Clinique at Kenwood Macy's Review

Amanda at second floor shoe dep, needs to be reminded by someone on top of here, about return policy and customer satisfaction. Love the store but 2 star due to her attitude.

Shopping with my sister, trying to get some good deals. We always have fun.

Men's shoes - both workers either disappeared in the stock room or where staring at their cell phones. It was not that busy. No one offered me help. I am walking to Nordstrom's.

By far the best Macy's I have ever shopped. The customer service was excellent and the selection was amazing. If I am every in the area again, I will definitely go back.

Macy's Kenwood is a truly beautiful department store. So festive and well-decorated that it really helps get you in the holiday spirit. Very well-staffed during the busy season too.

Went in there to the M.A.C station and for the 3rd time they are out of my foundation shade. I love macys and also M.A.C but this is the most frustrating process ever! I just need them to get it together.

Love the corner in the store where items are marked down to as much as 60%.

Always has been my favorite store but they've eliminated so many checkout stations that the lines are ridiculous. They need more checkouts so that they can hire extra help for the holidays!

Love shopping here when they have sales, some things are a bit pricey though. Overall I can usually find what I am looking for.

Macy's is always very customer service oriented. They took all precautions and made the store very clean. Items at Macy's are always easy to find and they always have a good sale. Thank you.

Macy's is still the hidden gem that i don't know if enough people still visit. I went to buy my new hard case carry on and loved their selection. Yes i went to TJMaxx, Marshalls, and more but the variety wasn't the same and i got a better quality case that will last multiple trips here. Also Macy's has INC, my favorite brand to look business professional, feel confident, a little sexy and boost me up for that interview, big meeting or my every day. Maybe it's how i grew up but the big department stores have a lot to offer, i think people can forget that until they go.

Disappointed with customer service. Men's are we received no help. Went to the women's area and there were employees at the counter, but they were rude. No hello. No can I help you. They just looked at us with a blank look and waited for us to talk.

Love Macy's. Great selection of home goods as well as clothing, and all very reasonable priced. Excellent quality and good service make shopping at Macy's a pleasure.

Best Macy's in the Cincinnati area. Lots of brands and plenty of selection in every department. The makeup section is something to rival Sephora and really friendly and helpful staff. More likely to get a sale price here, as well. Clean and well-maintained. There is an elevator in the center of the store which is helpful when switching floors in the mall since the next closest elevator is not close. Parking lot and garage outside.

OMG if I don't stay out of this place I'm going to be in trouble

Very disappointed in Macy's

Took my daughter to buy a homecoming dress. My daughter wears plus size and usually dreads shopping. Tonight she was thrilled and so was I. Best customer service in a long time!?!!

I was told I could go to any register for Resale Program Pick Up, incorrect.

Picked up a nice coat here and bought it real fast before the customer service representative could figure out me and my guest weren't shoplifting, someone else helped us checkout. As if!

Really really cool feature: if they're out of your size for anything you want, go to the nearest help desk and whisper directly into the associate's right ear and say "Macy is home"
They'll know what to do

The staff was very friendly but the store was disheveled

My experience with the sales associates in the jewelry departments was horrible. When I went downstairs to a different department the lady who helped me was very helpful and nice which was appreciated

Went the Saturday before Christmas, actually had very good assistance in the men's department from Dan. It was not as chaotic as I expected and was well decorated. In general I find the stores to be overwhelming and am frustrated by the "every day is the biggest sale of the year" mentality but today was a good experience

I think every time I go to Macy's I always get some stuff because something is always on sale... Idk I might be wasteful but I got all my college shopping done here

However, the salesman named Lee was exceptional and efficient.

Sometimes all an associate can do is recite policy. It doesn't mean that they are bad just that for whatever reason they cannot extend themselves beyond the rules. Thank God for managers Teresa and Katie and associate Josh for going above and beyond in Customer Service. It is because of their caring efforts I say "I love Macy's Kenwood!"

Love Macy's the place to go good saving on clothes

So I went to checkout at the register closet to the mall exit. I was purchasing 3 last act clothing items. I ended up checking out with a woman who's name I don't know. Her co-workers name was Elizabeth. So my boyfriend wanted to use the Macy's rewards the bronze level. My boyfriend asked the employee of he could give her his phone number since we had just purchased a a clearance linen item and the woman at the returns area was able to type it in. The employee started talking about how she would need to look it by the drivers license and etc. But we just wanted to do a simple type in phone number. When I paid their was an option to type in the phone number but we didn't get to. She argued with my boyfriend saying you don't get points on last act. My boyfriend said he does. And the employee argued back saying that he didn't and that she would know because she works there. She also went on to say that you can't get rewards because the already marked down so low. My boyfriend after hearing the employees talk about how they don't how to do the rewards and how Elizabeth has tried in the past to do the rewards and it didn't work. He asked if the employee could call a supervisor. Elizabeth ended up calling on her phone and she said no one picked up. My boyfriend just gave up and I paid for my items. This whole interaction ruined my night because I feel like this was all misunderstanding. I tried looking the Macy's bronze rewards page if last act items are excluded. If someone could contact me about I would really love to clarification on what counts towards the Macy's bronze rewards points. Because we have mainly purchased last act and feel we have gotten rewards. So I'm just trying to understand what is going on. I have been to other Macy's and have never had a problem about having them type in the phone number or me doing it on terminal.

Macy's is ok.but they don't have much for bigger men.they now have a + woman Dept.they need a mans.Dallards only place a big man can go.except Discount spots.not top of line things.

Prices too high and need more selection of polo and natica. Store needs a 8 million dollar up grade.

One of the better Macys stores. Decent sales but if you go up to the one in the Dayton mall, you may be able to get better deals. I don't like the fact that the counters are always empty and it's hard to check out - takes forever. Some of the customer reps might appear snooty but others are very nice and helpful.

The store is also massive and I can't remember where I am.

Looks nice. Friendly staff. Cloths quality is amazing . Very big mall and a lot of cloth selection. Find everything you need for home at good price.
