I am disappointed in their CS. The shopping experience went well until they forgot to take the security tag off my brand new dress. I bought it for an event that evening and realized it was still on shortly before I had to leave (I was travelling at the time). Not only did I have a security tag on my bum for the evening but following up on the unfortunate mistake all I got was a sorry . I m pretty sure if I walked into their store and spilled coffee on a dress that was worth a few hundred dollars they would not an accept a oh sorry they would expect me to pay for it. There was no can we make it up to you somehow? In my opinion that is not an acceptable mistake to make without trying to make it up to the customer. Not to mention dealing with the whole ordeal when I got back home. Having to drive across the city to finally get it removed. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth and I don t plan on returning to this chain for a while, if ever.
