The service was amazing, and the end product looked so professional. The employees were great, and the company overall was quite good. From the initial design to the final execution of the closet the process was very professional and we experienced excellent customer service. We requested a design with a ladder and Shauna went the extra mile to consider this feature although it is not a standard product available. We encountered an unexpected problem with the floor and the company provided us with the support to solve it and make the closet look amazing!
