I recently moved to Excalibur from Vodafone as the service I received direct from the provider was so poor. Excalibur have turned my customer experience around and I am now able to speak to a dedicated account manager about my phone lines. The service is second to none and it has taken the stress out of managing my mobiles.

Called with a general enquiry only to be "greeted" by a very rude member of staff. I'm not sure if she couldn't hear me (sounded like there was a lot of noise her end) or just wasn't interested - either way it leaves me with a terrible impression of the company.

Awful customer service I purchased a phone which they tell me they don't have in stock anymore 3 weeks later and that I will have to wait a month until they are back in stock. Awful communication I just want to get my phone and never contact them again.
