Breathtakingly beautiful architecture. An incredible memorial and tribute to those lost and for their survivors to visit.
Me and my grandmother visited the WTC site in November 2014. Unfortunately for us we were about 4 months too early before the opening of WTC tower one. It appeared finished when standing on the ground by the shimmering memorial pools of the original towers. However at this point in time was unopen to the public. The tower itself was impressive, a giant prism of shimmering glass in the sun. A truly wonderful sight to see in person
It wasn't amazing. You pay to check out one floor with panoramic views, which are awesome.Taking pictures is difficult during the day due to glare off windows.
They offer iPads (at a cost) to virtually see buildings off in the distance plus some info. I felt it was a bit gimicky.
I probably wouldn't recommend this to my social circle.
So quiet. People were so respectful. Our guide was so informative.
great visit
suggest tourist to experience 100 story high NYC view
excellent for timelapse video taking of city
do allocate extra time to walk around WTC memorial ground
"historic" site was good to see. You just can't forget how great they rebuild it and made a new building which is all shinny and amazing...
A one of a kind NYC experience! Highly recommended!
Plan on several shorter visits rather than trying to get everything in with a single visit. The stimuli can be overpowering but that is the whole point!
An amazing building filling the void left by the twin towers
It does my soul good to se this area reconstructed and vibrant.
Bold and Beautiful...excellent views, Message from the One World..do not Bow. Down to Terrorism.
It was pretty fun But, it could Use some more. Sure, it could Have had more fun. Did i enjoy my time? Indeed i did. Do I wanna go back? yes. a perfect memorial to NINE ELEVEN. (Put all the letters in cap for a secret message)
I had a talk with the chief of construction about architecture and the future for this area with the construction of the newest building in the rebuilding project 9/11 area
For being one of the tallest buildings in not only the city, not only the United States, but the Western Hemisphere, the view is truly astonishing.
The trip to the top was absolutely thrilling. And then the movie they played with the screens going up at the end to reveal the breathtaking view was absolutely amazing and emotional. Everyone clapped at the sight. The whole crowd was just overwhelmed with happy emotion....to realize how beautiful and how strong this country is...to rebuild something that beautiful after that fateful day. I would recommend this to absolutely anyone!
Get the All-Inclusive Pass, you'll get the most bang for your buck!
Busy. Packed. But that s NYC. The place is sparkling clean, bright, and they always have something going on in the Oculus. Love the shops they offer and Eataly!
r.i.p to all the people that died 100% respect for them and there families love the food, staff and drinks
Overrated quite chaotic and for a new building mit really well done platforms very expensive you are almost forced to buy the priority ticket as otherwise they give you a waiting time even without any people waiting. Staff is rude
Awesome views. Four stars only because it is expensive and I am biased towards outdoor observation decks.
staff wouldn't let me bungee jump off the roof. 0/10
The price of 42 dollars was steep and the elevator ride was fast. My ears popped. Absolutly view and from a video too. Breathtaking experience and is a must for all visitors.
The place was awesome... although at the base of the building just after getting in the front door, we tried to get help as to where to go and the employees down there who had no customers in front of them were to busy with themselves to help us. There was no one at the entrance to the line to direct us. So we went to the line where someone was being helped by an older gentleman and he kindly directed us to the correct line. Once two of us got in line someone finally asked to see our tickets to be certain we were in the right place. Where was that young lady when we went into that line to begin with and got out to seek advice earlier?
This place is just amazing. It's more beautiful than what we post in pictures. They have done it so beautifully and the view is just wow. It would be great if you can go see it in the evening. The entire city beautifully lit and it's worth the visit. Must go place. The construction is soo soo beautiful.
It's spectacular and wonderful! I visited every evening as it was on my way back from work and I felt is grandeur every single day
Wonderful place, especially the observatory n the 360 degree view.. simply stunning...wow...
You'll Love new Addition to the World Trade Center.. #4 Also I am the Owner of the WTC there in New York City! But the Kennedy Family has decided to take it away from me! And claim they are the New Owner's the World Trade Centre and Put me in a Homeless Shelter called Anna's Place on Bronx Blvd. The Mayor's Office will Confirm this and my Uncle Mayor Bill De Blasio
Awesome, humbling. Gotta visit this place. Get a tour if you can.
The best views you can get of the city and the surrounding areas but not the best for photography, internal lighting creates terrible glare which I'm happy to say forced my camera back into it's case and me to spend a good hour getting lost in the views. A sign of union and resilience from the US they couldn't have done a better job on a building after 9/11.
I think the people involved in designing this entire site did a great job.
The city was a neat experience. I haven't ever seen so meany buildings and people.
Absolutely brilliant experience although couldn't help but think what would happen if I lobbed a 50p coin from the top what would happen
Excellent place for gorgeous NYC views.
Avoid a rainy/cloudy day.
There is a surprise as you enter and it blows your mind every time!
Didn't go up this time - went to the old one in 1990, somehow it didn't make sense going again.
Best view from the ferry to Ellis Island or the pier
A must see when in New York city. Historical and a tribute to all those who perished and survived. You truly feel a connection with the city here as we all watched from our televisions. The city in no shape or form forgot any part pf what transpired on that dreadful day. Go pay homage to the whole city.
I remember when I had my First Beer.Plus I remember when there was an attendant and his name was chad and he gave me some free popcorn.
If you are in New York you must visit this place it is amazing.
I visited New York when I was going to visit my relatives, and I ve gotta say, it s a really busy city! We had scheduled a trip to the World Trade Center and because of the traffic, used a ferry to get there. The tickets to the one world observatory were a pretty penny, but it was worth it. The views at the top were magnificent (see included photos). The first time up there, my jaw dropped. Overall because of the price, I give this experience a 4 star review.
Just awesome. This building is a sight to behold. So tall and massive yet with an elegance to it. Really a must see.
Beautiful building. Lift is amazing. Fair amount of queues but with it being so popular u have to expect it. Amazing views of... well everything.
Nothing special... Used to be awesome before those savage losers destroyed everything in 2001....
Once at the top, after several aggressive pitches to rent either an electronic I pad type device, or pose for a picture to be bought later, the experience is amazing. The ride up is awesome, and the views are great.
Worth the trip, despite having to say no to several sales pitches on the way to what people are there to see..
This is one place I won't go until it uses available advanced fire protection and suppression systems.
A building this size needs the ability to deliver to any three floor area twenty ton of liquid CO2 within a ten minute period and maintain that concentration of suppression for an half hour.
If there is another plane strike, this building, and any like it, will sustain tremendous damage, and a substantial loss of life.
Those of you who rely on folks to tell you what is safe or not might think of changing out those folks.
Otherwise, a wise and prudent person might change their plans.
Amazing view on New York City. One of the most amazing thing I've experienced in my life.
Very modern building. We enjoyed the state of the art 360 images inside the elevator. It was so cool!
Definitely have to come here once in your life to learn about the history of this city, experience 102 floors up in the air as you gaze upon the view of the whole city and also New Jersey, night view is even better than the day view with all the lights.
Amazing views and a very meaningful memorial. Would recommend visiting around sunset for both day and night experience.
We were the within the first 10,000 people to "SEE FOREVER" from the top of One World Trade. Beautiful restaurant at the top. Beautiful sight of the city anytime of the day or night from the top.
The TWIN TOWERS MEMORIAL is also a beautiful and sombering sight, right next door to our new ONE WORLD TRADE.
Everytime we visit NYC, we park at the Hoboken train station and ride underneath the ocean and come out inside and underneath ONE WORLD TRADE. It's a great way to enter the city.
Spectacular! This is a truly remarkable area and one must come here to visit if they are in NYC.
Such an amazing place to remember the ones who gave their life ti help others.
Wow.. What a dramatic area for NY skyline. The mall itself is also good. You need a day for just this area.
Boring....it's good when you take pics from a sky high building otherwise nothing exciting.
Visiting the observation deck was a lovely experience, once you got past the pointless presentation, were herded to the sales pitch for their app, shuffled towards their photo point and finally set free two floors down from where you actually started.
However, once there, it was a truly delightful view of New York City and surrounds which we really enjoyed seeing.
Amazing view, Good food, Prices are reasonable, Really cool experience
Tablets to allow you to see whats around.
View: Empire State Building, NY Bridges, Many other views
Perfect building. Make sure u visit the 9/11 memorial
Such an emotional, yet beautiful sight!! It's embedded in my memory forever!!
Great views from the top! Mutli-media show on the elevator is cool!
This is a beautiful building. Very tall and the architecture is very modern. A proper addition to the WTC area.
I highly recommenf a visit. Incredible structure, beautifully appointed. Nice people, great service. The views are out of this world.
Spectacular! The views are fantastic! Would recommend as number one experience.
When my cousin said "we're going to see the world trade center would you like to come" I said hellyeah. It was an amazing experience and felt like a great honor.
Great view and interesting experience. Had to pay for the interactive iPad on top of the access price. Queue to get out was excessive. Had to wait for more then 30mins in the queue while priority people were allowed out. By the time we got into the lift the queue was the whole way around the observation deck more than once. Bad management and rude service.
Allocated time needed... Well worth the visit... Spectacular views on a good day
Awesome, educational, inspirational, what can I say, your emotions run away with you. Should go to be reminded of this horrific tragedy.
Worth the visit and worth the money. If you're in doubt, expect an element of surprise.
Must visit place in New York.. recommended to visit at daytime on sunny day
Saturday night, wasn't crowded, beautiful views of the entire sky scape. No pressure, relaxing, take your time to enjoy the views.
great place to visit a must in new york city ride up to the 102nd floor in just 47 seconds !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
great views of nyc and nj absolutly amazing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
highly recomended
Beautiful area to wander around, relax near the memorial pools, and visit 9/11 Museum. Go up to the observation deck for a one of a kind view of the city and NJ. Underground, lots of shopping and eateries.
The 9/11 Museum and Memorial is amazing. It is beautiful, and tastefully done. It is respectful and pays tribute to every person that was effected by the tragic events that occurred that day. Although it was gut-wrenching, it is a must see in NY.
honestly i think the world trade center before this one was better just saying guys not trying to be rude
Best attraction I have ever been to literally breath taking
I never expected that this would be amazing. Although the lines can be long, it's pretty quick. Staffs are very nice. You start in the entry level and look at these builders that constructed this building. The best time to visit is during a cloudless, sunny day. It's gorgeous, especially at night! Really loved the elevator ride that shows approx. 500 years of the growth of NYC and the welcome presentation on the 102 floor. Just take either the PATH, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, A, C, E, J, R, W, or Z trains to Chambers or Fulton St. It's an easy way to get there. You will absolutely love the stunning view of NYC, NJ, and Long Island! The Sky Portal is fantastic and the observatory is beautifully made.
Really enjoyed this experience... our whole family did. Great views and great coffee drinks for this type venue. Pay the extra to skip the line. We got all inclusive tickets and purchased online. That is the way to go.
It is an impressive emotional historical place and being there fills you with many feelings and reflection. Sorrow and sadness for what happened. It is a place you cannot miss while in NYC. Opens early in the morning and closes around 9pm. I've only visited the fountains and surroundings at night but there's also a museum and guided tours. You can visit the top of One WTC for the view and it's an impressive building
Amazing job telling the story of 9/11. Very emotional tour. Would recommend this to any one in NYC. Plan on 4 hours to see everything.
An awesome view from close by. Such a magnificent history! I wanna visit that place again! =)
great experience for the kids great attraction but not worth the price thinks its a little bit to high
Get the priority tickets. No waiting in any lines to get in. Well worth it. The elevator ride up is awesome. The rental iPad was OK, but could have done without it for the $15. It shows you some of the landmarks, but looses it's usefulness quickly. The exit line can get really long, but they do an awesome job of getting through it quickly. Our line was about 3/4 of the way around the building, but it only took 15 minutes to get on the elevator.
