It's really cool but everything there is like 40 dollars

Unbelievable architecture and design - visiting the Oculus in the Freedom Tower is an absolute must when visiting New York. Spending $41 to get to the top is too much, but the building itself is incredible. There is a huge underground shopping center there - with everything imaginable. Highly recommend a visit to it!

Interesting place but you can't go if you don't have money

Tallest and grandest. Worth the wait. Que can take an hour at times. View is one of the best. Sunset especially

Amazing experience. Highly reccomend for first time goers to NYC. Check the different times for better pricing to get in etc. You will be in awe after the show. They also offer military discounts. Buy ahead of time. Call them for discounts.

All the facts that could possibly be gathered to let you understand what really took place was there. However the situation is overall heartbreaking

This remarkable tower is officially named One World Trade Center.

Locals to NOT call it this.

Locals call it Freedom Tower and that's the way I will always think of it.

If you have problems with heights (like my bride) you may want to pre-medicate well in advance of stepping into the elevator. It's a very fast trip up 100+ floors and a very clever elevator experience. All the walls are digital displays so going up you experience bedrock and then what you would see (over time) on the way up.

The observation floor is an amazing view. My only criticism is that there is a massive display blocking the north view of the island. You have an unobstructed view across the river. But the Manhattan view is obstructed.

I would change this. I do not need an unobstructed view of New Jersey...

That being said...

It is a powerful experience to be up there and the memorial installation for ground zero will be an emotional experience you will never forget. If you've never been, I highly recommend you make time for this. You have to book your visit MONTHS in advance so plan accordingly to reserve a slot.

What an engineering marvel and awesome tour at this symbol of American ingenuity and determination! While vast numbers of people dedicated countless hours to build a monolithic structure they succeeded in creating quite a spectacular building!

It's something to be back here without the towers though it's not a first, I was here in December 2001 when this was all rubble. The memorial fountains are beautiful as is the garden stones placed for those who passed after 9/11 from complications of working here or surviving here. They did a great job of memorializing a tragic event and those lost.

A great piece of architecture. Extreme somber being right next to the 9/11 memorial, but well worth a visit. The view from the top is excellent, albeit pricy for what it is, although at sunrise or sunset (if you can catch it) the view is simply amazing.

One World trade center, also some people called freedom tower is one of the tallest building in New York as well as the world. There are two memorial beside it and the memorial museum is also beside it. You can go at top of floor of the building and can see the architectural beauty of New York city.

Powerful and emotional! Still, not worth the price in my opinion for the view.

The direction that came many times, but was exciting, and overflowed in entertainment characteristics. History of New York and the present video are spread by a projector, and several minutes. A curtain went up and, at the moment when I was able to see a real view, I was impressed and almost cried.

The view from the top is beautiful! We visited on a weekday afternoon/evening with minimal wait. I d also recommend going up 30 Rockefeller and the Empire State Building to see the city from all angles, and do at least one at night to see the city lit up.

Love it! Fantastic view and experience. On the pricier side ($38 per person) but it's a great thing to do once.

Simply stunning, From walking up to it, the ride to the top, the observation deck, it's awe inspiring. For 1/2 rate tickets, wait until 20 minutes before they stop allowing folks to go up. That took our tickets from $36 to $18, a great deal for that kind of price. Plus, we went in June and that was perfect timing for sunset.

The absolute best thing to do in NYC! Take the elevator up and see the show. There are guides up there to tell you more, that is good too. There are iPads to rent which will give you an AR experience where you can see what buildings you are looking at. We recommend going up around 90 min before sunset. Then you'll be able to see the city in both daylight and night time. Plus you get to see the sunset from up there, which is breath taking! Book early!

Definitely this was my best experience when I went to New York you can see the entire city from up there . Unfortunately I couldn t visit the Empire State but this one was similar .Amazing experience the elevator has a time-laps and when you re going up you can see the city from years ago until now very excited

Gets 5 stars for being what I consider a must see for any American. To me this is a symbol of America rebuilding stronger and bigger after one of the worst attacks on American soil.

Okay, I have to apologize to the majority of people for not giving Statue of Liberty a five star review; I will explain the reason why later. Of course, the Statue of Liberty is representative of our freedom; it's the iconic statue that incoming immigrants saw when they traveled for weeks on boats from their foreign lands. Ms. Liberty is stunning and beautiful; it's a such a lovely gift from France. To visit the island, you have two options; one you can travel on a ferry boat from Battery Park in New York or you can travel from a ferry from the state of New Jersey.

Incredible views, worth the money and the waiting in the queues. Instead of booking online, we just showed up and nearby the tower were people giving out these flyers that gives you a discount, so just use that if you re lazy like me to book haha!

You could spent ages up there looking at the views, it s a very different view in comparison to the Rockefeller building, and I might even say it s better

The efficiency of getting people through security and to the top needs a lot of work.
We reserved tickets for 8pm but finally got up top at around 8:45pm.
Once up there, the views were nice. When it was closing time, the employees were rushing us to get into a line so we could wait to get into the elevator to leave. I'm sorry, but if I could look at the city while I wait for you to get your act together, why would I stand in a line where the only view is the person in front of me?!
Get real. The employees need a serious attitude adjustment. Maybe they wouldn't be so crabby if I went in the morning.

One of the most amazing places that I ve ever visited in my life! It s terrible to think about all of the destruction that took place here on Sept 11, 2001! If you get a chance to visit this beautiful creation, then take the opportunity to tour all of that is offered. You will not be disappointed. It really brought a tear to my eye when I saw first hand where these infidels struck! This is a place to visit by all means.

Inspiring monument and never to forget act of cowardice

Elevator goes 23 mph up to 102nd Floor in under 50 seconds. Complete with video showing last 500 years of NYC development. Enclosed 360 degree window views of NYC from 102nd Floor. Great food (quick snacks or dine-in restaurant). ($2.18 for an apple; $8 for a brownie?!? I guess it's typical for NYC, but the prices blew me away. But it was the best tasting brownie I've ever had!)

The view from the ground is amazing. Did not go to the observation deck, but plan to next time.

The show is as amazing as the view. Go there!

Marvelous view, simply breathtaking... All other buildings seemed short in comparison. You could see almost the entirety of New York and New Jersey.

It was one of our best moments and precious memories on this date that we my husband and I we share along with the people who lost their loves one in 9/11.

Beautiful is the only word I can use to describe the view from the top. I went up between the time of 4pm - 8pm which in February is perfect if your looking for the daytime, sunset and night time shots. The observatory is full of history and life and you can take in the tragic events of 9/11 that caused such devastation to the city. I would highly recommend anyone visiting New York City to make sure that a visit to the One World Trade Center is at the top of your bucket list. The memorial is breathtaking, you gain a real sense of what happened on that fateful day. There is nothing but silence, tears and sorrow surrounding the 9/11 memorial. It's so worth the visit.

Lookout from observatory is magnificent. The reason for one star is the nasty people working in this most amazing skyscraper. What a contrast! If you choose between the two, Empire State or World Trade Center, go for the Empire. You'll feel human there.
The woman standing by the first entrance (the front ground level entrance where you pay) was beyond nasty. She kept on yelling and screaming!! And her attitude... whew! Nobody smiles to you (besides for the guy by the first elevator before going to observatory.)

What a wonderful memorial to all who perished and an unforgettable reminder to be vigilant. Most importantly, the park keeps the old site in mind with the massive fountains while proving that America's Big Apple will always recover and overcome rising up with even greater resolve. God bless all who lost family. God bless out men and women in uniform who responded and sacrifice so much.. and our troops that took the battle to the master bedroom of our enemeis

Views are breathtaking, amazing, check groupon for discount tickets, you can order 30 minutes before you go up, eat before you attend this place as food is incredibly expensive at the top e.g. 10$ croissant for example.

This place is simply amazing, the bar at 101 floor gives you the best views of the city. Try to get there before the sunset so you can experience the sun going down while the city light ups with the night lights of the building. The elevator is an experience itself by taking you in less than a minute through all the tower history. Simple a amazing experience to have by yourself or with family.

ve always loved the architecture of the One World Trade Center, but on top of that the experience was phenomenal. The Observatory is well worth the cost and the food is reasonably priced. The staff is very kind and welcoming and it really improved the overall experience. I never thought I would be saying this but this is the best experience I've ever had in an elevator as well. But more than that, it wad the highlight of my NYC Trip.

The 9/11 memorial here is beautiful. Must come see if got a chance words can't hardly describe.

Well worth the $62 for the sunset view. Get your ticket online so you don't wait in line. Fastest elevator I've been on & not closterfobic! The views are really nice. The only complaint would be that people would "camp out" & block the windows not allowing others to view or take pictures. There were alot of people & everyone should respect the fact that we all wanted to see downtown Manhattan.

Security are rude at the front desk and have no sense of proper hygiene protocol during the pandemic. They touched all your stuffs unnecessarily

Never but plan to go. It's a shame the towers were destroyed... Although I wasn't born when they existed I still regret not seeing them. The one world center is beautifully positioned overseeing New Jersey and the bay with breathtaking sunrise and sunsets from its rooftop.

One can buy passes from groupon to go to the top floor to witness the breathtaking manhattan skyline.

Groupon passes offer vip entrance at almost a 40% cut from the prices you will find inside the tower.

There is a usual 2-3 hour wait in a normal line which costs 10$ less compared to a 10 minute wait in the VIP line.

Add it to your Must do list if you are in manhattan.

Really nice tower especially when you see clouds in the reflection. I would advise everyone to pass by on a cloudy day, with sunlight, it gives the best pictures.

Elevator ride all the way up takes your breath away, fascinating video gets you in focus fast. Views from the observation deck are spectacular, and the lecturer does a superb job describing what was where, and how history played out. Everyone should see it

Spectacular place to visit! Lot of things you can do around here! You can take pictures, watch people and grab something to eat while watching the view! Great place to hangout with family and friends!

Extremely busy and packed with people from all over the world, yet amazingly quiet and peaceful.

Not only take the tour but plan to enjoy the restaurant. Must try the Coney Island cocktail, shrimp app with French cocktail sauce. Duck with whipped parsnips. Yes a bit pricey but food and view at 1700 feet in the air is worth it
