Clinique at Kenwood Macy's Review

Very well organized department store. The decor is, however, a little out-dated due to the age of the entire shopping mall.

They fired my grandmother because she reached a certain age and then rehired her part-time. Not a huge fan

It was ok they have alot of Los telefonos variety but some of the employees are rude

The second best Macy's in Cincinnati. They have a huge selection in a very nice, modern store. The men's department is much larger than at other stores, and I always find something good here!

Not enough help in linens and Starbucks. Put towels back and left line at s ucks

Very diverse and multicultural!. Seems like theft is a little high, the price offset reflects that but part and parcel of living in a big city

Rita Stevens in Clarins Dept, at the Kenwood Macy's location, was so helpful.

The lady at the counter pushed me into getting a credit card that I didn't want. I asked her multiple times if it's a credit card that I'm signing up for, and she kept telling me 'No, it's a store card'.
Now i have an unnecessary card for an overpriced store, and my credit score is down by 20 because of this, and I can't cancel it now without damaging my score further. I get that being a salesman requires you to twist your words, but this is straight up dishonesty.

Better than most Macy's out there. Bigger with more brands and offerings.

This Macy's location has a fantastic shoe department with many selections at a deep discount. Also featured a couple of very friendly sales people. Bought two pair during my first visit; will be back soon.

Ordered something online for pickup in the store. The wrong item was provided. I noted the problem and it was corrected after some effort. The correct item will be delivered to my home. A pain, but a satisfactory resolution.

Great place to find gifts...fragrances of all types -very helpful staff! Affordable upscale products!

The Cincinnati-area stores leave a bit to be desired, but Macy's always has great sales and good choices.

Whenever I need to get in some retail therapy I head to Macy's at the Kenwood Towne center. It just feels like a nicer high end store and it is still affordable. They have just about anything you would want or need and friendly helpful staff. If they don't have it for you them one of the many shops right outside their mall entrance will.

I ordered the same size luggage twice. Return one without any problem. Next time I will pay attention to details.

Macy's is one of my favorite places to shop. While shopping online is convenient there is nothing like a Hands-On touching and feeling and trying on clothes. I worry about the future a free-standing box stores. You must support the stores in order to keep them open! I'd like to see in person what I'm buying. I like that Personal Touch of a sales clerk there to assist me. Shop local!!!

This Macy's is very large and full of great items. The sales can be fantastic. savings on many sales items. This store has the traffic of department stores like years ago.

I needed to return a sweater i orded online and of all the counters with registers I only found one that had an associate working.

My best Macy's at all times, everything that I look for is either available immediately or the customer service representative will make sure that I receive it from another store. The employees of this location are very helpful and professionals no matter how old/young they are. Huge variety of the products, the price and the deals are unbeatable. This branch also have a Starbucks on the first floor, on your right when leaving the elevator.

You need to read the sale signs carefully you can't participate in sale unless you open a credit card

My girlfriend and I visit the cosmetic and fragrance sections often and everyone is always helpful and nice

I've only been a couple of times. This Macy's generally has a larger selection than other Macy's in the area, at least for men's clothes. The last time I went I was helped by Saria, who was very friendly and did a great job with a price match I requested.

I'm big on fragrance and they never want to give out samples. I wouldn't purchase any perfume there.

The store has a very good lay out, but I think they could do a little better on origination on putting men's wear in one part of the store. But the store was clean and saff was nice

Macy's at Kenwood Towne Center has things other Macy's do not. If you want to see all that Macy's carries and don't want to shop online, this is the Macy's to go to.

Macy's department store holds a reputation for selection, quality and service and this location is on par with any of their other stores to include Herald Square. This location may be even better because it's conveniently situated in Kenwood Towne Center. After searching all day for a suit that was stylish and inexpensive and able to be worn the next day I arrived fifteen minutes before closing. I wish that I had remembered the salesman's name because his service was exemplary. I detailed my requirements, he took out his measuring tape, made a few measurements and I was taken to a specific rack where he immediately fingered the exact suit that I needed. Amazing! Shirt and tie as well in fifteen minutes. Best of all the price was ridiculously inexpensive for a top quality Michael Kors men's suit. Probably the best department store experience I've ever had and I have spent many, many hours at many stores. I wiwh that I could give this store ten stars and that I could remember the salesman's name. He deserves to be recognized for outstanding efficiency, knowledge of his job, exemplary customer service and for his kindness and courtesy.

I haven't been to a mall or Macy's in a few years. I know I'm quite different. is looking for something specific and went to the Kenwood Mall. I've got to say I love that mall. Macy's was pretty much like I remembered maybe a little more upscale or maybe that's just the difference in mall locations. I love that they're doing more discounts on a regular basis. The towels I got from Macy's oh, probably over 15 years ago still look good as new, so when I need new towels that's where I'm going. I also buy my sheets there.

Their tailor will hem jeans! Love the ladies in the men's cologne department. Always give me samples to take home.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever encountered in a retail department store. After waiting 10 minutes for any service. An untrained employee tried to sell me the wrong product. It took me 30 minutes to fix the issue and when another employee tried to reach a manager to address my concerns, the manager failed to answer the phone on three separate occasions. DO NOT SHOP MACY'S.

I'm shocked macys even while it slowly drowns in its own ego as amazon chokes it to death has the gull to discriminate against certain customers. Did the mass layoffs of 2016-17 teach you nothing? What about the various store closings? Do you still think your the macys of the 90s? Attempting last ditch efforts by opening backrooms won't save the ship it's long gone, I visit your business because I like to watch old things die, also it's a nice way to see what people are wearing so you know what's out of season. A relic used only by the old and ignorant who think the only way to get a decent purse or skirt is by way of mortar stores. I suppose my disdain should be aimed at the employees not the store but are they not representation of the entire brand? ah I overindulge sometimes that's enough 1 star.

P.s. can I recommend a movie, titanic it's about another massive sinking ship.
