Very bad service: We have an older bath from Cleopatra that has started leaking from the siphon. Contacted the company, we were actually immediately turned away with the argument that they actually do not have time. But eventually I could make an appointment with the announcement that this would cost 130 euros for an analysis. (a lot of money) but no other choice. We receive a confirmation by e-mail, the costs are 130 euros + 90 euros. call-out costs EX VAT.

This amounts to 266 euros. Just to see if they can fix the problem. I think this is a really bizarre amount and is just a middle finger to the customer.
