Clinique at Kenwood Macy's Review

The selection here is the best. There are always a ton of great deals. A lot of great finds on the clearance rack too. At least in the Juniors dept. Best Macys in Cincy.

Entirely too busy to help me. Waited 10-15 minutes for assistance and never received it. Put back the shoes I wanted and left.

Macy's like all their stores attempt utmost to keep their standards up to the mark. This particular Macy store is rich in variety and elegant in arrangement of commodity. I found the staffing particularly friendly amd cooperative. There is enough parking space and a straight entrance. However, the route to the store can be a little tricky as the main road is somewhat on a distance and the Macy's building is not visible from there.

Good grief cant accept electronic gift cards at store only on line

Was on hold over 45 minutes, they answered & put me back on hold & never came back. Kenwood phone service is horrible. Just terrible. They use to answer their phones. Please change the phone customer service. I m not the only one complaining.

Has all the things you are looking for clothes from casual to business official and accessories. Was looking for a new cologne and was helped by an associate who helped try different samples before i finally picked the saint laurent collection. Great service

I walked through on the way to the Lego store. The place is huge! They are definitely selling things. Couldn't wait to leave.

This a great department store. Very large, very well stocked . Full Furniture store nearby. There's a guy in the purse section (rodney, i think) who is fantastic! Find him if purses are your interest.

This was an AWESOME experience. The two ladies that worked in the free people department made my day. I was not expecting to spend any money at Macy's at all. I got a Tommy sweater and when I was checking out the lady mention to me about the free people clothing line had just did some mark downs and it was some great deals. Sure enough their were. Brought more than I expected to but the 2 ladies were so nice, I couldn't help it! I only regret I did not get their names. Great Experience....Customer Service #1

I've always liked Macy's. Its a great retail environment. One of the last great brick and mortar stores.

Customer service in the shoe department was attentive and friendly.

Never by expensive Jewelery from Macys or this store. I bought a $3,000 diamond ring for my wife. The piece was defective the white gold turned yellow in just few months. The staff in jewelery are very non cooperative. The jewelery manager was suposed to call us when we left our jewelery and she never called . We went to store and staff in jewelery said manager was very busy today. I went to store there was no customer and manager went on dinner break at 5 and it was 6:30 she is still on break. I can see how busy she is. They are just bunch of liars.
NEVER BUY EXPENSIVE JEWELERY from Macys Period.

I went with a couple friend to help them find things for their wedding registry. It was exactly as expected: friendly staff, everything clean, but overpriced.

Ong a high retail outlet with a rat problem, my kids saw one and tried to chase it, do better macys.

Real nice shopping there. Helpful sales people. Good selection. Easy, covered parking right outside the north entrance of the Kenwood store.

I have always found Macy's in Kenwood as my (only) one shopping department store to find ` JUST ABOUT ` any 'thing'- every 'thing that I need.
The sales staff is very cordial, friendly and have the time to listen, answer my questions, also, their quanity in any department's is always ready to take.
Quanity is in store >-READY! Quality is always an A+.
My last experience, in houseware, one very helpful staff sales employee, _CALEB_, spent over 20 minutes assisting me with one sheet (bottom) Charter Club brand / the exact length for a King size mattress having a topper included, which incurred an 18 drop to have enough room for folding under the mattress and not coming loose. He explained the fabric, the structure of the cotton length, and told me he would call if i should want more when on sale. THAT MEANT A LOT TO ME FOR JUST A SHEET SET. !!!!!!!!

CLEAN THROUGHOUT, KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF, AND VERY FRIENDLY.

All phone questions are answered promptly. All items are easily packaged and sent to home, or put away if coming to the store.
* KENWOOD's MACY's, in my opinion, IS ABOVE THE {{OTHER}} AVERAGE MACY's.

Kenwood ladies shoe department is always busy however the associates are very helpful and kind!

All I have to say is the Last act is the bomb! I wasn't aware. I'm really a Dillards shopper. But this may change my mind.

Customer service is awful. I feel like I am always waiting in line. The mini cashier kiosks take forever just to check out 2 items. I expected macys to have better customer service.

Great clothes on sale! That's the only time I buy from Macy's. Otherwise, too expensive.

Bad online service. I bought a voucher as a birthday present. It got confirmed first. A few hours later it was cancelled without any reason. It should have been a birthday present and was very complicated to organize something completely new for a whole group of people. Wouldn't do online vouchers at Macy's anymore, I never had any problems like this with other shops.
