Had a very bad experience with one of the male startup lawyers. He wanted to charge me for things that were not part of the package and that he never told me he would charge for. Also, he was very slow to respond to emails and I had to end up "firing" him, after he suggested I do so myself.
We used BW for 10 years, however were recently assigned a new attorney. Sara Wilson is incompetent, and bills excessively for secretarial items that should be done by someone else. Do not use her! BW is taking their new branding, Bold and Wise, to the extreme and have lost their way! Find another legal partner.
