Fantastic tour! The everything went smoothly from presenting tickets to our time for the tour.

The elevator ride and presentation was next level and very impressive. The reveal after exiting the elevator was even better!

Don t miss this attraction and have a cup of coffee on top of the world

Visiting the top of the observatory was the highlight of our trip to NYC! The views were phenomenal and the staff were very informative and welcoming. I would strongly recommend this be one of your stops while visiting NYC!

One World Observatory and museum is a lovely tribute to the tragic event of 09/11/2001. However, the staff inside were really rude. As we prepared to board the elevator to go up, a girl with short brown hair yelled at our group to back up but never told us where we were to be. I think her name started with an S (maybe Susanna?) My husband asked her co-worker, an older man where we were supposed to go for our lunch and if we were to do the observatory first. The man literally yelled at him to get into the elevator. Everyone in the elevator talked about both of them being so rude. I'd never go there again because of this. People like that shouldn't interact with public, especially at such an emotional place. Our tourguide outside was amazing though.

I was fortunate enough to visit the Empire State building a few years ago, which I was really impressed by, but this place makes that look average. Uninterrupted panoramic views over 3 floors, it's so well done too. Probably the highlight is the lift (elevator) that takes you to the top. 47 seconds and a seriously cool media show thrown in while you ascend- amazing!

The views are absolutely breathe taking. I highly recommend getting the tickets for sunset and having a drink at the bar up top!!! You won't regret it!!! All the security etc...is worth the wait!

I feel this is a place you have to visit when you go to New York. It shows you the sheer scale of the affected area and gives you a chance to think about the lives lost that day. It also makes you appreciate your own life.

This place blows away all the other "ride to the top" experiences in NYC. The elevator ride alone was amazing. Views at the top were incomparable. Of all the touristy things we did, this was definitely the best.

Cool view of the city from above. The elevator ride was fun, and the the observation deck had good views to a lot of stuff. I wish they had a glass floor to look straight down like they do in Chicago.

It s an incredible place, an amazing building, a work of art. Nobody can deny that. But it s unbelivable that the gift shop is located at the Empire State/ Brooklyn Bridge side. At night, the lights make it impossible to look at the city without the reflections. That is quite terrible.

Nice and great building in the America, must visit this place and enjoy the great views from the top, tallest building in america is One world...........................................enjoy the trip to Newyork...........................................

I've always loved the architecture of the One World Trade Center, but on top of that the experience was phenomenal. The Observatory is well worth the cost and the food is reasonably priced. The staff is very kind and welcoming and it really improved the overall experience. I never thought I would be saying this but this is the best experience I've ever had in an elevator as well. But more than that, it wad the highlight of my NYC Trip.

Finally, I got to visit the World Trade One and go to the top. Definitely worth the price of Priority Access. Other than being a little too crowded and paying $6 for a Bubbly drink at the top, it was an amazing experience. My only suggestion is to have more people available to ask questions about what we are seeing. One person I asked said they didn t know much. And the other said she was doing a tour and to ask someone else. Other than that, it was very enjoyable!

I had an amazing experience visiting the One World Trade Center. When I went, it was around $40 to go to the top. It was worth it for me, but for some it may not be. From the top, you can see for miles out into New York City. It really is an amazing experience to visit the top. Just remember that there is a baggage check so some items you may not be able to bring to the top. As a photographer, I wasn t able to bring my tripod.

Tip: visit here during sunset! It makes an extra beautiful view of the city and make sure to bring a camera!

INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! This building and attraction is a testament to the resolve and spirit of America. You can knock us down, but you will not keep us down. It took 8 long years to build what they call the largest bunker in the world. It is fortified and solid and safe, the 1st 20 floors are almost completely concrete. It is one of the most spectacular displays of modern engineering and technology I have ever seen. We had drinks and a snack at the bar at the top of the observatory. Excellent food, drinks and service. New York can be proud of this incredible attraction and monument to the spirt of America.

I was absolutely blown away by the whole experience, it's much more than just the view itself, which of course is the best in the world. It's extremely expensive but everyone must do it once in their lifetime. Amazing audiovisuals in the elevator ride up and great service and organization through the whole visit.

The view at the observatory was unforgettable and worth to money to go there.I went there at night and saw all the light of the city light up one by one and the rising of the full moon in august! (unfortunately I didnt have good picture of it )

Not only is this a beautifully built building but it truly is a monument to the fallen off the victims of September 11th. The new tower has quickly become a staple of the city and it's unique shape has become a beacon to the city from all directions. The observatory has great views and the memorial site downstairs is really quite moving. Take a few minutes to walk around and reflect on how fleeting life can be. Make everyday count.

This is a worthwhile spot to visit, but I would definitely recommend the Empire State building first. The Freedom Tower gives you a good Manhattan view northward, but the other directions are uninspiring. Plus, you will encounter a variety of sales gimmicks on the way to that I found distracting. The Empire State gives you an excellent view on all directions, including a great view of Central Park.

A beautiful tribute to those who lost their lives during 9/11 as well as an incredible piece of architecture. You can go inside the building to the observatory, which provides a rewarding view of the city. There is also a museum in remembrance of 9/11

First, the history beauty and importance of the tower and what it stands for is pure and amazing. It is a symbol of Americans from multiple backgrounds coming together in unity and for the common desire of rebuilding and starting anew. My low rating was the people working their and then simply doing their job and trying to get as much money from you as possible. From forcing you to sit through a speech on renting iPads for $15 to an expensive picture they take with a backdrop. Their hearts were no where in tune with the memory or meaning of the tower.

Had a great time as a non-tourist. The elevator trip to the top was quick. A hint: chew some gum or keep moving your jaw to keep from popping your ears because the elevator moves so fast that you don't have a chance to adjust to the height so your ears will pop. There's a treat at the top. Sit down and enjoy the show because it's very informative. They also have a cafe up there so take your time and enjoy the view from up top.

Its tallest and most remarkable place in the world. I visited first time with my student and seen lots many places around it. There are many food places and open garden to spend free time with friends and all. One can spend whole day here.

Great views expensive but still keep going up to the top to play tour guide for friends/family. Love just sitting at the bar to enjoy a glass of wine or two. On windy days you can feel the building sway, pretty cool feeling.

The view is worth it. But security is lacking, my friend forgot to take out her pocket knife out of her bag. And nobody noticed. But the view is amazing. You can see New Jersey, Statue of Liberty, all the main bridges. Beautiful beautiful place to visit. 35$ a ticket. But it s worth to visit. Great amazing amazing place.

Be careful when you buy tickets !!! They took from my account double payment in November and till now they didn't send me my money back. I made a complain at the beginning of Nov and first information was that in 5-7 working days they do transfer but it lasts more than month and still I have no money. Now they don't even reply to my emails.
Be careful!!!

Awesome architecture. Great shops. Very clean lines. Great for families. Elevator to the top of the tower was interactive, awesome, quick and very fast. View from the Freedom Tower are AMAZING. Food was sub par once up top, but it was more about the view. A must see.

Extremely Amazing building to roam around.

Extremely Amazing building to roam around.
The lower ground floor is very huge, spacious and has numerous stalls.
The building design is marvellous.
The view of the city from the top floor is truly amazing and can't be penned down in words.
To view from the top floor, there is a ticket, however hanging out in the ground floor is free of cost.
Theis is directly connected to one of the subway stations.
Washrooms are extremely tidy.

A very impressive building. Got to visit the observation deck on the 100-102 floors, and you can see everything. It's very cool, and it is definitely worth getting the "all inclusive" tickets since it will save you tons of waiting.

It is built in memory of the many, many Americans who lost their lives for this country. In a fight none of them knew they were in. It says, * **We cannot be beaten down, we will rise out of the ashes like a Phoenix. We are still standing strong-here!** * I hope to see it someday. Maybe even eat there.2

Was an amazing building to see. Unfortunately bought the wrong pass and couldn't go up it. It looks amazing. I guess when they say it's the tallest building in North America, I guess they mean it.

We took a rain check on seeing this since it was literally raining too much and zero visibility at the top. I did capture a great video showing off how beautiful this building is from the water on my way back from the Statue of Liberty boat ride to land.
