Astonishing. Not only for what it represents, but also for its impressive engineering and architecture. At the observatory deck views are jaw dropping. The skyline is way below and even air traffic is below the line of site. Also, the show at the elevator in the way up is creative and adds an extra experience to the ride.

The well organized team makes the entrance line go by fast. Highly recommend to purchase tickets in advance, so you get in right away. The tower is beautiful and the views amazing. You can rent an iPad $15 or 2x20 and learn the facts of the most important places. I loved it!!!

Really beautiful architecture.

Really beautiful architecture.

*POLICE: It makes me feel safe to see armed officers guarding the area, but they tend to stare at women and make them uncomfortable. I remember walking by them, and one officer turned towards the others and made a comment and they all turned to look and stare. It wasn t just me. They did this to other women as well. And, it s happened to me multiple times. It makes me feel like I can t put on a dress or skirt without feeling violated. This was mainly from the male officers (I didn t really see a lot of female officers in general). Disrespectful. Unprofessional. And unappreciated.

*SANITATION: In all honesty, I understand why the restrooms are closed, with COVID-19 awareness. HOWEVER, they should match the cautiousness they take with bathrooms, with their OVERALL cleanliness. Because they really need more work on overall sanitation, it doesn t make sense that the restrooms are closed. At this point, it s just inconvenient. If they were really taking COVID-19 precautions, they would enforce more effective and professional sanitation so that the actual building is clean.

Well worth a visit to this excellent monument to the terrible events on 9/11. Be prepared for a highly emotional experience though as some of the exhibits are hard to watch. Having said that, I wouldn't have wanted to miss it.

A must do for anyone in NYC. The reflecting pools are such an amazingly beautiful and poignant way to process and reflect. Imagining that day and processing the lives lost is so hard it takes your breath away. But it's something everyone should do in honor of those who sacrificed it all in order to save lives. You won't regret it.

Great view of the city. If you can take the elevator by yourself to view the video wall. Great story about the bedrock before going up. Once you're up there it's a great view, but not much else up there except to buy stuff.

Amazing view if you are not afraid of heights, obviously. The price of going to the top can vary slightly, but worth it to see at least once. Take your family or friends here when they visit or just to the memorial below if you don't have the $$.

An emotional display of history. The museum is one of the best in the nation. I went in expecting to feel sad an emotional, but was taken back and overwhelmed with emotions. Beautifully done and truly honors all those who were lost and all the hero's who gave their lives.

Iconic place that is probably on every visitors to do list. 9/11 memorial and observatory are well worth the visit. I do have a bit of an issue with the place trying a bit to hard to sell something to the visitor. Besides the not authorized sellers trying to sell booklets to tourists (not sure where police is looking and why the won't clean it up), on your visit to observatory workers will push on upselling to you paid pictures or audio/video guide. I understand the notion, but administration need to work on better organizing this so it does not look forced on people.

We booked tickets prior to travel so it s a case of going in, going down the escalator and through security, after that the experience begins, from the point you get into the lift it really begins to rank up and takes you through a time journey showing manhattan as it has developed over the last 100+ years, then you have a little surprise when you come out of the escalator, I won t say any more, you will love it, then you head through to the observatory, have a snack, have a drink and enjoy the views. Well worth the visit.

This is a must visit place when you are Manhattan, NY. The symbol of modern world and heir of its ancestor twin towers. When you are visiting the area I found the icon (will need to download online coupons) parking system relatively economical where you can leave the vehicle and visit quite handful of places. Park and you can visit major attractions in lower manhattan area on foot.

Don t miss it. Great, all round views and a few good surprises. I hope they don t over Disneyfy it. Top tips. Book in advance, eat in Irish pub at bottom, clothing in gift shop is not low cost. Plan about 45 mins to 1 hour. Combine with Battery Park and 11 Sept Memorial - see surviving tree.

A massive architectural marvel that houses a lie of Shops and a very avantgarde architecture. Whether tight wasn't too take a picture inside or enjoy the huge space and the cheer elevation, this place is for you. Inside and outside. A gray place to take pictures and very close to the 911 memorial fountains.

The view is stunning. When you get to the top floor you will see most of Manhattan and a little bit of Brooklyn perhaps. The buildings create this aesthetically pleasing look. This picture completely untouched without a filter. I went in the afternoon but I m assuming the sunset would be so pretty. This picture is my lock screen :)

Amazing presentation. I won't be a spoiler, but it's the best $XX [whatever they're charging now] you'll spend for an observation deck. Eat / hydrate beforehand, once you're up there, they charge an arm and a leg for bottled water and other dishes - and for the souvenirs - because you're a captive audience. But once you get past the security screening, the presentation is great and I don't want to describe it to you - you just have to see it. Watch, look at, the video walls in the elevator, especially the one in back (opposite the doors) so you know what you're looking at. Pay attention to the presentation, especially if it's your first time and you will love it.

Super nice building to see up close. A must thing to do while you visit the financial district is to go to the observatory. Really nice spot with the history of the building site and a complete view of New-York.

Giving rating for the observatory. Five out of five. From the beginning to end is amazing experience. Crowd control is good. Didn't try the restaurant but it's it's worth every penny I spend for a basic tickets to observatory. Fast elevator took us to 102 floors in 40 sec. And all LED TV, shows, demonstration, is amazing. Gift shop price is reasonable. Views are priceless. Attached memorial water fountain is amazing too. Overall great experience.

Must see place. Commemorating the lost lives on one side with a deep pool with sounds of falling water. We could see the names of those lost souls written in the walls of parapet. The tower standing tall erupted like Phoenix sending out strong message that humanity will prevail over any anti social elements.
The architecture of the cluster is one must glorify. Santiago calatravas transport hub on one side, this cluster of buildings is great to spend time and remember the beauty and diversity of human kind and cherish.
There is a museum 9/11 which is paid entry.
There are so many souvenir shops where you can buy lots of souvenirs like badges keychains and the like from the petty shops around.

Well connected by all transportation including subway, bus and cabs as well.
A must see overall!

It was great!! Fantastic view from the top arround New York. We bought the vip tickest online. When we came to the one World Trade Center we were going directly to the elevators. So we didn t have to wait with the other people. Good organization!! It is a must when you visit New York.

Must see attraction whether you're a tourist or someone who lives near by! Make sure to buy your tickets online so you do not have to wait a long time to go up. If the weather is bad and you know for sure that you won't be able to see anything up there, you could call and ask to be moved to another day(this happened to me due to a snow storm) On your way up there you might experience some ear popping but other than that it's a smooth elevator ride up. Once you get up there the view is totally worth it! If you go in the afternoon you may see experience sunset up there which is beautiful!

Extremely emotional location. A passionate, vibrant and proud beacon of NYC rising from ashes. Stunning views and unlike the (highly recommended) Empire State Building, can clearly see the Statue of Liberty. The elevator ride to the top and back down again is a thing to behold!
