We have used ClickPoint for over a year, and it has been a great tool for our sales team. We use it for its easy lead distribution and lead management features.

We have a team of 20+ agents that use it to manage daily workload, track follow-ups, and compare performance with the rest of the team. I'd also like to add that the leader-board widget is a great team motivator. I can't speak highly enough about their support team. They've been receptive to feedback and improvements and are quick to provide training and input on ways to scale your sales pipeline.
