The most amazing thing I have done in NYC! The view on a sunny day clear day was unreal!
Very nice experience. Time given in the top floor after the show can be increased to few more seconds so as to enjoy the beauty of the city.
When we were eating lunch outside of the one World Trade Center some guy gave us free tickets to go up in it so we went up and the view was amazing. On the ride up it shows you the evolution of New York over time. At the top they have a place to take a picture a family. They also have a restaurant and public restrooms. I can now say that over been to the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere.
One of the Best place in the world. I am glad that I was able to go with my parents and I made it memorable through out my life.
USA tallest tower, constructed after 9/11 world trade centre destroyed. It's constructed next to world trade centre memorial
There are no words to post. You simply have to experience it yourself. The elevator ride to the top in the time lapsed 3d elevator will blow your mind. The footprint of the former one trade center with it's lighted morials of people past will year jerk you. The lighted square.is the footprint of the old trade towers. The lights around them are graves.
VERY good view and experience, but a bit over commercialized. After paying over $40 to get in, you are then told you need to listen to a presentation which is just a guy trying to sell you an iPad rental.
Spectacular building that outside mirror would reflect the light and cloud. Haven't been observation on the top. We definitely go next time to see the upper town view from this tower
Whenever i see that building i will trow up everywhere! Know about what happened on 9/11 im scared to stand on front of it. But its a beautiful building
Great experience but lousy customer relations staff. Encountered a power failure at 630 pm and staff were not well briefed on how to handle the situation. They asked visitors to return the next day. We informed them that since we were just visiting, we could not return the next day. So we asked what our options were...One guy named MARIO from customer relations pointed out that we were there since early afternoon so that should've been enough time for us to have seen entire museum. I mean, Really???! He was really rude and insensitive.
It is very cool to see and a great tribute to the people who died. There are gorgeous views of the city from the top.
The entire observatory is indoors. The tablets don't work well and are more dead weight. The views are amazing and the elevator ride up is surprisingly fast.
Aweome view. Even though I'm pblind. On a clear day I could see across the street. Ju
St amazing.
Very comprehensive and emotional 9-11 museum. The memorial fountains are moving.
If you are short on time, pay for the fast pass! The view is what you expect it to be - spectacular!!!
Definitely a tourist spot. 9/11 MEMORIAL and lots of history.
Me and my wife came here on our honeymoon and we were blown away by the sheer elegance and beauty. We were also surprised to see a bar and restaurant up on the viewing decks. We ate there and had drinks while enjoying the view of our lives up to that point. The guided experience with the tablets and the beauty of the city made it our favorite destination.
Very well done. The Memorial below is unlike anything I have ever seen. Great friendly staff as well.
1. Best part if the lift which shows you how New York changed /developed over the years.
2. You can have a beautiful view of New York city and best would be during evening and night when you can see the city lit
3. Observatory gives you a beautiful view of the city
4. There is a souvenir shop on the top
5. Since it is a tourist attraction can be crowded.
6. Well managed place.
7. Nicely designed structure.
8. It is one of the tallest building as of now in Western Hemisphere.
Its very fun! The elevator ride.up and just walking around up on the top was an amazing feeling.
No word to describe this place. So emotional. A place for history.
Absolutely loved this. 102 floors up and over 50 miles of views let s you see all of Manhattan and Brooklyn it seems. Loved the cinematic experience from everything to the elevator to the reveal. Will have to return to this one for sure!
The best place to get the view of New York city and New Jersey. Hands down!
An amazing tribute to those who have fallen. We will never forget and goes to show how the nations spirit cannot be broken.
Great experience. Must see. We wish we knew there is a restaurant on the top.
One of the most popular places to visit in New York and even the USA. Get tickets online and you will get unbelievable views to magnificent and magical New York. There is a restaurant on the last floor where you can enjoy nice food and one of the best views in the world.
I think One World Trade Center is beautiful, both inside and outside. The employees that you deal with when going up to One World Observatory are friendly and make you feel welcome, the opposite of what I experienced at the Empire State Building.ESB Observatory employees were pushy and arrogant. The whole building is gorgeous, including the design of the observation deck. The wait wasn't bad either.I went in the morning and was up on the observation deck in less than twenty minutes. There will soon be another observation deck opening in the city,at 30 Hudson Yards.I'm looking forward to experiencing that too.
Excited , It's a place that when you see it, you know the true story of NY is the Heart of the City, where the towers were, the vibes of September 11 are felt, go know and you will give me the reason
Great views. Impressive building.
Not worth the money. There's actually nothing offered in here except a view at the top.
Should have done the 911 Memorial Museum.
Absolutely worth the wait for the view on the observatory. Try to go on a clear day/night and you can see for miles.
Love the building and the surroundings near it. Hudson adds to the beauty!
GREAT views for the 2 Stars... HORRIBLE experience with the employees. Slow inattentive security checks, people working at restaurant reception were HORRIBLE and unclear with who had to wait and who didn't and bar service was SLOW. If not for the views and historical value I would have rated worse.
A wonderful experience , something unforgettable, will always stay in our memories
Had a great time such a cool trip to the top a must go.
What a place to see New York city. If you re in NYC, One World Trade Center Observation Deck is a must
Beautiful place for tribute to the missing ones. I've been their to pray for all of them and their family.
Indescribable. I m not a sympatherizer or a die hard, but there was something about this and the fact that people from all over the world were there admiring, being amiable, courteous, and understanding. Why does it take a village? See it to believe it.
What an experience. We did the $70 which included a limited but awesome lunch and the observatory. The views were phenomenal. Do NOT mis the 9/11 memorial. Wish we would have had more time for it. Do the tour. Learned things we never knew. And the bathrooms were VERY clean.
Love this place, evening with near zero visability, its a magical place that needs to be seen to be believed, its no twin towers, but it's modern equivalent that does a fantastic job. We'll done and go and visit. Just don't eat at the cafe up there it's stupid expensive.
I could spend hours just taking in the smell of the two now completed fountains. There is a lot of shade here so its an amazing escape from the summer heat of NY. The mood here is somber and reverent, but somehow full of hope and genuine NY grit. I only took a single photo of one of the fountains because I want to encourage you to see more by stopping here to take it all in 1st hand.
Building was awesome. I didn't give it 5 stars just because I liked the old ones better.. But you know..
This place can really take you back to 911 2011 jam packed with information really must visit if you go to New York .
Such a great place with nice views and history from 911.
A must! If you're a patriot, an admirer of architecture or you love awesome told stories about this building, go to the observation deck. Have a drink at the bar looking 1035ft down on New York City.
Even the elevators offer a well done theater show.
Combine it with a visit to the 9/11 memorial to respect and condolence and know why that tower is there full of pride. Never forget!
I recommend One World Trade Center is the main building of the rebuilt World Trade Center complex in Lower Manhattan, New York City - USA
visiting the location with the family and relatives from NY .
outstanding building.
Incredibly done memorial. Definitely an emotional experience.
The new ground zero is beautifully designed to honor those lives from 911.
Amazing! It's worth buying 'skip the queue' tickets or a guided tour. Be sure to have your camera on video for the lift ride to OWO.
Did not get to go in the tower but just look at this amazing architecture. Beautifully designed.
It's wonderful how much space is devoted to remembering the people we lost, space is a prime thing to give to their memories.
Beautiful buildings! A lovely memorial for the victims of that horrible day! Just looking around, I felt on the verge of tears for the many lives lost on 9/11. Very sobering.
Beautifully done inside. A huge recommend for anyone traveling to NYC. 360 panoramic views from the 100th Floor. Great experience.
A place to remember why we should love one another and always tell our loved ones how much we love them
Really impressive views. An amazing experience that allows you to see the whole of Nyc and New Jersey from the tallest building in the western hemisphere.
You will see very good new York and New Jersey view from top view..
Price per head $37. I feel it's not worthy to spend 30+ just to see behind glass. Ground walk only you realize the flavour of city..
I recommend to take street walk and explore lot. If you have age and health contrarians, 50+ age people get good idea from deck.
Gorgeous view. If you're going for a special occasion, I'd recommend timing it during the sunset and getting the drink upgrade.
Such a cool building! It's amazing to see how the great people of New York came together after 9/11 to rebuild and create such an amazing building and memorial where the twin towers used to stand. I didn't ride up into the tower but maybe next time I'll have to do that.
Awesome architecture. Great shops. Very clean lines. Great for families. Elevator tot he top of the tower was interactive, awesome, quick and very fast. View from the Freedom Tower are AMAZING. Food was sub par once up top, but it was more about the view. A must see.
Save your money do not get the premium access it's not worth that you get nothing special especially at this time here also the elevators are not enjoyable when they put 15 people in there they should shorten up the amount of people they put in the elevator so you can enjoy the video that is played on the walls of the elevators and as for the glass floor when you get upstairs the glass floor is not really glass floor it's you watching the street from a camera the only thing good is the view of NYC if it's a clear day
Would've been 5 stars had it not been for Zero visibility!!!
Amazing! Interactive iPads available with audio/headphones. Restaurant over the river dining experience with city views memorable. My kids loved the iPad( gotta get em each there own :-) ) and kept them occupied with learning about the cities heritage.
Went to the observation deck, really great view of the city. Getting tickets right as you walk in is fast and easy almost easier than pre purchasing. Overall really great experience.
Great testimony to America's resilience. I suggest you go there if you ever get the opportunity.
Amazing view of the city for $40,28 buying the ticket here or online (34 + 3,28 tax + 3,00 processing fee)
Cool place to bring family. Food and drink at the top. Cool technology with iPad for identifying landmarks.
Took my son for his birthday, security staff who checked us in were rude and abusive. Soured us for the entire visit. While the technology was impressive, the people we encountered just tried to shake us down. Couldn t wait to get out of there. The staff was just awful.
Moving experience to view ground zero and see what a nice memorial has been created for those who perished on 9/11.
Just an incredible experience. The views, the size of the area. It's a lot to absorb.
A magnificent structure meant to memorialize the events of 9-11.
Absolutely beautiful building. Even if you do not go outside its presence permeates throughout NYC.
It's is a very tall building. It is not only a tall building but rather a symbol in my opinion. It is a symbol that stands against violence. Against terrorism. We can not go back in time to stop 9/11 but we can send a message that we do not stop, we are not afraid because of such events. In fact it makes us want to strive harder and to greater and bigger things. We will not tolerate or ignore terrorism but rather fight against it.
My parents and I were impressed by the view. I have been to the Empire State building and Rockefeller but this has been the best experience for me so far.
From the memorial fountains, to the elevator ride, to the impressive dramatic reveal on the 102nd floor, to the amazing 360 view, to the great service in the bar, our visit here was incredible. We bought the all inclusive skip the line passes but when we visited we didn t really need them. Unlike when I visited the Empire State Building which was so crowded and they shuffle you through queue line after queue line and your view from the top is from behind a chain link fence, this was not busy or crowded, wonderful unobscured views, and you don t feel like cattle being herded towards the gift shop. A very very pleasant experience.
Absolutely gorgeous and heart felt, words cannot describe my heart was overwhelmed
A must visit when in nyc and pay homage to all that were lost.
Absolutely amazing place.. The views are amazing. The building design, the technology makes it an absolutely worthwhile visit. Definitely on your bucket list. Perhaps try the late afternoon, early evening viewing for a chance to see the lights in the city.
It's cool but there are a ton of upsells throughout your visit. The tickets are economical and you get a beautiful 360 degree view from the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere.
You can rent interactive IPads for $15 but we passed on this option.
This was a great place to visit in January! A wonderful view. It's busy with lots of people however so worth it as I've never seen NYC in a 360 degree view. A truly amazing place and its history.
Great views of the city, but drinks at the bar are kind of pricey at about $18 each.
