I shopped around for months trying to find the right platform that would work within a very unique and proprietary call center culture with many nuances and specific requirements, not to mention, a very novice team when it came to using CRM calling solutions. We were going to need a very flexible and customizable solution with a very patient and attentive support team to help walk us through the entire workflow build out, the implementation rollout, the telecom integration, training, and post-implementation support and more. Clickpoint Software executed admirably in each of those areas. From the early business details to today - 18 months later - they have been outstanding and a real pleasure to work with. Gabe Buck the CEO, Nathan in support and Chris in support have all been extremely professional and attentive and provided us support way after hours countless times and have done so with great attitudes and a spirit that resonates they love what they do for a living.
