Staff are incredibly accommodating and they always have coffee and snacks in the lobby. The rooms aren't huge, but they have everything you need for a city hotel. The location couldn't be better!

I have been there for 1 week solo and I do not regret it. We will say that the geographical location is the price because otherwise the room is very simple with a bathroom where we can believe that we are in prison. Otherwise I will come back !!!

Had a great stay with my family of four. Carla was amazing at check-in, so friendly and welcoming! Room was wonderful, everything we needed for the kids and more! Free tea and coffee downstairs to warm up from the cold. Very thankful to CQ for helping us to have a great time this holiday season! Highly recommend!

I would NEVER recommend staying at Club Quarters in Boston. After my employees were unable to make it into the city due to the snow, Club Quarters has refused to refund the money because it is within 24 hours of cancellation...they won't even give a credit to be used at a different time. I will absolutely ensure that I never use them again in Boston, or all of my travels to other major cities where they used to be a favorite. This is a company policy for them so it means they wouldn't refund in any of their cities. I would strongly discourage using them if you want to have the flexibility of cancelling due to 7 feet of snow with more predicted in two days.

Like all Club Quarters, this one is a solid three star place. The rooms are on the small side, per usual for CC, which they make up for in amenities (free snacks and sodas downstairs, free bottled water machines on each floor, free but slow Wi-Fi, and so on). As far as the price, you won't do much better in this area of Boston! And this place is within walking distance of Quincy Market, and a lot of pubs, drugstores, coffee shops, and places to grab a quick bite to eat.

Yes, the room is on the smaller side like other reviews I ve read stated but that didn t matter to me. The room is totally updated and I loved the keurig and creamers. No refrigerator, and this trip was the one time I could have used one. But there is a drink machine and a mini fridge of drinks and snacks that are all complimentary offered at all times on the main floor. In such a great spot, centrally located by the T for convenience. As someone who lived in Boston for years, this place is great for location, price and comfort. Would go back if given the chance!

Stayed on a Saturday night. While check in wasn't actually until 3:00 pm they had a room ready and allowed us to check in around noon. Room was small, but nice. Plenty of outlets, and USB jacks near the bedside for charging devices. The bathroom included a shower (not a bathtub). There aren't irons / boards other things in every room, but a "guest services" room where all of those items are kept if you need them. There was also a chilled water bottle filling station in the hallway. Staff was helpful for checking in / out, which was the only time we needed them. Would stay again.

Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service.
The room was dirty and the Wifi service doesn't work so I wasn't able to finish my exam.
Apparently this is a "luxury hotel" and they don't serve breakfast but they have a self service coffee machine.
The words "luxury" and "self service" don't work together.

Very clean with new LCD screens, free WiFi, free Keurig coffee and a comfortable lobby/club room with couches, CNN, and 2 free-to-use Windows computers with Microsoft Office and free printing! unfortunately, the club room is closed often in the late AM/early PM. Rooms are small but enough if you're just here for sightseeing. Equipped with nice desks with lots of plugs.

Absolutely the worst customer service over the phone, from being transferred to different departments that had no clue or no initiative to want to help...and then wanted to charge me more for the simple that I am an military!!

Within 10 minutes of my first stay I knew it would be my last. I was given key cards to one room that turned out to be occupied (it was after 10 pm and I opened the door to find somebody sleeping in the bed). Was given key cards to a second room, which was also occupied. At this point I was prepared to sleep in my car but they upgraded me to a suite (unimpressive; it was the very least they could do for so completely botching a first impression) and I found the room somewhat shabby, with small tears in the bedsheet, mostly-empty toilet paper roll with no spare, and floors in need of vacuuming or cleaning. Definitely NOT recommended for so many reasons. Let's hope I survive the week...

Staff ignored guests, were not accommodating at all and just rude. Maid never came one day even after requesting service. Bathroom is like a cruise ship and shower is so tiny and had mold. More than half of the electrical outlets didn't work. Location was good but terrible hotel and service overall.

Rooms were very small but probably what the standard is for this location. No irons in the room which was silly, had to go to the guest service closet to grab irons before they were gone. The TV did not work in my room and also in someone else's room I was travelling with.
The bed was comfortable. Great location.

Great location. Only about a 10 minute walk to the Waterfront. Decent hotel with comfy beds, but pretty "barebones" in terms of amenities. No breakfast, but did have a lounge with coffee and fruit in the morning.

Good price for a short weekend stay. Lounge living room has a coffee machine and healthy snacks. Hotel is connected to the elephant and castle restaurant. Perfect location to walk into town and see all of Boston s beauty. Even more special during winter seasons.

Nice hotel. Nice restaurant inside with room service, English pub themed. Has a club room with free printer, internet, computer access, drinks and snacks. There is fill-your-own purified bottled water on every floor. Room itself is lackluster. Toilet seat has to be held up by hand because a shelf is over it so it can't stay open. Toilet also looks like something industrial out of a sports stadium or movie theater. Bed has no fitted sheets and is somewhat uncomfortable with all of the springs.

Updated hotel in downtown Boston. In a pretty good area, parking is a bit tricky but thats Boston in general. Had a room with a kitchenette which was nice to prep a small meal before going out and keep some food cold. Overall a pretty nice hotel to stay in

Never stayed at a Club Quarters hotel before and while the room and decor was somewhat dated it was great value. It's rare to get a hotel in the centre of Boston at this price. The check in is self serve at a kiosk. It also passed the fast wifi, bed and shower test!

I knocked one star off for a noisy heating/cooling system in the room.

Would definitely stay here again.

This is second time staying here and I'm left unimpressed again. The walls are paper thin so I can basically hear the person next door blow drying their hair at 6 every morning. Also whoever works the desk at 10 am during the weekdays is super load and obnoxious.

The room is relatively large.

The room is relatively large.
Shampoo, Body Lotion, Rinse, Soap, Dryer, and so on.
There is no toothbrush etc.
wifi can be used comfortably in the room.
Coffee and other sweets are provided free of charge in the lobby on the first floor.
There is also a water server on each floor. A plastic bottle is included so it can be watered.
Location is good because subway station, supermarkets etc. and sightseeing spot are relatively near.

The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. In the Lobby, they have free snacks, refreshments and the most important thing - coffee is free. The Staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect.

Currently staying at CQ. Went out at 8 am and got back at 4:40 pm. Housekeeping did not service my room. I called the front desk and I was told that the staff leave at 5pm. 5 pm came and my room was not serviced. Will it get serviced? Time will tell.

Some complain about the room being small, but it was more than adequate for my wife and I. Bed was super comfortable, room was clean, and we had everything we needed. It was nice that they offered free coffee, snacks, and drinks in the lounge off the lobby. They also offered bottles to fill with chilled and purified water outside our room. The one caution I have is with parking. Read the fine print for self park and know it will probably be cheaper to just valet through the hotel. Looking back, that is the only thing about the stay I would change. There is also some construction near the hotel that can make finding it in a car a little of a challenge, but stay patient and try not to arrive during lunch time. :)

Rooms were great, shower was nice, TV was incredible, perfect location, and I liked the free water that was available in the Halls. However I was kind of bummed wheni realized there was no fridge in my room, but it was definitely worth it for the price!

I like to recommend this hotel for people coming to Boston for the first time because the location is great for walking the city. My uncle had to get a rollaway bed for his room as they did not save the correct room that he had requested. After that everything went smooth. Great snacks and good coffee in the lobby.

One of the nicest hotels I've ever been in. Room was quite small but I'm not complaining since my job paid for it. It was downtown so I walked everywhere I needed to, barely drove as the subway was up the block as well. If my job is willing to pay for it again I'll enjoy the stay again.
