Everything tastes good, but they're always crazy busy, and the burgers are too done. Not sure they will even try to cook one medium rare. They also screwed up the tickets and charged another table's more expensive check to my card. They fixed it, but if I hadn't been paying attention, it would've been easy to accuse them of theft later on. I'm pretty sure that's not what was going on, but making that kind of mistake does open the door to suspecting such things.

A small burger restaurant with a huge menu. The fries are tasty, hot and light, just like the onion rings. Friendly servers. A go-to place for me in this jumpin' college town.

Simply delicious. Great food, very reasonably priced and we love the staff.

The staff here a friendly and positive people. The food is amazing and the milkshakes are out of this world. The only downside is the size of the seating area-people with physical handicaps need to be cautious while navigating the tiny diner.

My burger was a bit unevenly cooked, but still absolutely delicious. To be fair, they had literally just opened. The tater tots are light and crispy and the veggie frites are to die for.

The food was very good. We really enjoyed the Milkshakes! Go Dawgs and UL!

The staff had people waiting outside is the humid heat even though there were several clean and vacant tables. That doesn't make sense.

Just stopped in once. Nice outdoor seating and interesting selection that spans a range of cuisines.

I've gotten food here several times and each time I order the wait time gets longer and longer. The last time I ordered it was over an hour before they gave the food to the delivery guy and the food was cold when it got here (not the delivery guy's fault, he was very fast).
The food is good but not worth the poor service. I will not be getting food from here again.

Mushroom swiss burger and onion were outstanding. Wait time to get in was almost 30 mins. This place was hoppin.

Small, looks like dive bar but food really good. I am vegan and found plenty to eat. Black bean burger with vegan cheese was excellent.

Absolutely loved this restaurant!! Loved the peanut butter burger and was obsessed about the Cajun fries! Service and atmosphere was excellent! Will be eating here every time in Athens!!

This was my first trip into Clocked and I'm disappointed in myself for not making it there sooner!

Started off my lunch with a Bell's Two Hearted IPA and Cajun Fries. The dipping sauces offered were a Garlic Aioli and Raspberry Jalapeno Ketchup. The latter sounded like the better option but the Garlic Aioli was on point!

I ordered the Great Meteor burger for myself and the Blackberry Bacon Jam burger for my friend, in town for the day, Nicole. (Sorry no pics of the burgers as I got them to go)

Great Meteor burger was absolutely incredible. The flavor and juices from the burger exploded in my mouth with every bite! I'd definitely recommend for anyone that loves Feta Cheese, which I LOVE!

The Blackberry Jam burger was really good, but not my style of burger - a little sweet for my tastes. My friend Nicole raved about it though! Which just goes to show how each one of us has a very different take on food, take that one to heart!!

The vibe in the restaurant decor was extremely cozy and reminiscent of a previous period in American History. I cannot wait to go back..........

Always loved this place. Had a celebratory graduation lunch here and the food was amazing as always. Their gluten free buns don't taste gluten free! Their dipping sauces are all fantastic as well. Highly recommend!

Amazing fries and tater tots as sides with a great variety of funky dipping sauces, from raspberry ketchup to wasabi mayo. There's a full bar here too with a variety of well-made adult drinks. I had the El Diablo, a spicy, fruity tequila cocktail with my blackberry bacon jam burger. My mouth is watering just thinking about it!

If you have room there are milkshakes, kid friendly or boozy milkshakes! but we were too stuffed to try.

I love vintage, so the kitschy diner decor - B movie posters, neon, etc made for a fun atmosphere as well.

It's a small space, there's outdoor dining too - but I'll bet it's crazy around regular meal times. We arrived around 9:00 on Saturday and it was busy but not nuts.

I don't think I've visited Athens without stopping at Clocked and it's always packed. And for good reason too, the food is phenomenal and the servers are awesome! I got the Blackberry Bacon Jam burger (I think) and fries and it was spectacular. I even got one of their swell tees which I love. If you're visiting Athens stop here.

Hip little diner place with excellent burgers and milkshakes. Typical Athens and a good local place to try out.

Pro's: food was fantastic, waitress was nice
Con's: food took a while to come out, beer options were few and not cheap

Good food. A little pricey, but decent for the quality. Keep in mind it is a small space with little staff so a wait will happen. Still easily one of the best Burger joints in Athens, and especially unique with it's options.

A really good burger. Would consider one of the best burgers in metro Atlanta area , including Athens. The tater tots were very good too. Would highly recommend this place for dinner or lunch. Small seating area but well worth the wait if it's crowded. Service was excellent too....

Great tasting juicy burgers and sides, love the cajun fries with Feta dipping sauce. Inexpensive, hip, and a definite must visit.
Also have veggie options and beyond meat for those inclined. Go hungry!

Always a good atmosphere. Always great service. Always hot and delicious. This is my spot, I swear I'm here once or twice a month, which says a lot because I hate going outside.

I mean, come on. Ultraman was on the TV. The waitress was cool beans. The food was good. What more could I want?

I don't personally love the food here, but it has gluten free and vegetarian options so it really can't be beat when I take friends with dietary restrictions out to eat. Milkshakes are not bad either. You have to pay an extra $3 for fries though which is a tad odd but eh.

The one thing that sucks is the fact that the food is actually good, hats off to the cook. If you want to actually get what you ordered, a refill on your drink, or even a napkin; go elsewhere.

To the waitress who got the $1 tip from me today. You had on shorts and had a big tattoo on your right arm. Yes I know my tab was $24 and you deserved a better tip. You took care of us and made us comfy while we were dining in with you. And the food was pretty good. I had no problem tipping you more when I walked in....but when my fiance went to go get our car he realized that it was leaking gasoline. We just recently moved out on our own and we are both inbetween jobs and so as is our budget is pretty crappy. Even more so this time of the month with our rent due in the next couple days. So with incoming financial terror on our way...I felt terrible leaving you a $1 tip. Im a former server so I know how it is to live off of tips. And I must say that when I walked out of the bathroom I had intended to apologize to you for the unfair tip and then heard you trash talking me to your co-workers about my shitty tip and then to top it off you said "Thanks for the $1 tip!!" on my way out. I left your supposed family friendly establishment in tears.

Great atmosphere, delicious food! If you are gluten free, you can even request to get your burger with a salad. Unfortunately I didn't get a picture 'cause my food looked so good, I couldn't wait to dig in. And I wasn't disappointed!

Was asked to wait outside for a table to clear. We sat right in front of the door (where the benches are). We had a front row seat to watch them immediately seat 3 couples right as they walked inside. Super disappointed in lack of organization and care.

Everything was great. Some unique burger options and great dipping sauces for the sides (tots, fries, etc).

Tastiest burgers in Athens! The restaurant does lack seating though but if you're in the food for a decent burger this is your place!

We have visited clocked several times since we moved to Georgia in September of 2017. Over the past 6 months we have visited Clocked over 10 times. Unfortunately both the service and quality have depreciated. I m not sure what s going , but we are saddened to see such a drastic change to a place we used to enjoy so much.

Gave it another go tonight.. same experience! We will not be visiting again.

Note- we recently gave it another shot and we saw significant improvement. Will revise the rating if improvement continues.

If you order a burger and fry, they bring fries out like a appetizer, before burger, not together, I didn't care for that food was okay, nothing special, prices are high

Great burgers and fries but it was a super long wait for everything including our checks even though it wasn't very busy.

The first time we went it took forever to get served but the burgers were good (they have very unique burger combinations). We thought we'd give them another chance... big mistake!

The 30 min wait was expected. The 1.5 hrs sitting in the sun outside waiting for food was not expected. We were brought our sides (fries, onion rings, and totts) as appetizers because burgers were taking so long.

After being there a total of 2 hrs or so we asked for our check and our food to come out in to go boxes since we were now running late. (BTW two of our neighboring tables has been waiting even longer, has received their sides as apps also due to the length of time, and left without ever getting their burgers).

My husband and kids ate their food in the car on the way home (I drove). We had ordered our burgers all med and med well. They were all VERY well done.

Definitely will not be returning. Definitely not worth the $50

I am not one to write reviews, but I was so disappointed in this place. I have lived in Athens for 3 years, and I always hear rave reviews about this place. This place is supposed to have "the best" burgers in Athens, so I have always wanted to try it. I went with a friend from out of town early on a Friday before it was busy. When he took our order, I had realized they didn't ask how we wanted our burger cooked, which I thought was odd, but decided maybe the restaurant has only a certain level they will cook it to make sure the burger taste up to their standards or something. But then the burger came out, and it was well done. EXTREMELY well done. The patty had no pink, and was even a little crunchy. The burger did not taste bad, but it was very disappointing. I wanted to show my friend from out of town how good the food is here in Athens, and this place was a huge let down.



The french fries were pretty good, but they come separately, not with the burger.

Last but not least, service was.... ok. Our guy could have been a little friendlier, but I don't have a problem with service not checking up on you every couple mins as long as drinks are full, so overall service was fine.

May could have given 3 stars, since everything about this place probably results in a 2.5 star rating.

The customer service sucked. We ordered 3 items and were double charged for it. They admitted they were wrong but at that point we had waited a considerable amount of time just for a couple of grilled cheese sandwiches (which are overpriced). After the waitress claimed that the charge was voided it still showed up in the bank statement. Didn t even get to eat the food.

Delicious as always! Love this place and their sauces!!
