Edited as of July 2017- 4 years later, I dropped my older Mazda off for an oil change and ended up looking around the lot at the newer models. Matthew Rosa came out to help my husband and myself. He told us about the changes and upgrades from my car to the 2017 models. I explained I was looking and anything I wanted to do depended on what they could offer me for my current car. Matthew had my car appraised and then helped me pick out a new car to purchase with my trade in. Matthew was kind and helpful from the start and didn't push us to get anything above where we felt comfortable. He gave us the info on two different models, helped me narrow it down and take it for a test drive. Later that day, I left with my brand new Mazda CX-5. Very happy with my purchase, and this is the second car I've purchased from a Classic Mazda. I would do business with them again in an instant!

First Experience- From the moment Bob walked out, there was no pressure and he was happy to show us/look through all of his inventory to find the exact car I was looking for. We were at the dealership way after they had closed, and everyone was courteous and never rushing us. I looked at 4 cars, before I made a decision, and I couldn't be happier with the car that I took off the lot. Even after purchasing the vehicle, Bob is available by phone for any questions that I might have, and ready to help me purchase any accessories that I thought of after the sale. Like I said, Bob didn't push me into any car. He let me have time and privacy to think over my decision. This is my second new car and I have to say that I definitely chose the right dealership to go to. They even gave me a fair price (in line with Kelly Blue Book) for my trade-in. I was very happy with the service and would recommend this dealership, and Bob, to anyone looking for a new car. P.S I was a Chevy girl, and am now in love with my Mazda! Fuel efficient and one of the best-priced vehicles with standard, upgraded, features.

Went shopping around for a new car and knew l wanted a mazda3 hatchback. Went to coryfairbanks mazda and classic mazda. Classic mazda (with the help of Shane Woods and Thomas Gregory) answered every question l had from price to financing to anything l didn't know about the car and even showed me as they typed the numbers into the computer. Coryfairbanks mazda never showed me a price(the only price l saw was the "sale" price which included every discount they offered, but l only qualified for one), never showed me finance options and it seemed like they only knew how to say "what will it take for us to get you to drive a car home today?". l felt zero pressure from classic mazda and they even let me take the car home for the weekend to make sure l really liked it. The thing l liked the most is that at classic mazda l didn't have to tell the salesman what price l wanted and wait for him to go in the back room and "talk it over" with his manager, they started with the lowest price. lf classic mazda is around when l need another car l will go back there without question.

Julie Rose always takes care of me so well. It is nice to know I never have to worry about service for my car.

Another great experience this week with my oil change. Thank you, Aiesha, for looking after me (and my car!) so well. I can always trust you to keep him healthy.
For you new-comers, that is Aisha Jones. All service personnel are excellent, but I have been with Julie and Aiesha for 11 years. They're my homies!

Great dealership. Excellent experience with Mazda so far. Richard Baroness, Zach and the entire team at Mazda classic have been very responsive, welcoming and made my family and I feel at home while going through the purchase process. I had gotten financing through my bank and got me a lower rate with another institution. The facilities are very clean, boutique like, and their setup is geared toward a more dynamic buying process. Lot more people like myself are negotiating price online before showing up to a dealer. Ever since I contacted them they followed up with personalized videos of my car and salesman, etc. They even had a sign of "do not test" on my car so nobody else would drive it before delivery. They nailed the small details. My 2019 Mazda cx9 signature only had 40 miles on it and was waiting for me perfectly detailed in the showroom.
This is my first Mazda. If it proves reliable and they keep the artisan craftsmanship they proud themselves of, I will probably not buy any other brand in the future.
Happy with my purchase.

Extremely disappointed. Today I had my vehicle appraised at Classic Mazda. The Sales Manager was explaining how the computerized appraisal system worked and was showing me his notes when I noticed he indicated the vehicle was in "Good" condition on the following scale: Excellent, Very Good, Good, and Poor. My vehicle is a 2016 which I purchased brand new only 11 months ago. It has always been garage kept and well taken care of. Today it has less than 15k miles on it. I thought this input was a mistake and politely asked what, during his review of the vehicle, made him mark the vehicle's condition as good. The Sales Manager stated that because the vehicle was a 2016 and not a 2017 or 2018 he had to mark it as good. I was dumbfounded! How can a vehicle in excellent condition be marked as good condition during appraisal just because it's not the latest model?? I have to question this dealership's integrity as what I experienced today was completely unorthodox. I do not recommend this dealership and will be taking my business to another local Mazda dealership.

We went to 3 different Mazda dealerships and ultimately decided to purchase from Classic Mazda because of their ridiculously friendly staff, and vast choice of vehicles. Andres was absolutely fantastic to work with. His effort really showed and he went over and beyond answering emails and calls, and researching based on our preferences. Everyone else from the trade in specialist, to Vanessa in finance was incredibly personable and sincere. I would highly recommend Classic Mazda to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

OUTSTANDING!!!! This was the best car buying experience that I have ever experienced. From the amazing showroom and building to the great team I worked with I left with a very nice 2018 Mazda 6 GTR. Shout out to Andres H. who was great representative to work with and has super follow-up, you rock it man. Chito E was as equally amazing, enthusiastic, and personable . Both of these guys made you feel at ease and more like you were a friend stopping by for a visit. These two came through as fine representatives for Classic Mazda but equally as two great individuals. After months of shopping, I should have started here. Guys and gals, keep up the great work. I highly recommend these guys and Classic Mazda over any dealer out there, don't change, keep doing what you are doing and thank you for a great experience and a great Mazda 6. "Feel Alive"

I came to this Mazda location because I had a bad ...

I came to this Mazda location because I had a bad experience at the Fairbanks location when I got my car serviced for the first time. This location was by far worse than the other! I had an appointment this morning at 9:00 am for an oil change and tire rotation. When I was close to arriving home the hazardous tire pressure sensor came on. I pulled in to the gas station instantly to see if the tire pressure was low and it wasn t. I thought to myself maybe the mechanic had made a minor mistake when rotating the tires. I drive all the way back to the service center and they take my car back to be diagnosed. After waiting for a good 30 minutes they proceed to tell me that there is a nail embedded in my front left tire. The service advisor shows me a picture on his cell phone of the nail in my tire. I then request to see my vehicle to examine the tire and its severity. When they pulled it around for me to check I saw that they had already pulled out the nail. This upset me quite a bit, because I believe they should have left the nail in for me to see before I move forward with any decision. I felt that they gave me no option but to go ahead and get the tire replaced. I asked the service advisor how much it would cost and he said $198. I gave the okay to go right ahead and replace the tire. After waiting for another 30 minutes to replace ONE tire they charge me $253. I was in disbelief. $253 for one tire!?!?! How could this be??? He later told me that the shop supplies is an automatic charge that is added on every print out report. How did the price jump from $198 to $253? These extra charges should have been stated before the work was done. I was already hesitant in paying the $198 from the beginning. To be honest I believe the mechanics planted this on me. It s a real coincidence that the nail punctured my car on the way home. TRUE SCAM ARTIST I D SAY. Regardless of my situation I will NEVER come back to any of the Mazda locations. I will most definitely spread the word to family, friends, clients, etc.

I went in to buy a used car and was told that all ...

I went in to buy a used car and was told that all cars go through an inspection process, whether pre-certified, under warranty or no warranty. Because of this I decided not to get the car inspected by my own mechanic. What a mistake that was!!!

1st Warning Sign: After driving it a few days, I tested lights, blinkers and found one to be out and the hazards didn't work.
2nd Warning Sign: When I brought it in, it stayed there for 3 days before they "fixed it".
3rd Warning Sign: When I went to pick it up, the button worked but the hazards still didn't work. How does that pass inspection???
4th Warning Sign: I also asked them to fix the headliner, which I paid for. They did a great job on it, except that they broke two plastic panels which began coming loose only 10 minutes after leaving the lot. Took it back and they fixed it.

4 Weeks Later: I was driving the car when my engine overheated. I took it to a different mechanic and found out the header was cracked and had been shaven below specks previously. When they ran a compression test, also found out the engine was cracked. Obviously the dealer didn't disclose everything they knew or they didn't run the inspection they claimed they did.

Mechanic said he'd be willing to write up a report stating that these conditions had been symptomatic for some time and that the dealer should have caught these issues with their "inspection". Armed with this, I returned to Classic Mazda and asked them to make it right.

I was allowed to speak with the General Manager, Chad Rogers but was met with nothing but rudeness, resistance, a condescending comment about me not knowing what an inspection would or wouldn't catch and a flat-out refusal to let me see a copy of the inspection they ran on the car.

I told him I would leave a poor review and he encouraged me to mention that I had 5 days/300 miles to drive the car and return it if I didn't like it. Yes, I had those 5 days/300 miles and should have listened to my gut telling me not to trust the dealership. The General Manager should listen to his conscience and either concede the point that they messed up or produce evidence that they inspected the car and found nothing wrong.

Ready for the numbers?
Cost for 2001 BMW = $8,000
Cost for new engine & labor = $6,000
Total Cost for my Car=$14,000

Very disappointed and wish I had enough money to take legal action against them, but I don't have the time, nor the money to pursue it. And it wouldn't be worth it. But Classic Mazda either knowingly sold me a car that was not in working order or never inspected it. Either way, it's poor business practice and doesn't bode well them.

Very easy car buying experience. My salesman, Brandyn Meuse, was very helpful and knowledgeable. If he wasn t positive about and answer, he d ask or look it up, rather than just making something up (which I experienced at other places). There wasn t any pressure, just information, so you can make the best car buying decision for your needs.

After car shopping for a couple of weekends and comparing cars and dealers my wife and I purchased a new Mazda 6 for her yesterday. We dealt with Marina and Bob and found them both very helpful, pleasant and professional. What typically ends up being one of those dreadful experiences to get through went through hassle free. I would recommend you give them a look if you're car shopping.

We brought a Mazda CX 5 from the dealership with Heath Patterson and he was fantastic with us. He went out of his way to help us to the point of taking my previous car down to the dealership to be appraised and back to save me doing it. He also took my new Mazda back down to the dealership to have scratches taken care of that were already on it when I brought it and to put a dog cover in the back for it which looks brilliant! The sale itself was quite painless and I think that Classic Mazda has a true sincere sales rep in Heath Patterson and would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to buy a car there . He has been the best we have ever dealt with in a car sales deal. Well done Heath and good luck with your career !!

Hello,

Hello,

This was my first experience ever buying a new car. I must say I was impressed Robert Newland(Bob) was really nice, cool, and someone that didn't try to beat around the bush. He was very thorough when teaching me about the car and the process of buying a new car. Also Nader the Finance guy was really awesome and didn't beat around the bush. If I had someone interested in getting a new car, I would refer them to these two in a New York minute. Awesome guys!

Thanks again Robert and Nader !!

Classic Mazda is a top notch dealership. They are fair, honest, knowledgeable and hard working. I was truly impressed throughout my entire car buying experience yesterday. From the moment Orville met us on the lot, there was no pressure. I was focused on looking at the used Mazda 3s they had available. He took us right to them - explaining the differences in each and thoroughly reviewed the warranties that come with a Certified Pre Owned vehicle - which was very important to me. I respect the way this dealership runs their business. The price on the sticker is their best price. Simple as that. The dealer fee is clearly displayed on the windshield of every vehicle. Imagine that! I didn't have to hunt for it in small print. All of the information you need is readily available to you. There is no haggling, no run around, no waiting for hours to "work up a price". I love my Mazda3 for the great car it is - but I think I love it even more because the car buying experience was relaxed and fun! Well done, Classic Mazda. Many thanks to your entire team including. I'll be back!

This was the best car buying experience of my life. The price that I saw on the sticker was the price that I paid for, no gimmicks. I checked the prices in other dealers and they could not beat it. I went to another dealer ( Cory Fairbanks, BigMazda ) and I had a really bad experience, tons of pressure to buy.

Cory Lane was our salesman at Classic Mazda and he was great, very knowledgeable and very easy going.

I will buy my next car there for sure.

Great staff who were very friendly, especially associate Eddie, and did not engage in high stake sales tactics. Every step of the process was easy and I left with the right vehicle for me at the price I wanted to pay. They even added additional protection services I did not expect. Will definitely shop for another vehicle here and highly recommend to friends.

First off, let me just say, STAY AWAY FROM THIS DE...

First off, let me just say, STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!! They have sales people that don't accurately know what is included with the vehicles. Thank goodness for the return policy!

So here is my story.

I walked in and test drove a Mazda CX-5. The sales person was very polite and it was a very low pressure environment. I asked the sales person if Automatic Lights and XM radio were included in the car I was looking at. She told me that both of those things were included.

I continued on to purchase the car and then we went out to the car to go over the features. When I asked how to select the XM radio (the option was greyed out and not selectable on the audio menu) she told me that I probably had to activate it before I could turn it on.

I explained that you have to get to channel 0 on the radio to get the Radio ID to activate the service. She then went in to get help and came back out to "activate" my radio with an app on her phone. When this didn't work she went back inside to get more help.

Turns out that that the car did not include XM radio, and as I would find out later, also did not include automatic headlights.

When I told the sales person that this was a big deal to me, she told me that no one really uses XM and that I could download the XM app on my phone and listen through bluetooth.

I then went in and talked to the Sales Manager who told me that "the salesperson is new" and "This model year has only been out for a month".

I don't accept either of these as valid excuses. I don't care if it is someones first day on the job with a car that just came out that week; I expect the sales people to know what they are selling or look it up if they don't know.

The only solution that the Sales Manager offered to me was returning the car. He said that he would sell me a car with the technology package at an extra $1000, but he would not discount it at all.

I took the car home and called the next morning and spoke to the General Manager. He told me basically the same thing. I could either return the car or get a more expensive one with the technology package... Only this time, he mentioned that to get the Tech Package, you also had to get the moonroof package, so it would really be $3,000 more.

Basically, the dealership used their poor salesperson to try and make more money off of me.

I ended up taking the car back and getting a full refund. I then went to another dealership and paid more for the car that included the features that I wanted. I was fine paying more, but not to the dealership that isn't concerned when something like that happens.

In the end, this dealer seems great and no hassle on the outside. In reality, you are in for a world of lies, apathy and general poor customer service.

Phillip was my salesperson and I don't think I've ever had a better sales experience. I was used to Volkswagen dealerships, the Bishop's dealership in Sanford specifically, and that family had taken care of me for a long time. When they sold the dealership I didn't know where to go. I was so fortunate to find a new home and the same kind of attention to detail, service and genuine caring I was looking for in Phillip and at Classic. Its been a year since I bought my new Mazda and its been a great experience from the very beginning. Highly recommend!!!

I want to give a HUGE shout out to Heath Patterson, Susan in Finance, Jonathan in sales, and the outstanding sales team for making this a fantastic buying experience, just as easy as the other 5 cars we have bought from Classic Mazda East in Orlando. The price was right and the financing options made is as easy as it gets, and I know I am not easy to deal with. We drive past another Mazda dealer to deal with this staff. The long-term GM Chad Rogers has assembled a team of professionals. Kudos!

We've been to Classic Mazda numerous times now and worked with a salesman named Cathy Belleville and our experience has been wonderful. In-fact, we've been converted to Mazda owners due to her friendliness and knowledge of vehicles. Not only is she a great salesman, but she loves cars. She even offered to teach us how to drive stick shift... how dedicated is that!

I made the 85 mile trip from Brandon to Orlando on a Sunday to check out a specific Mazda3 . We were greeted by Mary Hudson, our professional sales consultant. She asked all the right questions .... answered all OUR questions .... and she got correct answers for us when she wasn't sure about something. NO PRESSURE. Comfortable - honest - and TOTALLY UP-FRONT .

Now - it turns out, the Mazda could not work for my VERY NARROW, SPECIFIC needs. In no way was this a shortcoming of the vehicle - or the dealership - or the sales person Mary. Even the sales manager Chito, treated us respectfully every step of the way. You hear so many stories, you know ....... NOT HERE THOUGH. As they were so honest, I was comfortable and relaxed enough to be equally honest. No wasted time, no mind-games. These are GOOD people to do business with. Take that to the bank.

Last word - Mary - very excellent - she did her best. I wish we could have made it work - but the car we looked at didn't fit our requirements. I totally recommend seeing these people if you are serious about checking out a new Mazda .... or if you are looking another type of quality pre-owned vehicle. Ask for Mary !

I had been researching and test-driving the Mazda ...

I had been researching and test-driving the Mazda Miata for months. Having visited Kelly Blue Book, Edmunds and True Car, I knew the price range within which my particular Mazda should fall. When I decided to buy, I also had a specific set of criteria: I wanted to order it from the factory so I would be the first to drive it, I wanted a refundable deposit, and I wanted the best price I could get on a particular Miata.

I emailed quote requests to some ten dealers, and Classic Mazda's response set them apart from the start. Chad Rogers paid attention to every requirement I had; his quote was specific and didn't pass over any details. I didn't have to write back to clarify this or that. He understood that I wanted a new car--not one with 80 miles on it from another dealer. In fact, while all the other dealers were giving me reasonable estimates of 2-4 months to deliver my car, Chad was the only one who said, "There's a ship from Japan on its way now. I'll see if it has the exact car you want, and if so, I'll get it here for you." He didn't wait for a deposit (and his was the smallest of all the dealers' required deposits, and fully refundable for whatever reason; one dealer wanted $2500, non-refundable no matter what!)--he got the car on the lot within a week or so! The next thing I knew I had a picture of the new car and its odometer--with 3 miles on it--in my in-box. And his price was very competitive. It wasn't the cheapest, but only two dealer quotes were cheaper. And his came with no surprises or caveats.

When we drove up to buy, we arrived about 45 minutes before they closed, but everyone there was very welcoming and helpful. Some of them, like Heath, our sales rep, were almost as excited about our purchase as we were! It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Their 5-day/300-mile, no-questions-asked return policy is amazing, and they even offer a 90-day ding-free service for the occasional parking lot incident (your first ding removal is free).

Check out Classic Mazda. I think you'll be very happy you did.

Still waiting on a call from Rita - Service Manage...

Still waiting on a call from Rita - Service Manager. Nothing worse than being told you will receive a call back and don't. I called the Service Dept. before taking my car in to obtain the cost for a transmission flush. I provided the exact Year, Make and Model of my car and was quoted a price. I even confirmed the amount after booking the appointment, just to be certain. Well, after arriving and checking in I am handed a quote for an amount almost 3 times what I was quoted over the phone!! Time is precious and when you take time off from work to bring your vehicle in for service after confirming what it will cost you, and you did not request or add on anything additional, the last thing you expect is to be blindsided with a totally different/more than double amount! This is not how you want your time wasted. Then, to top it off, the excuse I was given was there was no way to know my vehicle had Skyactive. Sorry, I didn't know that I could have chosen Skyactive or not when I purchased the vehicle?!? This is an option?? Aren't all 2015 Mazda 6's Skyactive? So, I call and ask to speak to a manager, but she was out to lunch but would be back shortly, and will return my call then. I guess it is still lunch time because I never heard from her. So, I will let you decide... Is this the kind of place you want to take your vehicle in for service?? If this is how they handle customer experience, how well are they going to handle the repair to your satisfaction. Definitely not how I would handle this situation.

After buying three (3) cars from Classic, we had great experiences until this last purchase. My wife and I bought a used Mazda 6, and that very day, we noticed roaches in it. We called our salesperson who got us back in the next day, but they only vacuumed in between the seats. The roaches remained. We brought the car back in for a bug bomb. Still, there were roaches crawling on my wife and children. We again brought the car back to be fumigated, with Mazda keeping the car for a week. When we showed up to pick up the car, despite assurances that it was detailed after being fumigated, we only needed to look in the trunk to see used q-tips, papers, and sunflower seeds. Chad, the manager on duty, said that he would clean up "the 2 seeds, but we had to be reasonable." I do not believe asking you to follow through with what you said was done is "unreasonable." He spoke over my wife constantly, was condescending, rude, and an embarrassment to what has otherwise been a good business establishment to us. I do not think that ensuring that our car is free from roach infestations is "unreasonable." We were asked to take Chad "at his word" that such work was done, when we immediately had proof that such work wasn't. Multiple staff members saw this exchange, and yet none stepped forward to attempt to diffuse the situation, and Chad was continuously antagonistic to two clearly frustrated customers--when I told him to let my wife finish a sentence before he speaks, he responded that she was cutting him off and asked me if he had my permission to speak to my wife. Chad was wholly unprofessional in our interaction, and we will never purchase another car from Classic (but if we did, we would definitely see Gordon, as he was excellent previously). We are completely disappointed and will never voluntarily return to Classic.

In response to the Owner's post--we did NOT decline the second round of pest control. In fact, I have called 3 times this week to schedule such pest control and NEVER had our calls returned. And, when I told Chad that we still had to bring the car back for a second round of "necessary" pest control, he said we could do what we want. I asked another employee what "necessary" meant to him, but Chad instructed the employee not to answer. Please do not misconstrue the facts of this exchange. "The origin of the pests"--if you mean the cockroaches in our car, it could be the old food, used q-tips, and paper which were located between the seats when we purchased the car. Debris we didn't see until we started looking for where the cockroaches were coming from. We NEVER leave food in our car, nor do we leave paper or ANY debris because of this cockroach infestation.

My plans to go to South Florida seemed dashed when my brake light came on. Taking that trip at high-speed without brakes was not something I wanted to do. I called Classic Mazda (never been there before) who gave me a prompt appointment so that I could get done what I needed. Unfortunately it ended up being much more than I expected both financially and timely.

After speaking to Julie Rose the service advisor she managed to give me some options which would allow me to get my car fixed at a price I could manage. I was also provided with a vehicle so , that I could continue my trip south and know that my vehicle was being taken care of. Julie Rose not only gave me the special of the day, I managed to get my brakes fixed, my sticky dash replaced, and several other services to keep my vehicle safe and running well.

Julie Rose suggested items that could wait a bit without endangering my safety. She did this all with a smile and a bubbly personality. She also very discreetly took me to another office when discussing any financial needs, which I found very considerate. Julie Rose promptly called me when my vehicle was fixed and I found that everything had been done completely to my satisfaction.

I can confidently recommend to one and all that Classic Mazda it's a one-stop store that can satisfy all your needs. Thank you, Julie Rose!

I had scheduled my oil and filter change plus a tire rotation and balance with Aiesha for 10:00 a.m. I arrived about a half an hour early and Gary Moretti greeted me with his friendly smile; registered me, went over exactly what I wanted done, and made me feel right at home. Before I left his station, the service manager, Julie Gambino came over and chatted a bit. I am only in the business establishment about twice a year, but they make me feel like I am a very special person. This location provides great service overall and gives one the feeling they care for you as a customer.

I spent a long time searching for cars - mostly out of necessity rather than just wanting a new toy, so the process was even more miserable than it usually is. I tried multiple dealerships in multiple cities and happened to find Classic Mazda by chance while I was shopping nearby. Bob Newland was not only one of the kindest people I've met in and outside of car buying, but he clearly cares about these cars and what he does. The whole process was incredibly easy, and Bob took the time to show me every last detail of the car both before and after purchasing.
They offered me a better deal for my trade in than I had seen anywhere else, and the price on the CX-9 that I bought was unbeatable.
Aside from Bob, everyone else at classic Mazda, from the financing team, detailing team, and other salespeople were genuine, friendly, laid back and very passionate about their jobs. I will NOT be buying my cars anywhere else from here on out.

My wife and I had an amazing experience with classic Mazada. We dealt with Juan Raymundo and from start to finish, he was very detailed and knowledgeable with the CX5 we had went to see. At no point did we feel pressured during any point of the presentation or at closing. Thank you Juan and Tomas and the rest of the staff for the very easy and smooth process, definitely would recommend.

I have to say, this was one of the best car buying experiences I've had, and I've bought a lot of cars in my life. I had a 2014 Mazda 6 I had purchased elsewhere about a year ago and decided I wanted to upgrade to a 2015 Grand Touring. Chito Espigadera assisted me very professionally and showed me one I liked. We did the deal, but a few days later I decided I wanted one with the GT Technology Package. They found me one just like I had originally selected (Soul Red!) but with the the GT Package at another dealer and had it delivered to their store. I checked it out and it was exactly what I wanted. We redid the paperwork, and I left the dealership with my new Mazda6 Grand Touring with GT Technology Package. It's a great car and I'm totally happy with it. Props to Chito and also Huma Mirza who handled my final paperwork. The price was right and the experience was unparalleled. I highly recommend Chito, Huma and Classic Mazda :)

I am very satisfied with the car that I leased. I chose a Mazda6 and it looks fantastic, runs great, and has a ton of space for a great deal. To be honest, I never even thought of going to Classic Mazda to lease a car. The only reason I chose to go was because my mother had a Mazda nearly 25 years ago and said she loved it so I gave it a chance. I went in and immediately saw the car and knew it was the one. I took it for a test drive and fell in love. What made the experience even better was the lady who was leasing the car to me. I worked with Marisol Rivera who was nothing but kind and did her best to ensure I would go home with the car I wanted. She showed me the different kinds of cars in my price range and explained the different packages in great detail. It really helped in understanding what package gave me what I needed with the best price for a lease. I ended up leaving with the touring sport version and can t get enough of the car. Once again, I would not have this car without Mari as she did a great job of walking me through the lease and made it as easy as possible to get me in a car that night. Thanks again for everything and I look forward to driving my new car!

Even though I ultimately decided to buy another make, this dealership was very straightforward and did not play games. They provided a clear no-haggle price which was decent. They were honest and very respectful. If buying a Mazda, I would not hesitate to go back.

Had a wonderful purchase experience at Classic Mazda East. Heath and Maria were extremely responsive, helpful, and patient. There was no pressure to buy, simply a welcoming attitude and a desire to help us learn about the vehicles and our choices. The dealership itself has a comfortable but luxurious feel, reminiscent of a luxury car dealership. The finance officer was knowledgeable, helpful, and refreshingly straightforward; she made it a quick and easy process. When we took delivery of the car, the whole staff was there to send us off- it was the most exciting vehicle delivery I've ever had! My husband and I were so impressed with the customer experience there that we're both looking forward to coming back to this dealership for all of our service needs. I think Maria, Heath, and the rest of the staff have made Mazda converts of both of us!

I had a great purchasing experience when looking at my options with this dealership! Jonathan Martinez was very friendly and personable on a professional level. The only real problem that I had was with the maintenance department, I was promised a free detailing and full tank of gas after I purchased the tint and paint protection package but when I picked up my car hours later there was still dirt on the mats and additional smudges on my back window and dash, I also had to wait for them to fill my tank as it had not been done. I think certain departments do very well here while others need some updating because this seems to be a problem stretching back farther than recently. While I promised to do my maintenance at the dealership, I find myself concerned.

I found the exact 2020 Mazda CX-9 that I wanted at Classic Mazda in Orlando, FL. Unfortunately, I live 3 hours south of the dealership, but we were able to work out most of the deal via text and phone conversations and I decided to take the drive.

I walked into a very clean and inviting showroom where I was greeted immediately and my salesperson, Brian, was waiting for me. The negotiations with the finance rep, Brandon, were friendly and reasonable. I felt they did everything they could to make me happy and keep their word with regard to what was previously discussed. While purchasing or leasing a vehicle is never a fast process, I found this experience respectful, professional, and relatively quick.

Once the hard part was done and all the documents were signed, Brian reviewed some of the main features inside this vehicle and helped to set up related apps including Android Auto. Finally, I was on my way in my fully-detailed vehicle. My experience at Classic Mazda was one of the best I have had in my many years of buying and leasing cars. It was worth the drive and I am a very happy new Mazda CX-9 owner!

I've been to nearly every major dealership within a 50 mile radius. What can I say? I do a lot of shopping around. These folks are kind, courteous, polite, and they don't pressure you. They don't talk down to you, they even praise you if you've done your homework on the car you're interested in.

Ron Wilkins is the best sales consultant I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He knows his vehicles and he treats me with respect. A lot of salesmen tend to see that I'm a female and have no idea what I'm talking about in reference to cars and mechanics, but Ron is very different, and he'll be earning my business in the future.

I had my car appraised here, and the manager sat me down next to him and explained everything that he was doing and showed me the process of how he came up with the offer to purchase my vehicle. He had to test drive my car to see how well it worked and he took me with him. I liked all of this very much.

The whole team Classic/Holler team is top notch, and they have the best prices around. I cannot wait to give them my business on my next vehicle purchase.

I purchased my new Mazda3 here a few weeks ago, an...

I purchased my new Mazda3 here a few weeks ago, and it was a great experience. I already knew the car I wanted before I even contacted the dealership, so I can't comment too much on the car selection process here, but here are my impressions:

Overall - I purchased my car here from out of state. Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately), none of my local dealers had the card I wanted in stock (demanding a manual transmission can be like that sometimes) and they weren't able to trade for one. I found the car I wanted on Mazda's website and it was located at Classic Mazda. I looked at the dealer's webpage, gave them a call, filled out a finance application for them to hold the vehicle, flew down to Orlando a couple days later, and drove home with my new car. They took care of me every step of the way: a pick-up at the airport, a small lunch, and no annoying games.

Pricing - Everything was pretty straightforward. I found the vehicle I wanted online and the price on their website was great (actually it was better than any of my local dealers prices, which I had to work to get). On top of that, I qualified for one of Mazda's rebates, which was applied to my down-payment without any trouble. Usually the no-haggle pricing places tend to be good, but not great (the advantage being simplicity, and not having to haggle). I found Classic Mazda's price to be great. They probably make up the difference in a few places: dealer fee, options, financing.
-- Dealer fee is $699. I'm not sure what things are like in Orlando, but this would be on the higher end of what I would expect in my area, although not unreasonable. Maybe you could negotiate this lower, but honestly, you have to leave something for the dealer.
-- Options/Extras: I was offered window tinting ($299) and an exterior paint-protection package ($399) for my Mazda3. These were low-pressure and after doing some research online, I found the prices to be fairly reasonable. I personally declined both, but if you're interested in them, you can do a lot worse.
-- Financing: There are ton of extras that they will try to sell you in the Finance office. The "Premium Package" would have been over $7000 in total cost, which is a huge amount of money on a Mazda3. My recommendation would be to familiarize yourself with GAP insurance, pre-paid maintenance, window etching services, and extended warranties before you get into the Finance office, so you know what you're going to want/need. I ended up not purchasing anything here.

Staff - Everyone I met was very friendly and helpful. I worked with Marisol Rivera, and I was very happy with all of her service. She was wonderful to talk to and work with, and I would recommend her to anyone. Marisol was able to demonstrate a lot of the features of my car and help me learn how to use the technology in it (I purchased the Grand Touring trim, so there were a lot of new things to work with). Like I said before, Marisol picked me up from the airport and provided me with a lunch. She let me know about the different extras that I could add to my car, but it was informative and not pushy. She also made sure that my car was clean and looked great before I drove it off the lot. I also met with one of the managers, Chito, and he was friendly and helpful as well.

This dealership has learned how to cultivate their customers and provide for their needs. It was really edifying to come in and continue an online discussion for information. The crew of Shane , Chito and Matt Rosa really encouraged my comparison between automatic and manual versions of the Touring version of Mazda's 6. They were all knowledgeable but Matt was the standout with sharing the details he had learned about the safety and tech features of my vehicle. We went on an amazing test drive of slow, curvy, fast and some rough road surfaces that clearly allowed me to appreciate the adept nature of the 6. The closing process was amazingly simple and everything went smoothly and in a timely manor. It's nice that Classic Mazda offers outstanding products but that they have refined the interactions with their customers that made me so confident in my purchase.

This place used to be different... mid 2014, something changed and now the staff is incredibly rude...and slow.

Professionalism is non existant...staff members were arguing with each other. In particular, Julie seemed to be the most dramatic in front of customers...arguing with the cashier and her fellow colleagues.

On top of it all, they act like youre an idiot who shouldnt be asking questions? huh? Im about to drop $5k on work, yes I have questions and would like items needed in writing...call me old fashioned.

advice: be respectful of peoples time and money. Be professional to each other while working (at least in front of customers...i dont care how much you hate each other behind the scenes).
