This is magnificent. I suggest viewing it from a boat. There's a "Thank you" sign.
Really enjoyed my visit here... tour was informative and moving and the space is so well done to tell the stories of the people involved in such a horrible event.
I loved it. Amazing time spent with plenty of food carts outside.
This place is Awesome. Had a great time with my friends
Visit that memorial, fantastic way to spend the afternoon and a great value
The world tread center is the most beautiful architecture in New York City. Its located at near battery park city. There are more land mark surrounding the building. You can walk to financial district, battery park city from there. Very nice place to go with family.
Must see this amazing place! Easy to get there by mass transit.
Like this place very much. Main center we can walk around new York stock exchange and charging bull. Ariund 41$ if we want to see top of the tower. Many places connectivity through subway from here and many shopping malls also near by.
Extremely well done. Views are amazing from 103 floors up!!!
Try not to cry when ure here. I got the chills in there. Everything was amazing and shocking
Can't rate this place highly enough from waiting in the queue for tickets and the anticipation going up the lift .......seeing is truly believing you really have to give it a try whilst in New York no seriously don't take my word for get it booked you'll not be disappointed.
Ahh, the representation of courage, and unity, a sign that we New Yorkers will not stand down, so bring it if you dare!!!!!
So beautiful place for relaxing and enjoying alone over the place!
Breathtaking view must be seen!
iPad interface can be improved
Nice experience
Thank you
Memorial of 911..very beautiful since it was redone
Great location with a awesome view! Every NYC visitor should have been here after his/her trip! The adventure starts at the entrance (after airport security check). I have never seen such a fantastic elevator (sounds strange but you will understand after your visit)!
Please go there -> you will have a great time there!!!
The views are just something else. I'd definitely recommend going to that building.
Great overall experience, from the elevator ride to the top! Nice view of Manhattan
The elevator ride up and down are very cool. The walls are screens that make it almost like a virtual reality ride. Once at the top, you get excellent views of all of New York city and the surrounding areas.
Great view of the New York from the observation floor
If You're thinking about night pics, night skylines and moody selfies of various types, do not bother. Their window glass reflections at night will literally ruin all your shots. I wished i came here in the daytime instead, all that money spent to get up here for night shots were money not well spent. Come at daylight or sunset instead. Really nice building.
We Will Never Forget

The place looks elegant. I would suggest visiting when there's clear skies and near sunset. So you get to see the city before it lights up.. and when it is lit up.
Awesome experience going up to observation deck on 110th floor with full graphics of New York history in the lightning quick elevator. And what amazing views, you can see of the full vista of New York city.
Should be on your list when your visiting here . A must-go attraction in NYC. No photo or description will be enough to match the experience. Wonderfully built, amazingly thought to entertain. It literally feels like you re on top of the world. The shopping center is so futuristic!
Aweful customer service, we had zero visibility and guest services did not simply not care, but basically let us know that it was our fault, and that we were informed before going up!
(we were not!) very disappointing experience
Can't imagine a better view of the city and surrounding Burroughs. Tour Guides were available to answer any questions. Ipad's with interactive maps available for additional charge. Purchased tickets on phone out front and had no problem getting in on weekend day.
Incredible!!! Ipad tour is great, tour guide presentation at Window toward Statue of Liberty is excellent and get your glass of champagne before sitting down! Ornaments are perfect to recall the memories!!
Will be back with children and grandchildren!!
Breathtaking 360 degrees views. A wonderful experience.
It's the really awesome Grand rebuild tower, with the top spire the observation deck a bit pricey but worth visit sofar hold record tallest in Western hemisphere, like the way presentation of how New York evolved , opportunity to check it out and see Jersey shore, battery Park and Brooklyn kind of cool
It was an honor to go there and see how NYC has recovered from 9/11 the beautiful buildings a perfect museum. A fountain in memory of all the people who lost their lives there. Another must visit place in NYC
One World Trade Center is an architectural and engineering fait accompli, unrivaled in the United States.
It is the sixth tallest skyscraper in the world, a symbolic testament to American ingenuity, resourcefulness and resilience.
Majestically towering over the New York City skyline at 1,776 feet, in honor of the year the Declaration of Independence was signed, the new superstructure welcomed it's first tenants in late 2014.
It's a must see if you are in New York. The view from the top is amazing.
Amazing skyscrapper, I could see all the wonderful view of Manhattan, Brooklyn, New Jersey. Olso ate in the restaurant at the observatory, it's not expensive and could enjoy the view
Very well maintained. Apple store with many products.
The View is Amazing and literally worth the time and effort to go to obersevation deck or so
An unforgettable experience, an incredible view of Manhattan.
I can t deny it has a nice view, but it took me more time to go up the building than anything else! We bought the tickets online (thank God because the line was huuuge), and thought we would have a smooth and nice entry. We got there at the slot time, but we only got to the top floor 1 hour later. It s like waiting to go on a Disney ride, so many lines and waiting. If you are thinking of going up the building and don t want to buy the fast track ticket, just be aware that you might have to reserve 2-3 hours of your day for this. The video they play on the lift is mind blowing though.
The staff is efficient at moving the crowds, so you re not standing in line forever. The elevator is incredible and the views are amazing. Totally worth it
Pricey but the best view the city has to offer. Went during the weekend (Sunday) wait was minimal as we paid for the priority entry. Priority entry included the sky pod with an interactive view of the city as the elevator went up on LCD panels. Once inside you re given an iPad that helps tell you what you re looking at whichever direction you point it in (also a priority perk). Next time I will likely do regular admission and come at night on a weekday when it s much less crowded. Upstairs they sell small snack have a gift shop and also have a small cash bar.
Love to be here, amazing people around !! Place full of diversity!!
Building does not need review...the way it's built amazing and magnificent....should always respect the people worked hard who did that.
Great view, the restaurant was great and Jazmine was a wonderful server!
I wasnt interested in visiting here until a friend sold me on the elevator ride up. It is a great experience. Pay a few extra dollars at the top to get the sight seeing experience with the tech gadget. I wish I did.
Great destinations for tourists. The best city overlook (expensive but worth it).
Soooo, No Truth behind all this??? The best Air defense $ can buy and they just crashed, multiple times. The third was shot down by us
Everything is beautiful and neat. Restaurant food, drinks and staff gorgeous. But only rude and ignorant security guys at screening machines by ground level checkpoint. Its understood. BLM ;)))))
A little pricey, but the veiw and the experience are worth every penny. Went on a sunday morning in winter and there was no one there. If crowds dont bother you then going at sunset is by far the best veiwing time.
Wow.
Not actually words to describe the energy and the forcepower that inspire you.
Amazing, great looking with alot of thinking behind it.
The staff that means you is incredibly nice, and smiling.
You can get by the garden outside free water, next to the memorial cart-store. I liked that everything you buy from the cart goes to donation for the memorial of 9/11.
5/5. If I could give more - I'd do so!
Well done presentation, but it's an observation deck in the end. And post 9/11, it's on the verge of being distasteful and disrespectful of what happened at the site. It's only a 5-star because my son says it should be.
Takes your breath away! Beautiful views of the entire city from the observatory. Security helpful in finding where to go and staff was friendly and informative. You can easily walk through underground to get to where the memorials are as well.
Always fun to see at night when the crowds are gone !!!
Great views of the city. Wish they d let fewer people up at a time, but I guess once a group comes up they can stay up there as long as they want. The problem I had was going up with my wife who was on crutches, and there s just be groups of families and kids sat on the window ledge looking away from the windows, either eating their lunch or just talking to one another, blocking the view of other people who wanted to see it.
Must have had my timing right as I got straight in without a que. You can't go to New York and not go up at least one of the towers. Everyone that I spoke to told me this was the one to do and it didn't disappoint. Get great views of the Hudson and the bridges as well as of the mid town and downtown sky lines.
AMAZING VIEW of all of New York City!! An experience never to forget.
The area is a nice one in which to remember and reflect, especially near the memorial reflecting pool. The buildings, themselves, are beautiful and majestic, particularly with the sun gleaming off them! And Liberty Park, with its "Sphere" sculpture, is very nice. Across the street is the impressive Transportation Hub, with its spectacular oculus. It's well worth a visit, even if you don't go up to the observatory (with its steep prices of $30 and up). And it's a short walk to Chinatown, the Tenement Museum, and other great places in Lower Manhattan.
Control entrance and exit Limit the number of people. The observation deck is not yet available.
Beautiful views, very nice staff, and a very nice gift. Got to see the 911 Memorial next door as well which was a plus.
We enjoyed the visit, The tallest building in the United States, the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere, and the sixth-tallest in the world but when we are near to that we not feel that -- As it's NYC all the building looks tall.. We where not able to see this building even at half mile circle as other buildings near also bigger which stops the view.. Good Place to see it's real height is from 1) Water, 2) from Top of the Rock or Empire State Observatory, 3) from Bridges etc.,
Been there 2 times. It's one of the best things to do when visiting Manhattan. Pick a sunny clear day (may-october), and go there at about 5-6pm. The sun will set a little and the view will look even better!
For an even better experience, go the memorial museum just next to it, and the go to the tower afterwards. It really makes a non-american feel patriotic!
A little expensive to go up to the top, but overall a very spectacular view of the city. Wouldn t recommend if you have very sensitive ears because of the elevator that goes up to the top, but if you can do it, it s really awesome! One of my favorite things in New York City!
Exceptional views but obnoxious sale pitches have to be dealt with before you can enjoy. Expensive. Empire State Building is a much better choice.
Amazing. Pre book tickets with allocated times though
Nice view on Manhattan, Jersey, Brooklyn, Liberty Island, New York Harbour and other areas.
There are hundreds, if not thousands of things you could see in New York City, if you wanted to see them all from one place, this is the place to see them from. You can see the Statue of Liberty, Brooklyn Bridge, Empire State Building, and Central Park.
Really excited, one week to go before we go to New York! We leave lax on june 23rd! First time to New York!
This is the most stunning building with the best view in the world. It's difficult not to feel guilty about enjoying yourself in a place which was created following awful tragedy brought about by evil but you can't help yourself. Definitely worth visiting.
It's the palce to get the best views from NY City, you be amazed I guarantee it.
The view of one World Trade Center is highly amazing and it is worth the time and view. Everyone should take a trip to east coast at-least once in life time, but be sure to be patient in the streets
1. Ticket agent was rude and gave no instructions. Never even said a word to us.
2. Went up hoping to get great pictures of the twin tower memorials... view of that sucked.
3. Too many up sale requests.
Conclusion: Impressive building but no where near worth the money. Empire State experience was much better.
Expensive, you can t see the lift outside, and had a lot of people per square feet. I spent $ 180 . Too much for a bad experience!
This is a must see place for all New Yorkers and tourists alike. The atmosphere, the veiws , the food, etc. This building has it all, from the top floor to the shops downstairs in the subway station. I'm a jaded New Yorker but even I was pleasantly surprised at all that this building has to offer.
Amazing views from 360 degree observatory of entire New York City.
Huge place full of great stores! Even has an Apple store!
Outstanding view! fantastic experience! Glad to see those who died that day are honored greatly.
I was blown away when I visited this place. This high rising is an imposing edifice that stands tall the New York City. You can t miss it when you re in Manhattan. This is the beauty and height of architectural marvel. I should use it for my postcard when I get to Africa. It's a very beautiful place to cool off and mediate over a cool evening.

Visiting this site is really amazing if you remember the day it happened. The memorial and museum are full of touching details. I would recommend going to the museum as well as the memorial.
Wonderful & lifetime experience of visiting one world Trade Center. One of the best example of extraordinary architecture. It takes 47 second by escalator to reach you on top & multimedia presentation regarding the city & making of it, take it to another level.
