Amazing place. Really beautiful. You can really appreciate the history of new york here.
Huge building with great views, the lift is super fast you will feel it. Excellent place to visit.
Well, it's a big tower. I was very disappointed that the elevator ride isn't really with windows showing outside as you ride up - it's nothing more than a movie on TV screens. The tablets offered as "augmented reality" devices are very heavy and pricey for what they offer. In short, still kinda fun to get all the way up there, you get a beautiful view, but it's too expensive. One should be able to just get there, pay $10 to get the elevator to enjoy the view without being milked as if in a tourist trap.
If you have not been to the 9/11 Memorial, you are really missing out on a piece of recent American history. I remember watching the event unfold that day. I really didn't want to go to the Memorial. Some friends from out of town wanted to go and I took them. I ended up becoming a member and have been back to see more. There is something new that we see and learn each time we go. Don't miss it because you think that you don't want to go. Go, learn and remember. It's well worth it.
The view is beautiful as expected. However the experience feels very commercialized, everything is an advertisement and it takes forever to get to the actual viewing platform. Feels slightly disrespectful to the buildings that stood before it.
This was certainly worth the time and money, amazing views and the interactive tablets are a must for the tour.
A stunning national monument risen from the ashes of one of our worst tragedies. The Westfield mall, World Trade Center monuments, museum, and new Freedom Tower are all breathtaking.
Astounding. Visiting here will feel you with sadness and joy. Truly moving.
Very nice spot by the water and the history is there
Amazing Architecture, David Childs is one of my favorites :). But in all seriousness this is a must go
DON T GO! I don t really recommend this please because is super overrated! The Empire State Building its way better to see the city!
The only cool thing about the place was the ride on the elevator that shows you how the architectural construction of New York was developing and also the workers were very friendly. but when we got to the top they showed us a video that honestly didn't seem like anything to be surprised about and then they let us go to the part where you finally see the city... When we got there after spending 80 dollars for me and my sister you couldn't see anything! the place is not made to observe the city at night and less for photos. It is too expensive for what they offer. If you are thinking of going, spend your money on something else!
A must see attraction. The observatory is almost like being in the sky.
Surreal experience. Love this building and the view from top is just hard to describe in words.
The best place in all of NYC to look at and remember the fallen heroes and the families who lost their loved ones.
Amazing experience at the top. Get the first ticket slot in the morning.
I fell in love with this view and also the food it makes me feel emotional knowing that i visit this place with the love of my life it was amazing and breath taking i cant wait to go back i fell in love with new york
Very beautiful place but good memory of one of the saddest moments in history
Beautiful memorial of the twin towers and an unforgettable view from the top. Pricey so make it worth your while and check the weather before going up to make sure you go on a clear day. I also recommend coming up here a half hour before sunset and staying a half hour after sunset so you can get the best of both worlds on this view. @swethadoesyoga
Fantastic view and the elevator ride up to the observation deck, however I think it is too difficult to take good picture because of the windows:(
Did the woodwork on the 65th fl sky lobby. happy and proud to have worked in the freedom tower.
Stunning skyscraper one world trade center is a must seen in NYC. This pic was taken from Flaton street
Amazing views and great presentation. However, with the ticket price, the placement of the restaurant and a strong sense of persuasion to get you to upgrade your ticket, it did feel like every attempt was made to squeeze its visitors wallets dry. It's business indeed, but does take away from the overall experience. Also the window facing Midtown Manhattan is always crowded, even 30 minutes before closing time.
I was in awe of this place, the care and thought that is put into this place on a daily basis, is simply American!
Really good experience, quick process short queue (booked time slot in advance) fantastic views and plenty of room so not over crowded.
Wow. This will give you a somber feeling. Thinking about all those people. New York City has done a wonderful job at creating a memorial worth visiting.
Wow! Views are truly unbelievable. It's something everyone should do when visiting New York. The only downside was that the windows were grubby from people touching the glass so trying to get a good photo was difficult. Apart from that, loved it so much.
Great place, even if you decide not to go up. It's truly a great experience to see it from up close.
Price too high, smells are overpowering of perfume. Views are nice.
Spectacular view, advice: come in the early morning and do not wait so long
The views would have been great if it wasn't cloudy!
Awesome place. Visiting there was one of the wonderful experience. I liked it.
Its an incredible tourist trap but you've got to experience it at least once. They take selfie sticks and tripod away when you go thru security but they hand you a claim ticket to retrieve it back. I've got to say though that the original World Trade Center observatory is way better as it is higher at 107 stories and also had an outdoor observation deck. Try to come early as there were a lot of people in the afternoon, though the wait was minimal to ride the elevators.
The BEST views of Manhattan. It's cheaper than the Empire State, has amazing views with giant windows and on a clear day you can see for miles. I'd make sure to check the forecast to make sure you go on the best day. The experience begins the moment you step into the elevator and it does not disappoint. I would recommend that everyone visit, maybe download a NYC travel app so you can identify landmarks and won't have to rent one of the expensive iPads.
Good experience. Make sure you go on a sunny day to get the best view and pics of the skyline. The all access pass is a waste of money honestly, regular one is just fine.
I was in New York in oktober 2019,and the experience was so freeking amazing in so many ways! I loved the one world trade center
Moving tribute to the 9/11 victims. The pouring water like the tears of the families left to grieve.
Nice building
Worth to go up too
Great place to go see the top of NYC I MEAN THE WORLD @ 1776 FEET
I Love to see Freedom Tower, The Fact How I've seen The Two Fountains and Respected the people who've have Died in 9/11
The dinner package plus the tour and viewing floor, you will be charged taxes and gratuity on the full price, not for just the dining. So be.prepared to she'll out another 20 percent. It's not like this is a bad deal. But it really gives the impression of being price gouged for what should have been a memorable experience
The tallest building I the United States!! 360 degree observation deck view!! Great gift shop! What a great tribute to the rebuilding of the tragedy of 911!! You can see for miles and get some fantastic photos!! Take the time out if your in NYC & pay tribute and visit the memorial as well!
New building where you can see all of the city, unfortunately it was overcast and cloudy when I went, there was not much to see other than the clouds. The building is very modern and the elevator was interactive on the way up.
Unbelievable view from the top. Worth it and the waiting line is not too long.
At 4:45 PM it was not so crowded; hence it was more pleasant than usual.
Enjoy a lunch in the upper floors with the beautiful views!
We spent more then 2 hours here.. listening and reading everything they had about this tragic day.
Very neat and clean, they have activities for all ages.
Beautiful views. It is expensive for what it is though but I am glad I did it at least once. No need to pay for the fast pass as the regular line went through very quickly. The whole thing takes about an hour depending on how long you want to take in the views.
What an amazing experience! If you visit NYC, this is the stop you must make! Incredible views, great drinks and while I'm talking about drinks, you need Andrea! if your going to have a drink on top of the world get Andrea to make it! Very professional mixologist.
A heartfelt reminder to a great tragedy in our country. Very tastefully constructed.
Beautiful landmark of the greatest tragedy to hit our country.
Great experience full with history and optimism for the future
Great views wonderful place to bring out of towners
This was A good time to bring out the new supreme car rap ton the public Edit MY son loved it
Really amazing views and a spectacular view of the city. Worth the money to go up. Very sobering and the presentation is great!
Got to go to the 62nd floor to relax after my meeting. Didn't get to play pool but the view was outstanding.
Went around a weekday opening time and wasn't busy or crowded. It was free since I'm military but the views weren't as great like the Rockefeller/Top of the Rock which offer half off for military and better view of Empire State and Central park. This place has a good view of the Bridges and islands though but also during this time of day the glare ruins some of my photo shots.
Views were incredible along with the sense of recovery that the building fostered. Really worth going to see.
View is great, observation deck is pretty good, but the cash grabbing is awful. There are multiple times they force you to stop and listen to a pitch for an 'upgrade' to your experience. Really just served to take me out of the experience.
Very beautiful and iconic building. Easily identified in the skyline. I recommend going to see the memorials right outside this building to pay respects to the people and families who were destroyed in 9/11...
Very emotional in parts of the museum. Lots of good artifacts. Good learning experience and a great job showing how everyone who had passed away from the attacks was remembered. New York Forever!
The experience was amazing, the views were phenomenal, and the restaurant is a must for appies and a drink.
Stopped by the 9/11 memorial and one world trade center. Absolutely beautiful. Worth visiting.
Absolute stunning 360 view of New York City from State of Liberty, Staten Island to Empire State Building. Elevator acceleration is impressive as well as the movie at the very start.
If you can't afford an helicopter, that's the 2nd choice. The price of the food is reasonable and service is included.
We original went to just have a look ended up stay the whole afternoon. What a view and the staff was so friendly... loads at jokes at the bar...We will probably stay till night time !!
One of the worlds most beautiful places. Memorial is very impressive.
Highly recommend visiting at least once on your trip.
Nice place, a bit intimidating. The view from the observatory is great and the journey to get to it through the elevator is amazing.
Visited the twin towers memorial multiple times before, but this was my first time to the top of One World. The entire experience was quality, including the elevator ride up, and then the views were obviously top-notch. Pro-tip: pay $10 extra for priority entry. It'll save you lots of wait time--a group of six of us were able to walk right in on a busy day.
A stop in NYC you really have to make. Magnificent view over NY, seeing Brooklyn Bridge, Lady Liberty, Empire State Building. You are really high in the sky. It's located in lower manhattan. We bought our tickets in advance in Belgium, we didn't have to wait for going up. In the elevator you get to see a nice video, it takes only a few seconds to be on floor 102. You have to stay behind glass, so in every picture you have some trouble with reflections. You can stay as long as needed to go around and experience the full view over New York City. A must see in NYC You want to see our video check out my y outube FilipG Thank you for watching!
A bit pricy, but perhaps the best view of downtown Manhattan. We went in the late afternoon, which meant New Jersey was a bit difficult to see with the sun low on the horizon.
Best View on All south New York, Manhattan & Brooklyn bridges.
It totally worth the price.
A lot of people, so you have to book days before but you ll like it anyway.
I wish I could live here !!
Didn't get to go inside but the building itself is impressive and amazing. Definitely want to go back and do the observation deck.
Went here for the observation, the price is pretty crazy. Questionable if it's worth. Was drugged through a what seemed like forever strange tour of a basement then another tour on the top floor of odds and such. Was so boring and had to stand through it to go to the next door.
Got to the area and it was a great view, the food is so so, the service is better at a McDonald's. No one really wants to take a order.
If your going just for the view determine if $37 is worth it.
An absolutely incredible experience, I highly recommend taking the time for anyone who gets the chance. The view is breathtaking from the top and the memorial at ground zero is incredibly moving.
One of the highest places I ve seen. I could see all the beautiful New York City. Really amazing.
A place full of emotions, truly breathtaking and beautiful
The museum is very touching. All the are is easy to navigate and it is a point from where you can easy move to other landmarks

Amazing building and area with memories of 9/11 always there.
There's no substitute for the Twin Towers... Nevertheless, the One World Trade Center is the perfect resurrection for Freedom, Tower... and the sunset from 1776 feet up are magical.
