After buying three (3) cars from Classic, we had great experiences until this last purchase. My wife and I bought a used Mazda 6, and that very day, we noticed roaches in it. We called our salesperson who got us back in the next day, but they only vacuumed in between the seats. The roaches remained. We brought the car back in for a bug bomb. Still, there were roaches crawling on my wife and children. We again brought the car back to be fumigated, with Mazda keeping the car for a week. When we showed up to pick up the car, despite assurances that it was detailed after being fumigated, we only needed to look in the trunk to see used q-tips, papers, and sunflower seeds. Chad, the manager on duty, said that he would clean up "the 2 seeds, but we had to be reasonable." I do not believe asking you to follow through with what you said was done is "unreasonable." He spoke over my wife constantly, was condescending, rude, and an embarrassment to what has otherwise been a good business establishment to us. I do not think that ensuring that our car is free from roach infestations is "unreasonable." We were asked to take Chad "at his word" that such work was done, when we immediately had proof that such work wasn't. Multiple staff members saw this exchange, and yet none stepped forward to attempt to diffuse the situation, and Chad was continuously antagonistic to two clearly frustrated customers--when I told him to let my wife finish a sentence before he speaks, he responded that she was cutting him off and asked me if he had my permission to speak to my wife. Chad was wholly unprofessional in our interaction, and we will never purchase another car from Classic (but if we did, we would definitely see Gordon, as he was excellent previously). We are completely disappointed and will never voluntarily return to Classic.

In response to the Owner's post--we did NOT decline the second round of pest control. In fact, I have called 3 times this week to schedule such pest control and NEVER had our calls returned. And, when I told Chad that we still had to bring the car back for a second round of "necessary" pest control, he said we could do what we want. I asked another employee what "necessary" meant to him, but Chad instructed the employee not to answer. Please do not misconstrue the facts of this exchange. "The origin of the pests"--if you mean the cockroaches in our car, it could be the old food, used q-tips, and paper which were located between the seats when we purchased the car. Debris we didn't see until we started looking for where the cockroaches were coming from. We NEVER leave food in our car, nor do we leave paper or ANY debris because of this cockroach infestation.
