close to public transportation. No breakfast which is weird and mega small showers but it's more for business travelers than anything.
Location is good however the room is small and the housekeeping must really be improved. Pub closes to the hotel is good.
I never write reviews of hotels, but this one deserves some feedback. First, the hotel rooms are REALLY small. I get that it is in downtown Boston, but this is smaller than most European hotels. The city noise is almost unbearable at night (grant it, I am a light sleeper). The doors are nowhere near flush close, so one hears every single noise in the hallways (and my room is not near an elevator). The information card in the room says that the fitness center is open 24/7, but I just learned at 10:10 PM that it actually closes at 9:30 PM - only because my key didn t work, so I went to the lobby to learn this. One also doesn t know which floor the fitness room is on until one enters the elevator (no info. about that on the info. card). I tried to use the stairwell (a little fitness) and I had to continue trying the doors until they finally opened on the 4th floor. They get you to sign up for their app - it doesn t actually work (sorry, we just started it a couple of months ago). They DO have coffe/tea in the lobby and snacks at various times and they DO have yoga mats in the closets, but those are basically the only positives. All of THAT for $335/night?? No thanks!
Nice decent hotel. Staff is rally friendly. Will definitely stay here again.
Very nice staff, welcomed right when we walked in the door! The room was very nice, clean and spacious, extra pillows and fuzzy blankets also offered in a closet on the floor your room is on. First time staying here with my boyfriend and will definitely be coming back when we visit the city next!
A receptionist in particular gave us the best service, thank you Brayan for your kindness
Highly recommended this hotel. People are nice and helpful which always a plus for me. Room is clean and very nice and look modern. We have 2 TV's in our room plus a sofa with bed and queen bed. We have refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and kitchen utensils. With dishwashing soap and sponge.i like there help your self purifier water in every floor. Snack bar in the lobby with free coffee, soda in can and snacks.
Rooms and beds are tiny. Felt like we were on a cruise ship. Also the front desk was completely rude and dumbfounded about a request for early check in. We asked for them to hold our bags until check in and refused to call us when the room was ready, we had to call every hour and see if one was available. For the price I would recommend checking out other places.
Update! It seems you are either going to get a decent room or a pretty rough around the edges place - lowering stars from 4 to 3. My room this time had full on tiles coming up and kicked around the bathroom. See picture.
Before: Truly a pleasant experience! My room was very fresh and clean. It was much larger than I expected with a large desk and vanity, separate, of course. If the price is competitive, this is a good option in the area.
Always feel free to reach out to me on Twitter @joerazz
The first reception told my room would be available at 11:30 am, then the second reception told me it's actually 3:00 pm.
Love the filtered water station! Nice, Clean & friendly! Great location!
Worst hotel i've ever been to. Advertised as a 4-star hotel, and this is certainly not the case. The mattress was cheap and flimsy and the bedding felt like hospital linens. The room was not clean, and it was dusty. I don't typically write reviews but had to share so someone doesn't make the same mistake and book here!
Not at lot of room but they made it up in service they really treated us like VIPs
You can hear all the noises in the hallway. Other than that, it's a pleasant stay with surprisingly nice amenities like a water station with free plastic bottles.
The staff is not listening to customers. No accommodation possible. The room is very small, the bed is very uncomfortable, we feel the springs and we sleep very badly. The bathroom is small and has a bad smell. There is no fridge in the room. Parking is expensive, not very accessible, two blocks from the hotel. I will not go back and I strongly advise against it!
Loved the room and the staff was very friendly! Got a great deal at the last minute after or flight was cancelled. Very conveniently located.
Great location. Close to Chinatown as well as the North end. Close to many MBTA lines including the blue line which makes it a less than 30 min commute to the airport
Great service and location. Problem with the internet.
Awesome hotel with really friendly staff!! They made my stay!
Nice rooms with kitchenette. Traveled here on business.
Stayed here a few times for work; friendly staff and nice enough rooms. Food in the bar not particularly great though.
Nice, easy, close to everything. Clean, reasonable. Thin walls. Staff could have been a little more attentive. Rooms are small, but for a big city that can happen. 3 stars based on the staff, could have been 4.
Small boutique hotel. Most rooms are small with tiny bathrooms. The shower in my unit is a small triangle that is hard to wash my hair without cracking elbows on two walls. Maid service is good.
Good place, very central, rooms of just size and quite comfortable
Nice rooms, although small. A big negative is the loud music that you can hear ALL night on the second floor
Terribly small room, shower was half the size of a normal shower and either you had the shower curtain touching you or you were touching the wall, no hand towels, no vent in the fan.
Decent hotel, rooms are small and bed was uncomfortable but the hotel is in a good location
