It's hard to call this memorial beautiful considering the tragedy that occurred, but the memorial is impeccable and demands the respect and deep reflection that is appropriate. It will bring tears to yours eyes. It is a remarkable sight and one that properly honors those who lost their lives that day. It was hard not to get upset with people who are taking selfies and goofing around, but it is worth paying respects and seeing this memorial.

One of the important landmark of New York City. This is one of the defining piece of what the spirit of of New Yorkers stand for. Awesome piece of Architecture. Must visit in a life time. It is a thrill from the start when you take the elevator to the 110th floor. The way they introduce New York and the changes it has gone through chronologically. The 360 degree view of NYC is awesome. The only downside is the Ipads they provide to get a better view of NY. Dont bother taking this ipads. Give your Eyes a good treat of NY

My favorite tower experience in New York! Wonderfully done, with an amazing view! It is inside, so you don't have to deal with the weather. The cafe is pretty good for the price. I would recommend splitting and entre with a couple bags of chips or other sides. Also, there is a station where a person gives you some information on what to do in New York, which is very useful. Great experience!

We only visited the outside garden. The $28 per person was not in our budget for a family of 4. The views alone were breathtaking! The waterfalls and pools where the names are engraved are so beautifully done! I recommend to all. You have to see them! #neverforget911

Unbelievable view. Fun ride up. The system for buying tickets, and scheduling your time is horrible though. We bought a pass online, then got in line at the building at 930. We were first told we would be scheduled for 1045, then at the ticket booth told 1145, then given tickets that were for 12. We were then given three conflicting instructions for when and where to line up to actually get to the elevator. Very frustrating and looonnnngggg wait. Highly recommend buying tickets online for a specific time. You need to be ready to lose 4 hours of your life for 5 minutes of a nice view.

Beautiful skyscraper but I think there taking advantage of people by over charging to go up to the top,10$ 15$ is enuff to get to the top floor ,everything inside is over priced but you don't need to buy anyting in it but it would be nice to buy something without being over charged, including the food.
Also don't like the way there's no outdoor roof top,

This was very cool but I'm frustrated at the price. The views are incredible and the video show in the elevator on the way up is outstanding but this is an experience that everyone should have and paying around $40 per person for an elevator ride is insane. There are a lot of people who want to see this and should see it but the cost prices them out. We wanted to do the Empire State Building as well but that one is also $40 so we had to choose because of the price gouging. That kind of sucks.

I wasn't able to go up to the observatory, but going around the perimeter on the ground level is spectacular in and of itself. This structure is incredibly impressive and massive when you are so close to it. The surrounding area that comprises of huge water fall memorials in remembrance of the previous Twin Towers is striking. It certainly puts it to scale when looking at it from this perspective. I hope to take a longer and more in depth look on my next visit.

This place is beyond amazing! The views are out of this world beautiful!! It was a glorious and emotional experience! I didn't want to leave! If you want awesome views of the city of New York then this is the place to see the best views. The elevator ride to the top was so cool. It shows you how the city became to be. I will definitely be coming here again

This one will never replace the memory of the former ones and the lives lost, but this structure is just as important in symbolizing American resilience and perseverance in the face of adversity. We will never be knocked down permanently.

Dear, EVERYONE

Dear, EVERYONE
Today is 9/11, (my 18 year old nephews birthday.Happy Birthday buddy.)I pray for those who lost a family member on this day and after this day.I hope that on their birthdays and this day that instead of crying you are smiling.I hope you are smiling about the great things that person had done for you and others. For the fun or funny things you guys did together and the things you he or she said to encourage you to do something. The things he or she said to make you laugh and make your day brighter. The times you guys fought over dumb things that should been laughed at.Also remember that he or she is always with you and would want you to smile and laugh. They would want you to live your life like they would.Just remember that they are all probably watching you and are wondering are they happy?Show them that you are happy, but also sad that they could not be visible for you to see them smile.Tell yourself every morning when you wake up, " Today is going to be a great day I am going to smile and have the time of my life just for you because I know you are right here next to me and I want to make you happy too."This is for all those who have suffered.I am very sorry for your lost and wish you many years of happeniest.Have a great rest of your life.
Sincerely,
A Student.

It is moving to come here and a must visit. However, there are a few things to know. Firstly, the waterfall memorial is closed at night (roped-off) so you can't get near it. Secondly, You have to pay a lot to go to the 911 museum (offended they commercialised such a tragedy). Maybe we're spoiled by free museums in DC.

I love this place maybe because I love skyscrapers and view on the city from the higher floors. To get there you have to buy a ticket and I recommend you to get a ticket that allows you to skip all the lines. Sometimes there are a lot of people that wants to get to observatory deck at the same time so if you have skip-all-the-lines ticket, you may safe a lof of time. To get to the observatory deck you'll have to use one of the elevators. Elevators, at least what I've heard, are the fastest in the world. Interior of them are made from screens where you can see a presentation about how Manhattan grew over the years. Observation desk is amazing - and before you see the view from 100th floor, you can see a 1,5 minutes presentation displayed on the wall. After if finishes, the wall is rising up and the great view shows up to you - it's a spectacular. Then you have a 360-degrees view on the city - you won't be disappointed

Must visit when in New York City

Must visit when in New York City
Make an advance reservation online, try to reach the place 15 min prior to your reservation. It gives you the complete picture of New York City as the observatory is located on 102 floor with 360 degree view.
There is also a cafeteria on the observatory but the cost of the food there is a bit on a higher side.
But overall its a must when in New York City.

You will likely enjoy a unique view and gain a new perspective of New York City in a unparalleled manner. A family-friendly experience. Skip the tablet unless you originate from a distant locale. Otherwise, the tablet will assist in understanding & identifying points of view. Early 12 noon or earlier will reward you with shorter lines.
The restaurant offers food of reasonable quality with an unparalleled view. Priced as expected for NYC. Leave time for 9-11 museum & Occulus next door.

Such a spectacular display of human ingenuity and engineering. 1WTC is a spectacular sight to behold. What was rebuilt after 9/11 is a sight to behold and to show that we will never stop growing as a nation.

I was fortunate to be there on opening night, the views are spectacular. I'd suggest going around sundown as you get to see the city in the daylight and at night. Very impressive observation deck. 360 degree views. And I'm sure everyone else is already commented but the elevator ride up is extremely interesting. But I won't spoil it for you:-)

AMAZING experience!! I loved it. The view of new york is beautiful and staff is wonderful. Kids will enjoy this exciting ride and view. The elevator shows the past of Manhattan being built over the years as you go up the flights and the ride up and down is very pleasant.

This is a must do!!!! Well worth the money. They've gone all out to give the best experience to everyone. The lift and intro movie was a nice surprise and a stand out. We also got the ipad info tablets. Was pretty cool technology. Best to go about 4 pm in winter and stay for 2-4 hours. You'll get all the colors from the sunset to nightlights of NYC. I recommend headding upstairs for some delicious cocktails overlooking the NYC city lights afterwards. Thoroughly enjoyed myself at this attraction.

Stunning 360 view of New York. Totally worth the visit, perfect to understand NYC composition (Brooklyn, Queens, New Jersey, Mahattan) and see some of the most relevant places (Brooklyn Bridge, Statue of Liberty, Empire State, etc.). Would recommend it as the best view of NYC.

Was there in otcober 2001 to find my brother that was there during the attack. I returned again in 2013 with him and my wife and we were just very happy to be there and pay respect to the people that lost their life.
I was deeply crying inside to return. The place is truly beautiful and i have no more words to describe more and the feelings I had. I will return again soon. Never forget. God Bless You All.

They need to do a better job controlling the crowds and limiting the amount of people during the Holidays. They allowed so many people in the observatory area at the same time that it is not safe, it's hot, you can barely move. Other than that it was a nice experience, I'm glad we got the priority access because the lines to enter or exit are ridiculous. The views are spectacular but unfortunately are completely cover by glass not like in the Empire State building where you can take pictures or videos without a piece of glass in front of you.
