If I could give an advice - don't! Go to a regular dentist if there is not too much going on with your teeth. At the first appointment I had to make an impression of my teeth by the dentist student in connection with a possible. have the bracket installed. This took a lot of time to get it done (and a bit of money too, of course). I would later visit an Acta orthodontist to discuss the actual performance of braces work. And I had to keep the plaster cast! I paid for it and waited. When I arrived at the orthodontist I was informed that I had to make an impression of my teeth. I asked why I had to make (and pay for) the other impression at the dentist student. There she could not give a conclusive explanation, except to say that the departments did not communicate so much with each other. Wow. The real answer is (imho) that the dentist college student had to make the printout for her thesis. For me it was 00% useful and just took a lot of time.
Second point is this bill - I was done in November and already working with a regular dentist. Suddenly, at the end of February, I received this bill by mail. Usually they were up to speed with the bills (a week after each treatment) and suddenly this came. I called to inquire about what was intended. There are 3 amounts of 8.30 from 2 different appointments. It comes to almost 25 euros. I asked the Acta employee whether it seemed a bit like randomness? Would she pay for that herself? Wouldn't she find that strange herself? To receive an invoice for small amounts 3 months later. She said it was possible, that a student had forgotten a small amount! But of two different agreements? Come on! Wasn't it a bit like sucking money out of my, uh, wallet? And the question is, will there be another bill?
It's not about a lot of money and I'm going to pay for it because I don't feel like going back and forth with the Acta about 25 euros, but I think it's a really wrong, unorganized situation at Acta. Caveat emptor.

You will be treated excellently there by the students / teachers.
Administration is one big mess.

Last week at 9:00 am I had an appointment with Acta for the six-monthly check-up.
Upon entering it turned out that the appointment had been moved to a month later, entirely without my knowledge.
Then they found a (student) dentist who could do the check-up, but this was not my own dentist with the result that the student had no idea what happened last year and had no knowledge of my file at all.
I have also submitted this to the administration, with the result that these troublemakers have immediately transferred the outstanding invoice to a collection agency.
So I want to advise everyone to walk around this mess with a very big arc.

Bad experience with the acta, 4 x incorrect dental impression and a prosthesis that did not fit at all, then taking another 2 photos of the teeth and then making a new prosthesis and to top it all off, two torn corners of the mouth were left with a dirty blue vacuum paste . In short, I do not recommend the Acta.

Ik raad deze kliniek niet aan. Vreselijke administratieve puinhoop.

Highly recommend place especially for the children, it seems the dentists here are really get used to handling with children.
My child got some orthodontics treatments here, all the actual treatments are taken by the students or young dentist but all the work are covered / double checked by the their professor.

The treatment and the over all experience is better than another clinic we tried. You need the dentist to make a reference before coming to ACTA.

unfortunately the administration is very rude and throws the phone on the hook if they do not agree with the client about a payment while the administration knows that I am under the government taxes and every thinking person knows that you are very difficult In order to make ends meet, they think that I first have to pay the debt collection agency while I am struggling with great difficulty. of the acta have already been able to pay, very unfortunate that the acta chooses the side of the collection agency instead of the customer and the student dentist who can not finish her treatment plan anymore while my mind says it is a matter between me and the debt collection agency

It is not recommended to go for treatment in this place. I went 5 times for the treatment of one molar, and the treatment takes a very long time because the therapist is a student who did not finish his studies and the treatment is very expensive at the price of a specialist doctor.

We were visiting here because my wife is undergoing treatment from a dentist / gnatoloog. Parking is quite expensive in the P2 garage for 1 euro per 17 minutes. Acta is housed in a modern building with a beautiful interior design. The examinations and treatments were conducted peacefully and with much expertise.
