Thanks for the great service! In my 17 year old shower / steam cabin I ran out of hot water last week. After telephone contact and sending in a few photos by email, I was able to make an appointment with a technician for the next day! We now have hot water again and Cleopatra deserves a hot shower for this too! Congratulations for this fast and correct service!

Horrible after sales. I have purchased a steam generator for our bathroom 5 months ago.

It never worked - called them and asked for a service. You can't call them - you need to sent a email. It took them almost 3 weeks to reply - 4 weeks to give a appointment. Finally service arrives to fix the problem and let us know there is a electric cable missing which suppose to be in the original package ( which was not there) and he need to order it. Another 3 weeks to recieve the missing cable than I had to arrange a installator to connect it. Ordered a installation myself - took 2 weeks to get a appointment - he came and installed still not working and giving the same error code. Installator called them and they just said sent us a email!!!!!!

They sell the product and if you have problems - they simple don't care. So final conclusion: ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED with horrible customer/ technical/after sale support!

We bought Pro stem de Luxe model around 4600 in 2016. From 2018, there are only problems where mechanics have been a few times each time and problems again shortly after. It seems all maintenance neighborhoods were in vain. On October 19 the steam unit was dismantled and taken to company for assessment. Called and emailed several times. Then they say we will call you back asap, but no one will call back. So very annoying. Seems like a scam to me.

Very bad service: We have an older bath from Cleopatra that has started leaking from the siphon. Contacted the company, we were actually immediately turned away with the argument that they actually do not have time. But eventually I could make an appointment with the announcement that this would cost 130 euros for an analysis. (a lot of money) but no other choice. We receive a confirmation by e-mail, the costs are 130 euros + 90 euros. call-out costs EX VAT.

This amounts to 266 euros. Just to see if they can fix the problem. I think this is a really bizarre amount and is just a middle finger to the customer.

Hi Cleopatra, sent an email to the service this morning about an O-ring I want to order, but can't see if they received this email.
Can you help me and see if the mail has arrived.
This is an O-Ring for our Cleopatra bathtub, it needs to be replaced.
