If you are a fresher then why shouldn't you join. Here's why?

Sales and Marketing Fresher: Management is a confused one, companies pivot if they are failing but here they have a very wrong notion of pivoting. My reco, if you work in a good tech based start up you will learn more about BD in 2 months than what you learn here in a year.

Product Fresher: If you really are a coder then please show your self outta here. No innovation at all. You will not be building anything new neither you will be solving a problem.

No all hands, and management's message never reaches the customer touchpoints.

I think the lack of funding sums it all up to you, you will be paid less, there is no growth strategy, management isn't able to sell it to the VCs which means sadly no job security and mental peace.
